Okay, John, uh, let me know if my Wi-Fi is going out. Okay. All right. All right. Hello. Hello there. We are live now. Uh, you know, live on Facebook and YouTube, X, and, uh, everywhere. Didn't have the time to set up my, uh, TikTok yet, but I'm now live. Um, so, uh, awesome. Hope my internet will hold up. Happy Monday, October 5th, and, uh, hope you guys are all doing well. And so having said that, I am taking all your questions. If not, I will use a question from a comment as well. So as people are lining up for our Q&A, let's go ahead and start doing this. Hello. Hello there. We are live for an hour. Now until 1 o'clock Eastern Standard Time and taking all your questions now. Okay, here we go. All right. Okay, so there's a good question here. It's a good question here. How come I'm not able to click to show the question? Can you do that, John? Okay. All right, says the question is, does the pump actually work for men with ED? Um, absolutely. That's why it is approved. Uh, it is FDA approved. The penis pump is FDA approved to use for, um, erectile dysfunction or ED. That's what it's made for. Um, and it does actually work well if you do it consistently. And what I mean by consistently is that you have to use the pump, you know, at least, at the least 5 days a week, or best optimal 6 days a week, and you have to use it 2 times. All right, so how you use the pump is— I hope I have my manual pump here. I usually have it sitting here around, but I just— oh, here it is. Okay. All right, so how you use the pump is you want— how do you use the pump? You have to— the main thing, the big word is consistent and persistence. You have to use the pump for at least 5 to 6 times a week for at least 6 weeks to see results. If you stop using the pump, then you will go back to the way you were before. It's kind of like going to the gym to exercise your muscles. You go to the gym and you do biceps curl. The more you go, that biceps curl is going to get, you know, your biceps going to get stronger and stronger, right? Same thing with the penis. When you use the pump, the penis is going to get stronger and stronger. If you don't go to the gym, then your muscles will get weaker, right? But it will just get back to the way it was before you go to the gym. So you haven't lost anything. You just lose the gain that you improve. So what are the gains with doing the penis pump, right? Like the pump I recommend you use, uh, here. So what, what are the— what, what are the, the, uh, the benefit of using, uh, the penis pump, right? Like the one I have, uh, here that you can get at our store at, uh, ednomore.com. Well, the, the benefit of that is that it exercises your penis. It brings in oxygen And blood flow to the penis. So that way it makes the penis stronger and make the penis simulate an erection. So that way it doesn't forget what it feels like to have an erection. It brings in oxygen. So that's why it brings in more— it keeps the penis muscle healthy. It also helps expand so it doesn't shrink, uh, and also help prevent scar tissue, uh, that develop in the penis. Because the penis, if you don't have an erection in a while, it's going to develop scar tissue in these muscles here, the corpus cavernosum. And, um, uh, and then it also, uh, also the other side benefit of using the penis pump, it does make your, uh, your girth and your length, uh, uh, increase by about half an inch to an inch. Do you get bigger? In length as well as in width. And then, uh, it also, uh, prevent atrophy. It also will make your penis be ready to have an erection, um, later on. So it's kind of prime your penis for an erection later, right? So it has multiple benefits and very little, uh, side effects. All right, and then one of the side effects of using a penis pump is that you get a bruise, you get swelling. Okay, you get bruised and you get swelling. You can get the penis pump here at our store at ednomore.com. So let's show you how to use it. All right, I think it was Daniel, put that question back again. So to answer your question, the penis pump work for ED? Absolutely, yes. It's FDA approved for use for ED. And how do you use the penis pump? You want to shave the area. You want to shave around the pubic area first. And then you want— when you start, you want to lube the whole entire penis tip all the way to the shaft. And on the bottom, want to put lube. You want to put lube on the inside of the cylinder here. All right. As well. The key is lube. And then when you put it through, you either want to be in a sitting or standing position. So sitting on a chair, sitting on the edge of the bed, or standing where your back is against the wall and your legs are kind of crouched a little bit, right? So then when you put the cylinder in, pull down your scrotum so that way you don't suction it in, and then push this opening part of the tube against your pubic bone to create suction. You want to create a tight seal so that way when you pump like this, all right, when you pump like this, you will see the gauge. Let me say, I want to show you that you will see the gauge go up and up and up, and you don't want to go more than 10 millimeters. You don't. So this is 10 millimeters of mercury here. You don't want to go more than 10. Okay, which is the outside number, which is the millimeters of mercury. So you don't want to go more than 10, which is this number here, right? Most men get an erection, a pretty good erection, between 7 and 8. You don't want— you don't need to go to 10 if you don't need to. What happens if you go above 10? If you go above 10, then you may cause some bruising of the penis. You stop, the bruising goes away, you're back in business. So you don't need— You don't have to worry about that. Sometimes you pump too much. How much is too much? More than twice a day. You'll get like swelling around the, um, the, uh, the foreskin that goes over the, the tip, which is the glans right here. All right. Um, and you have to be really careful when you're doing this to do not pull down the scrotum. Do not suction the scrotum inside the pump. That would be uncomfortable there. Just need to pull it down. and put the tight seal. You pump it up for up to 10 and leave it erect, leave it erect about, you know, 90% erect, leave it erect inside the cylinder for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you— there's a button here you press to deflate, right? Take the pressure off, right? You take it out, rest for 10 minutes, and then put it back on again. And do the suction again. All right, for pump, pump, pump, pump, pump, pump until you get to about 90% erection inside the pump. Inside the pump, leave it in the cylinder for 10 minutes, and then you deflate. So you want to do that every day, every day for 6 consecutive days. Stop one day and then resume again. Okay. Um. And so it does help for ED. It also helps with preventing shrinkage and also helps with Peyronie's disease or bending of the penis. And what are the benefits? It teaches your penis how to get an erection when you can't get an erection. I mean, literally, this is the only device that can give you an erection on demand in a few minutes. All right. Even if you have ED for about 20 years. So the only device that can do that. And then also, also, you give the penis a sense of what it's like to have an erection, right? To have an erection. So that way, you know, it's ready to go when you want to have an erection again. So that's how you use the penis pump. And also check my video. I produce many videos and tutorials on how to use the penis pump as well. Check it out on my YouTube channel at Dr. Anne Truong. And also we have an ED checklist. Can you put that link down? The ED checklist. And if you have ED, this is a checklist of what questions to ask your doctor or what you need to start doing. Now, and so I want you to download that free guide on ED checklist. I believe the URL is what to do, what to do, what to do with ED, something like that, John. So we'll go ahead and post that in the link here. Okay. That's a good question. All right. I hope then Daniel, I hope that helped. Right. Uh, and, uh, you, you already said, is it really like lifting weight? Absolutely. Remember, penis to penis, it's like a muscle as well too. And if you train, it will get stronger. If you don't train, it'll get weaker. That's all. So it is a muscle. It is like lifting weight, very similar to lifting weight. Okay. Okay. All right, so this, this is a, this is a question. When I use the penis vacuum pump, how much time do I keep it inflated before releasing the vacuum? You want to keep it inflated for 10 minutes inside the cylinder before you release the vacuum. Okay. So 10 minutes. Okay, good question. Good question. Okay. Yeah, leave it there for 10 minutes. Okay, I'll leave it there for 10 minutes. So please keep the comment professional and You know, decent guys, we have guidelines we have to follow here. All right. So I will not answer questions that are inappropriate, and some, some will be deleted if it is inappropriate. Okay. Right. So as I was talking, I will answer all your questions, but we need to follow guidelines here and Keep it professional, keep it related to what we're talking about, and I will do my best. All right. Okay, so you can get the ED checklist at whattoedoed.com. whattoedoed.com is a checklist, and if you have ED, you can download the checklist and what you need to do. things you need to discuss with the doctor about. Okay? And so download that at whattodued.com. And we probably need to remove the banner here. I don't know what the banner— this banner is, but make sure we have a banner that's consistent with what our lead magnet is. All right. So That's a great question, and I hope I answered correctly. I know my internet's a little unstable right now, so let me know if it's getting to be really bad. Okay. All right, so I have the question here. Unless, you know, you guys are asking me questions, I'll go ahead and ask that. Okay, the ones that I already answered, the one you highlighted, is that right? Answer questions. I see, I see it now. Answer question. Okay. Um, all right, since we've been talking about pump, all right, the question is how, um, on average, how long before seeing result with the pump? It's at least about 6 weeks, right? It's at least 6 weeks before you can, uh, uh, get the result. But, but 6 weeks of doing it consistently Um, every day for, uh, um, I do it consistently for 6 days a week, uh, for 6 weeks. All right. Um, and I believe the next question, can you see increase in girth with the penis pump? Yes. Uh, also increase in length? Yes. It's not permanent. It's not permanent. You stop pumping, it will go back to the way it was. So it's not permanent, and you still need to continue to pump. So let's say you pump and you get to a size that you like and, and things are working well, then you can go to— instead of doing 6 days a week, if you're able to get erection, you're able to get morning wood, things are functioning well, then just back down to maintenance, which is 3 times a week. It's maintenance. Okay. So if your ED is already improved a lot, you improve the size that you like, just keep it at maintenance level. Which is 3 times a week. Okay. And usually every other day for maintenance. All right. So pump does not leave permanent result. Does, or does traction work better for a permanent result? Traction, essentially, when you put traction on the penis, it stretches the penis, and it may be men do that for penile enlargement. Um, so stretching it creates damage to the corpus cavernosum here. So when you have damage to the corpus cavernosum, um, you have damage to the corpus cavernosum, um, it may even create scar tissue. So I— so the, um, the traction device is used when a man wants more length and more length, but it does cause trauma to the penis tissue. And when you cause trauma, sometimes new tissue will be deposited and you get new growth. So a lot of enlargement protocols involve traction and using platelet-rich plasma. We do that too. I use platelet-rich plasma and traction not only for Peyronie's, which is bending of the knee, We also do it for ED, but we also do it for— what was I going to say? We also do it for ED as well. All right. So I answered questions on traction. Is there a sure way to permanently increase length? The sure way is getting surgery, but there are multiple complications of surgery. You can get surgery for lengthening. Now remember, Studies have shown they looked at 25— I asked 25,000 men, uh, um, you know, uh, 87% out of 25,000 men feel that their penis is too small compared to other men. All right, so 85% of them does not like their own current size. Um, when in fact, you know, um, average, average length It's 5 and 3/4 average length, average girth at 4 and 3/4. And girth is really measured circumference, circumference, right? Girth is measured circumference around the base of the penis when it is erect. And length, of course, from the base of the penis to the tip of the penis is the length. And so measurement is 5 and 3/4. So if you're 5 3/4, you're average, right? You're average. And if you are, um, uh, 1 inch more from 5 3/4 or 6 3/4, you're, uh, at the top 30 percentile. And if you're, uh, at 7 3/4, you're at the top 10 percentile. Okay. Um, But most men think they're smaller than they actually are. What's more important for a woman, uh, if you are heterosexual, the girth is what's important for the woman, uh, not so much the length. Okay. Um, okay. Uh, John Bach here says, I have the ring to keep it erect, but once I release the vacuum I released the vacuum from the pump, the erections start going down. Absolutely. So you should put— when I release the vacuum, yeah, when you release the vacuum, then the erections start going down. So that's totally natural. Totally, totally natural to see that. Nothing wrong with that. Remember, the results are not permanent. You still got to work at it. It's like going to the gym. You You go to gym, it's not it's not permanent. If you stop going to the gym, you see your muscle changes right away, right? So that that is um that is the rule. Okay. All right. Oh wait, to ba. But Bahara, I don't know what you mean by that question. And we have another question from Facebook. Well, here's a question from Patsy. So I'm just wondering, I'm having trouble getting getting it to wake up during the app. Then once it gets going, there are times I'm losing it mid app. I'm not worried about length or thickness. I just want to get it up and stay up. And when does it and when when it does stay working, it's not 100% firm hard. So what you're describing. Patsy, it's, um, it's a very common presentation of ED, and that what you're describing is venous leak ED. Okay, venous leak ED is the inability to maintain, maintain it once you have an erection, and, uh, and that, uh, the erection is not as firm. And venous leak means Is that it? Is that when the penis gets filled with blood? When blood rush, gush coming in, it fills the penis. A corpus cavernosum muscle, and that muscle expands. The muscle expands 40 times its normal size. 40 times with blood expands, and when it expands, it compresses the veins that is on the outside. Um, it's on the outside, compresses the vein, and that's how the blood stays inside the penis, because the veins drain the blood away from— drain the blood away from the penis back to the body. So if you During, uh, if you don't have enough, uh, uh, compression on the vein, then the— you lose the firmness, uh, of the muscle, uh, of your penis. And that's a very common presentation, what you're describing, and it's mainly due to venous leak. Now you can easily fix venous leak by what? By what you eat, the Mediterranean diet. Yeah, you can fix that venous leak. So, Patsy, You can make that penis firmer, more consistent by changing your diet. Follow a Mediterranean diet. Exercise 3 times a week. Sleep between 10 PM to 6 AM. And also stress management, meaning decrease the stress either through exercise, walking, meditation, whatever it is that works for you, okay? But it can be fixed. In fact, fixing a Venus, uh, um, Venus insufficiency, or not, not, not, not enough Venus, um, not enough veins, um, that not enough veins that prevent it from leaking, right? So, uh, uh, you can fix the Venus leak with changing your diet to Mediterranean diet. Exercise, sleep, and stress reduction. All right, very good. So that is, uh, Venus Leak. And to get the Mediterranean diet, you can go to eatfornoed.com. eatfornoed.com. All right, uh, okay. Uh, all right, says just coming in. All right, that makes— I can see that. I'm glad you're here. I'm glad you're here, Vinnie. Or ask me any question. I see people watching right now, and ask me any question that you have. I am live. This is not AI generated. I am live answering your question. And so, John, did I answer your question correctly? Right. Very good. All right, so I am gonna go back to my— go back on answering other questions at this point. I answered that question already. So there's no sure way. If you want it permanently lengthened, then that's more of a surgery, but it does have a lot of side effects. Okay. And I do not like— I don't want to answer certain questions that Okay, so let's see. Okay, here's a good question. If I drop 40 pounds— so John, maybe you want to copy this here. If I drop 40 pounds, Okay, so let's go ahead and put that question in, uh, the studio. If I drop 40 pounds, I'm 187 centimeters tall and 240 pounds, could that not only make my penis longer by reducing the fat pad but also make it girthier due to increased blood flow? That's a good question. I— if you lose, uh, weight, um, you lose— if you do lose weight, um, And then necessarily just losing weight alone is what's going to increase blood flow, but you have to change your diet to follow the Mediterranean diet. So if you follow the Mediterranean diet, it's going to help with repairing the endothelium, which is the lining of the blood vessels, from leakage. Okay, so it's going to help with blood vessel leakage if you if you follow the Mediterranean diet. So not necessarily just dropping weight, that's one of the components, it's exercise, but diet is also very important as well. So if you— so what the point I'm trying to make is that if you eat a Mediterranean diet and you exercise, it would then repair the lining of the blood vessel, which is called the endothelium. Which is the area where you produce nitric oxide. And when you produce— when nitric oxide enters your muscles, either a skeletal muscle, muscle that move, move, move, that does movement, or penis, or the corpus cavernosum, it opens up more blood flow. Okay, so you— there is a chance that you can have increased girth. Okay. As well too, due to better blood flow, due to less inflammation. All right, so that is a very good question. So Patsy, you also said, I've been using a pump for 2 months now, should I continue? Well, you should continue the schedule of 6 times a week if you're still having issues of ED. But if you're getting the size that you want and you're still getting— you're getting good erection now, And you can just do maintenance at 3 times a week. Okay, maintenance. And you can just do maintenance, but you're gonna do maintenance forever, right? Uh, uh, and honestly, you can probably do 2 or twice a week for maintenance. But if you are doing hanky-panky, that counts towards that one exercise for the penis pump. All right, so I'm just stating a number so that way you all can kind of have something as a gauge to fall back on as an objective measure. Okay. Uh, uh, as an objective, uh, measure here. And, um, any other questions regarding penis pumping? All right, we're all talking about penis pumping, uh, today, right? Uh, one of my, one of my, um, let's go ahead and check out that, that comment. So one of my passions is to Teach you, you guys to take it to the gym, right? You can take your penis to the gym, right? And you can train it. You can make it stronger. You can make it bigger. You can make it more responsive. Do the work. All right. And so when you use the penis pump, you can really take the penis to the gym, right? To the gym. And I mean to the gym. Because if you don't do it, it's gonna start shrinkage. When it starts to shrinkage, you're gonna start getting scar tissue in the corpus cavernosum. All right. And okay. All right. I see people here. We got questions from YouTube. Now we have questions. Most of the questions are on Well, there's also questions from Facebook as well too. All right, if not, I am gonna answer. Um, so, uh, let's update the, the sheet, John. And, uh, I think I answered all the questions regarding, uh, pump devices. Um, And then there's— now we're gonna have more questions. Okay, so this is a good question. Go ahead and just take the questions here. Uh, what helped me maintain? Okay, let's go ahead and put that on. Um, put that as a comment. Okay. All right, while we're waiting for my team to do that, um, oh, here it is. Okay, what helps me maintain healthy, uh, is maintaining my weight within BMI, brisk cardio, and proper sleep. All right, so we got feedback here that telling us what to do. Uh, John is actually at the question about, uh, right here. This question, this question here. Let's go ahead. Oh, no, no, I don't want that. What? It was actually another question. No, it's the second question right here. Yep, I have a strange— says I have a strange question. All right. Okay, the question is, uh, I have a strange question. As someone who isn't sexually active, what are the best ways to structure my diet, lifestyle, daily routine to stay healthy and energetic as possible? Um, that is good. Uh, your diet, uh, you want to structure your diet to follow Mediterranean diet if you want to have, uh, uh, sexual longevity for life. You do that, you're gonna be able to have an erection till the day you die. All right, that's your diet. And then exercise, lifestyle, exercise, which is at least Every other day in the week, and at least 30 minutes of cardio. Cardio meaning brisk walking. I try to walk for an 18-minute mile, 20-minute mile, or by stationary bike, or bicycling outside, or even going up and down the stairs is a form of exercise as well too. So diet, exercise, and— Sleep between 10 PM to 6 AM and do your penis pump, right? Do your penis pump as well and avoid mouthwash and— what else I said? Mouthwash and fluoride toothpaste and also antacid because you want to use fluoride-free. Toothpaste to brush your teeth. Okay? Fluoride-free toothpaste to brush your teeth. And mouth rinse, you want to use fluoride-free mouth rinse because fluoride kills bacteria in your mouth, which you need to make nitric oxide. In order for us to make nitric oxide, we need the bacteria in our mouth to convert it to a usable form. Okay, very good. All right, so the question here from Vinnie Rivera. Uh, is what do you think about penile implant? What do you recommend? Uh, because I have venous leak and, uh, PD, uh, or, or ED medication, PDE5 inhibitor, and Trimix are not working as well like they used to. Well, um, it, it depends. Have you exhausted all options? Have you tried using your own stem cell as, um, a way to restore your erection again? Right? So most traditional medicine, again, if you have ED, they give you an ED medicine. If that doesn't work, then you go to trimix, which is injection of 3 different chemicals that will induce blood flow. And then, you know, the next step is penile implant. Well, what we're offering is that you can get your own stem cell now to restore function of the penis, and that is our Get Hard program. The Get Hard program involves your own stem cells, which is your platelets in your blood, and we inject it. And what that does is PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, or your own stem cells, it— what it does is that increases blood flow and it brings in more blood vessels. Then we also inject in Botox, which relaxes the muscle for 9 months. And, uh, we have you do, uh, shockwave, uh, therapy, which then help, uh, the shockwave, the machine that goes on the muscle and it delivers sound energy. And what it does is that, again, it brings in more blood vessels, but it's like, think of it like a vacuum cleaner. It cleans up all the debris. Um, and then so that way you can make new blood vessels. So unless you have tried that, uh, then I would consider that as the last resort before you get a penile implant. I don't know how old you are, but they recommend penile implant men in their 70s or late 60s because those implant now probably last only 10 years. But I have seen cases where men have pain after the penile implant. They have pain at the tip here, and that also the There's a silicone, a silicone, uh, uh, bar that goes up and down your penis here, and that when you— they give you a pump and you pump in water, uh, and it, uh, it, it pumping water, and then what it does is that it helps with, uh, getting an, um, erection. Uh, but you know, that, that is— you want to make sure that you know the cause of why you have ED. the first place, right? And so that way we can reverse engineer what we need to do to make it— to make an erection firm again. Okay? So I would suggest you explore another option. However, to be honest, it's not covered by insurance at all. You would have to cover that and then turn in the paperwork to Medicare. All right, very good, very good question. All right, uh, very good. So, um, a good question there. I, I've been using, uh, so I already answered Patsy already, uh, Very good. I know there's at least 9 of you watching right now, and so let me know what question you, uh, may have. If not, you know, we're just gonna take some questions from last time and I will answer that. Okay, I'm looking at these questions here. Hello, I am— okay, so let's go ahead and put this question up right here. John, copy that. Let's go ahead and put that question up. All right, so where's my office located? My office is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We're just an hour south of Washington, D.C. Okay. Um, yeah, we're an hour south of Washington, D.C., Vinnie. Um, and you're 48? Yeah, 48. You're too young to get a penile implant. So, uh, penile implants are usually reserved for men in the 60s, 70s, because they usually last about 10 years. And they do have some complications of pain and wear and tear, and they stop working. So that's why they normally reserve it for older men. So definitely try that out, Vinnie. And also schedule just a call with our team to see if you are a candidate. You can do that at renewwithdranne.com. Okay. RenewWithDrAnne.com, Vinnie, to schedule a free discovery call with our team so that way they can— so you can get your questions answered and to see if you're a right candidate. All right? So go to RenewWithDrAnne.com. Can you also put that in the comment as well too, John? And, um, yeah, 48, you're way too young, way too young. All right, okay, here's another question. Uh, had priapism 9 years ago and was told no erection again. Past 2 years, um, natural recovery, reached 2/3 of fullness. Uh, how can I achieve full rigidity at the tip? Okay. I'm not so sure what you mean by full rigidity at the tip. The tip here does not have rigidity. This is the glans. It does have not rigidity. Rigidity comes from the corpus cavernosum. Okay, right here, corpus cavernosum. But this is really a soft part, more like it. And so, Uh, you, you were told that one of those— one of the side effects of priapism— priapism means, um, an erection lasting for 4 hours— and most people get this from Trimix. They, they either do too much Trimix or Trimix does that for them, so they have to go to the ER. It's essentially the ER to put a needle in, release the pressure. Uh, uh, but you will have some sequelae. Uh, with— when priapism happened, because it will get— it will cause like scar tissue. Okay, so you said in the past 2 years, you know, natural recovery. So you're waking up with morning wood, 2/3 fullness. Um, um, 2/3 fullness. So that's a— that's a good thing, you know, your body's recovering. Um, you are noticing an improvement. So with that said, uh, with that said, I want you to also follow the Mediterranean diet, exercise 3 to 4 times a week, improve your sleep from 10 to 6, and then also the fourth is stress reduction. All right? You do all that, you're going to be able to get a firmer erection. All right? If you do all that, your erection will get firmer. Right? And so you can get the recipe and diet for Mediterranean diet at Yeah, at eatfornoed.com for the Mediterranean diet. Okay. And then we'll also give you access to our Well World app as well too, which has the exercises you need to do in there as well as Cooking ideas. All right, how to cook and grocery shop. No, that that that's not the link, John. The link that I'm talking about is the the link that goes to Well World. In fact, everyone that downloads everyone that downloads a free lead magnet we can get should give them access to. Well World. So remind me that as well. But you can call Well World. Okay, taking notes. Awesome. But make sure you follow the Mediterranean diet. We send it to you as a PDF, but we'll also give you access to the software that you can kind of input in. It'll be like MyFitnessPal type of thing. It'll be like a MyFitnessPal where you input in what you eat, and I also have some exercises in there as well. Awesome. All right, we have people on, we have good people giving thumbs up. Okay, those are all the questions that's answered. All right, so let's have this question about steroid. Are steroid good for ED? Okay, let's go ahead and copy that. So question: Are some steroids good for ED? Have friends using them and say good for manhood. Well, steroid injected into the penis is not good. You don't want that because steroid also can cause degeneration. And scar tissue. You don't want you don't want to inject steroid in your penis, right? Because steroid can cause more damage than good in the penis. All right. So before you even consider something like steroid for ED, it it really should be contraindicated because it actually if you inject into the penis will actually promote more degeneration. And fibrosis or scar tissue development. Now, before you even resort to trying steroids, have you fixed your diet? Have you changed your diet to a Mediterranean diet? Have you started exercising every other day? Are you sleeping better? Are you sleeping between 10 to 6 AM? Are you de-stressing? So before you even go to something that it Non-proven, right? Uh, there's no indication for steroid anywhere for, uh, ED. So, uh, steroids, it's very— has a lot of side effects. One of the side effects is degeneration and, and fibrosis or, um, scar tissue development. Okay. Um, very good. Um, so don't listen to your friends. Remember, you are not the same as your friends. Right. Your presentation requires somebody that look at you individually and personalize a plan for you. Everybody is different. Not all asthmatics are the same, right? It's the same thing. Not all men with ED is the same. So that's why you need to go see a specialist to do blood work, to evaluate the 6 systems and see where that breakdown and Once we can diagnose that, then, you know, we can reverse engineer and fix it. So you only can improve what you can measure. All right. And so my best advice is that don't put steroid in your penis, either injection or rub or anything like that. You don't want to do that because it's going to cause more harm in the long run. Uh, then that, um, John Box said, thank you, Dr. Anne, for having this live chat. Uh, well, I do, John. I do have, uh, I do, uh, go live every Monday, uh, at noon Eastern Standard Time. Um, I didn't do it last week because I was away, but now that I am back, I plan to do every Monday at noon. Come join me. Where I will go live to ask all your questions. And you guys are asking great questions. It also gives me ideas on to produce videos and future videos as well too, because the questions you ask are very, very common. So you're helping me as much as I'm helping you. So that's awesome. All right. Uh, so venous embolization is nothing like, um, a venous leak and ED. Totally. Embolization meaning they try to close it off and, uh, salvage it. But venous leak and ED, totally, totally different. All right. Yeah. Totally. Um, at least, at least the one that, um, the, um, if you consider, if you have venous leak The venous leak is getting an erection but hard to maintain it. First of all, look at yourself. Be honest with yourself. What type of diet are you on? Get on the Mediterranean diet. Start exercising and sleep. You're going to start seeing improvement with the venous leak. Okay? All right. I think I answered everyone here today. And so let me look at the questions. All right, so the question is what to do, what to do to start treating ED. That's why I want you to get my ED checklist. All right, if you can highlight that, get the ED checklist, whattodoed.com. You go through that checklist. Oftentimes it's just Oftentimes it's just you determining that you're worth it and you're going to work towards this goal. Anything that's worth it, you have to work towards that goal. You can't just do it for a few days and then give up because it's going to take about 6 to 3 months for you to start seeing effect. Okay. And that's it. And you will see the effect of a functional, working penis. If you also do the diet, the exercise, and also doing the penis pump as well. Okay, so check out the Mediterranean diet at whattoedoed.com. And so the question, venous leak embolization, the same thing as venogenic ED or venous leak ED? No, it's not. It is not the same thing. Uh, venous embolization, meaning that they're trying to prevent a clot in the vein so that way it doesn't go back to the heart, causing a heart attack or even a pulmonary embolus, or really a clotting of the lung, or even a stroke, which is meaning, uh, um, not enough blood going to the brain. Okay. So venous embolization is not the same as venous leak. From our erectile dysfunction as well. So, all right, one more question. I already answered the steroid, so let's go ahead and take that off. Okay. Okay, I think that's all the questions for today, uh, unless there's any other question, um, that is on, uh, the comments, right? That's all the questions today. Now I do have to kind of, uh, uh, end this, um, uh, uh, early on this, on this live. Today. And so I appreciate you guys joining me, asking great questions. Is there any questions that I didn't answer? John, go ahead and put it in our Google Sheet as well. I will see you next Monday at noon again. All right. Thank you.
