Live Q&A: Ask Me Anything (Men's Health & Performance Unfiltered)

In this live livestream, Dr. Anne Truong addresses men’s sexual health, focusing on erectile dysfunction (ED) as a warning sign for cardiovascular disease. She explains the definition of ED, its prevalence, and the importance of treating it like chest pain—prompt medical evaluation, blood work, and identification of root causes. Dr. Truong outlines essential labs (CBC, CMP, fasting lipid panel, glucose, total and free testosterone) and emphasizes honest self‑assessment of weight and BMI. Lifestyle interventions—adopting a Mediterranean diet, regular aerobic activity, adequate sleep, smoking and porn cessation—are presented as first‑line, evidence‑based treatments that can outperform PDE5 inhibitors for many men. She cautions against self‑medication and describes her “True Flow” protocol (penis pump, nitric‑oxide supplement, Libido Plus testosterone support) and the role of supplements and devices. For more severe or refractory cases, she details advanced office therapies: stem‑cell injections, Botox, low‑intensity shockwave, electromagnetic and far‑infrared treatments, and pelvic‑floor (Kegel) stimulation. The connection between low back pain, nerve pathways (T10‑S2), and ED is discussed. Dr. Truong also addresses common misconceptions about penis size, provides statistical averages, and explains testosterone level variability and the ADAM questionnaire. Throughout, she promotes her community resources—Modern Man Club, NoEDMan.com, eatfornoed.com, ednomore.com, renewwithdranne.com—and highlights the importance of accountability, coaching, and peer support. The session ends with logistical notes about future live sessions and a reminder to download checklists from whattoedoed.com.

Okay, we are live. Let me know if you can hear me. Let me know in the chat if you can hear me. Uh, okay. All right, very good. I think you can. It looks like my Camera's on. Hello, hello. Well, we are live on Facebook, YouTube, X, and everywhere on Facebook. I think next time we should do TikTok and Instagram as well too. How are you guys doing? How's everybody doing? Tell me where— put in the comment where you are watching from. Okay, all right, all right. So, uh, welcome. Today is, uh, Monday and, uh, we are live. Okay, so put, uh, any question you may have on, uh, the comment and I will, uh, get to it. If not, I will address, um, question from, uh, last, uh, week. Okay. All right. Very good. I think we still have some questions from last week. I'm going to try to see if we can pull it up. My team, I think next time you guys can get that up for me, that will be great. All right. So let me know in the comments, where are you watching from? All right, okay. YouTube question. Okay, here it is. Questions. Okay, so there were— I see a lot of questions that are the same comment as, what do I do as to QED? Right? I have ED. What do I need to do? And the answer to it is pretty simple, and you'll be surprised, right? Because when you have ED, treat it like as if you have chest pain, right? When you have chest pain, you go to the doctor, you go to ER, and you get it addressed, right? Well, ED is your body. Warning you that you have a blood vessel problem or blood flow problem that precedes heart problems. So studies have shown that men that have ED, 46% of them actually have some type of heart attack in 5 years. And so is your warning sign It is your red flashing sign that, you know, your body is having blood flow issues. And that's what the word for that is called cardiovascular disease. All right. So I want you to treat your ED as if you're having chest pain. Right. So you don't want to try to treat it yourself because, you know, ED is quite complex and it involves from the brain all the way down to the nerve, the hormone. The heart, the blood vessels, and then your penis. So it involves multiple systems, multiple steps that are going on. And I understand that ED is a personal thing. It is somewhat embarrassing to talk about. And studies have shown that only 1/3 of men actually talk about it with their doctor. I get it. You know, it's something personal you want anybody to know. But I want to stress to you guys that you, you want to treat ED as if it's chest pain. Okay, so what's the first thing you should do? You should go to your doctor. And if you don't want to go see your doctor, you need to get blood work. First thing you need to do is to get blood work. Now let's get to the definition of ED. What is ED? ED is defined as the inability and persist— inability to maintain an erection to satisfaction. So with that broad term, it means it involves desire, arousal, orgasm, all the way to finishing. So the whole breadth. So it's not just whether you get an erection or not. It involves from the brain all the way to the penis. Okay. And persistent, meaning if they've been there for at least 3 to 6 months, so much that it bothers you. Okay. And so that's what ED is. All right. And you can still have ED when you can get an erection. Right. And, uh, so you can still get it. So even when you're not firm enough, that's still ED. Even when you can orgasm but you're not firm, you can still have ED. So ED does not mean inability to get an erection. ED can be, you know, a partial erection or finishing early or inability to, uh, orgasm. Okay. So Uh, uh, treat it like chest pain. Okay, don't try to go to internet and try to, you know, buy this supplement, this gadget, and so forth. Uh, and, uh, because you, you don't know what is the root cause of that. Uh, treat ED like chest pain. Treat ED like, uh, a problem in your car. If your car It's not starting, you know, or is it making noise? You know, you take it to the mechanic and you get it diagnosed, right? You wouldn't be driving it on the road until it breaks down on the road, right? So you need to know the cause of your ED first. You need to know the cause of your ED first and before you try to find a treatment. And guys, keep your question to professional. And, and keep it, you know, respectful. Okay. And so, you know, having said that, I, you know, I commonly get the question that, you know, I commonly get the question, what, what is— what do I do for treatment for ED? Well, first of all, you know, you you have ED, get it addressed. All right. Don't try to treat it yourself. Get it addressed. And first by getting blood work. So you can go to the doctor and get blood work, and you can actually get blood work on your own. You can actually go to LabCorp and request for blood work. You can go to LabCorp, you can go to Quest, as long as you have insurance. If not, even those labs have self-insured charge as well, cash charge for those that doesn't have insurance. So, you know, I'm here for questions, but I want you guys to be respectful and professional when you're asking questions. All right. So having said that, I want to add that, what labs should you get? So you could get a blood sugar, a blood sugar test. And you should get what's called CBC, complete blood cell count, right? You request for chemistry 14, which involves blood sugar, involves your kidney function, as well as your liver function. And you should also ask for A cholesterol, um, uh, a lipid panel, fasting lipid panel. And when you get the blood work, make sure you fast for 12 hours to check. You want to check your, your cholesterol, uh, and you also want to, uh, check for, um, so your cholesterol, your blood sugar, and then your hormones, right? You want to check for your, um, For testosterone, you want to check for total testosterone and also free testosterone. Okay? So number 1, get your blood work checked. That's number 1. And make sure it's fasting. And number 2, be honest with yourself. What is your weight? What is your weight? If your weight is— if you're overweight, You know if you're overweight, right? For a man, if your waist is above 30, or you can do a BMI, which is basal metabolic index, body mass— I'm sorry, body mass index. If your BMI is over 30, I mean, you're overweight. And you can find that— equation on the internet for BMI. And if you're over— so be honest with yourself, you're overweight, then, you know, you need to get on the Mediterranean diet and start exercising 30 minutes at least every other day or 3 to 4 times a week. And then also Stop smoking if you are smoking, and that's including inhaling cigarette tobacco, chewing tobacco, as well as probably vaping as well too, because they do have nicotine. And you want to do that, and you probably should stop porn as well because porn messes up with your brain desire and arousal. processing. And just start doing that. Get on a Mediterranean diet, start exercising. Start exercising, and about 30 minutes. All right. And actually, studies, recent studies have come out that tai chi is actually good for cognition. And I wonder if that's good for also vascular as well, too. So exercise and get enough sleep, like 7 hours of sleep. And you start with that and you'll be amazed at the change. Studies have come out that show that diet and exercise together beat Viagra and Cialis. So, and even it is even effective in those that Viagra and Cialis does not help, but it beats it as well too, because ED medication, Viagra and Cialis, only help in about 70% of men. 30% do not respond to it. But exercise and doing a Mediterranean diet is helpful for everyone. Okay. And you start doing that. These are important. So you can get a copy of the Mediterranean diet at eatfornoed.com. And you can get that right there. You see the link right here, eatfornoed.com. You get the Mediterranean diet. I give you everything that is included in there. And you can download that for free. Um, so the main point is, you know, there are things that you can do for ED now. Last thing you want to do is to take a medication. I know when you go to the doctor, first thing they're going to do is give you a medication. Well, you know, uh, uh, you shouldn't do that. It's like when you have pain, you don't want to take a pain medication, right? Because that's just covering up the symptom. It's a Band-Aid. But It's a band-aid that's going to get you in trouble later on, right? Because you take medication, your body is going to think that it needs to have medication every time you have an erection. And, and you want to have a natural erection. You don't want to have an erection with medication on there. And 70— and 30% of men do not respond to the medication anyway. And so men just don't know that ED is reversible. By just making lifestyle changes, just the diet and exercise and stopping some things. You don't know that, right? And you're not going to find that on internet. And that's why I created this channel, uh, uh, uh, Truong Rehabilitation Center. That's why I created the Modern Man Club. It is a space where you're in community of other men, uh, that's going through the same thing. That is coached by, by us and experts that will give you the guidance on how to get back your erection again without medication and guiding you to the right path. So you can check it out at NoEDMan.com. So NoEDMan.com is a group coaching that is designed to give you step by step to get you out of ED to performing again. All right, and oftentimes it's lonely, right? It's not something you're going to talk with your best friend about, right? And it's, it's somewhat shameful, right? All right, because you feel like you're less of a man. I get it, you know, I get it. You know, I have a spouse that, that, uh, had ED, and I know what you're, you're going through. And, uh, studies have shown That men that have a supportive spouse, it's actually a formal treatment for ED, right? Because you don't want to go in the black hole of taking medication. Once you take medication, your body will get used to the medication. Now, I'm okay with taking like low-dose Cialis every day to boost, to boost things along. But, you know, you should start with diet and exercise first. We have seen thousands of men reverse their function With just changing their diet and exercise. Because what you're going to find is that once you start a Mediterranean diet, your blood sugar gets stabilized, your cholesterol goes down, you lose weight, right? And when you just start, you know, half an hour of exercise, it could be just walking, it could be just brisk walking, or going up and down the stairs, as well as You know, jumping around for 30 minutes, or even household chores for 30 minutes, it's also a good form of exercise. Or even going outside doing yard work is a good form of exercise as well. So there's no lack of that as long as you're moving. Keep moving, keep moving, keep moving. All right. And that's simply it. You know, the most common question I get asked is, you know, what, what if I have ED? What is the cure for ED? That's it. Well, of course, you know, you know that I'm a big proponent of, um, I'm a big proponent of using the penis pump as an exerciser for your penis, right? Along with adding nitric oxide, uh, and boosting your testosterone with Libido Plus. So we have that at our store at ednomore.com. That has the nitric oxide, the Libido Plus, and the penis pump. I think that's the True Flow protocol. The True Flow protocol and nitric oxide, yeah, it helps with increasing blood. Use the penis pump to exercise your penis, to make it more flexible, to make, to make it like feel like it's having an erection. Right. And then the Libido Plus, uh, give you the ingredients to increase your testosterone. That's called the True Flow, uh, and you can check that out at, uh, ednomore.com. And, uh, so I'm giving you all the things that you need to know what to do to get out of ED, right? So, uh, um, the right supplement to take the right equipment, which is the penis pump, the right supplements, nitric oxide, Libido Plus, and the penis pump, and a community where you have accountability and you have guidance to help you follow along. It's like school, like going to school, right? You have accountability, you have guidance, you have the expert, and you have other men in the community guiding you along as well. So I invite you to check it out. The Modern Man Club at noedman.com. And yes, to get out of ED is as simple as that. You got to start early, right? You got to start early. Even 1 to 3 years is not bad. Don't wait for 10 years. Don't wait for 10 years of taking ED medicine and stop working. And now you're doing trimix, right? And then you say, well, Nothing's working. Well, because you haven't really tried what really is important. What really reverses that blood flow, right, is really diet and exercise and sleep. All right, that's what really reverses that. And amazingly, when we have men in the Modern Man Club do this, they lose weight. Yeah. They feel better, they have more energy, they have more libido, and they're just more motivated, right? So you can actually see improvement in about 6 weeks, right? You can actually see it in 6 weeks too. And the first time that you notice, you're probably having morning wood, right? You're probably having morning wood. Or partial morning wood, and that you may see that your erection is firmer than before. So, but it takes persistence, it takes motivation, it takes work. Nothing that is worth it, nothing that is worth it, you don't have to do the work, right? It's like going to school. Like going to school, you gotta study, you gotta take the test, and you gotta do it for years at a time. And there's no magic pill, guys. There's no magic supplement. It does require work. You know, some guys will say, what supplement do I need to take for ED? Well, you know, I usually preface that with, well, are you doing your diet and exercise? Because you can take any supplement you want and you don't change your diet, no supplement's gonna work. All right. Uh, I'll be honest with you. No supplement's gonna work. It's like, it's like, uh, uh, trying to lose weight and you keep eating, uh, cake and cookies every night. Well, you're not gonna lose weight. Right. So you have to put in the work. Uh, and, and I have to be honest with you, you, you put in the work, you know, the supplement will work. The penis pump will work. Everything will work. So check it out. Uh, go to modernmanclub@noedman.com. You will get the roadmap. On how to get out of ED naturally. And this is no gimmick. We've seen thousands of men get results from this. And, and I've seen it work myself. Now, we do have treatment in the office for more severe cases that will need more boosting with stem cells, like your own stem cells, to boost more blood flow. To really restructure the penis again because it'd been years without having an erection. So for more involved cases or severe cases, we would use your own stem cells. We would do— we would use your own stem cells and would also use Botox. Uh, to help relax the penis muscle and, uh, use your own stem cells to build more, uh, more blood flow in the penis. The Botox is injected into the penis to relax the muscles so that way it can have an erection again. And then shockwave therapy, what it does is that, um, it takes all the blockages out of, uh, the penis. Uh, to open up more new vessels. And then we also do electromagnetic therapy, which is to clear up all the toxic stuff out and around the penis. We also do far infrared treatment, which, um, uh, uh, uh, which, uh, increased parasympathetic nervous system, which is the nerve that can— that will give you an erection. And we actually reset that. and reset the nerve so that way the parasympathetic nervous system is activating for erection again. We also give you a Kegel machine that you can put the electrode in the pelvic muscle area to stimulate it, because those muscles, those pelvic muscles that are actually right underneath the penis, The scrotum right here. They're small muscles, they're in triangle shape underneath the scrotum right here. And if you stimulate it with the Kegel machine, it will— what it does is that these muscles go around up here and it goes around the base of the penis and it helps keep the blood in the penis to give you a firm erection. If those, uh, if those, uh, pelvic muscles are weak, then it doesn't work like kind of like a rubber band at the base of the penis, and then blood will kind of come out. All right, so it's very important. Those pelvic muscles, they're small and mighty. So we choose small muscles. They're small and mighty. They help with erection. Those are the muscles that actually contract during orgasm. And they also, when it contracts, it also helps propel the semen out of the prostate, out in through the urethra. So those pelvic muscles are here. This is the prostate here, right? So when it contracts, it will propel the semen from the prostate out through the penis, right? And the prostate is underneath the bladder, right? And the tube that goes out from the bladder, urethra, go through the prostate and then throughout the penis. That's where you urinate, right? That's where also semen comes out of as well. So these little muscles are mighty and they are neglected. So that's why the Get Hard System, which is The, uh, the— my, uh, my framework that I use to treat, uh, ED in the office involves giving you the Kegel machine to stimulate these muscles, uh, here. And also, um, um, and also, um, you will, uh, get the supplements like nitric oxide, Libido Plus, multivitamin, vitamin D. Uh, studies have shown that men with ED have low vitamin D. Right? Because vitamin D comes from a vegetable. And so if you're not following the Mediterranean diet, you're probably going to have low vitamin D. So, and we also, of course, give you the penis pump so you can exercise your penis every day as well. So those are the necessities that you need, the tools that you need to get you out of ED. There is a clear pathway. You got to do the work. You do the work, you will see the results. It's like going to school. There is no shortcut about it. The reason why you have ED is either there's a blood flow problem, and blood flow problem usually due to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Diabetes? Is it is it a nerve problem? Is it a hormone problem? Okay, so is it hormone, nerve, or a blood vessel problem? And then is it a structural problem with the penis? And those are the things that I think about when every time I see a man with ED, what's causing your ED? Right, right. 90% of ED is due to physical causes, and about 10% is due to psychological causes, which is usually due to stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, trauma that involve in processing of arousal signal. arousal signals up here to transmit through the nerve and the heart. So the erection actually starts in the brain, not in your penis. It starts in the brain. And if the brain is distracted, then the signal's not gonna go down to the— Um, to the heart and then eventually to the penis. Okay. So the bottom line is you have ED. All right. Get bloodwork. You don't want to go see the doctor. You can actually get your bloodwork by going to the lab and requesting it. And I actually will create a document, a checklist that will be available so you can check it out. At, um, you can check it out at, um, the, uh, the— it's the next video that we're actually producing, uh, and you can go to the URL whattoedoed.com to download that checklist. So whattoedoed.com to download the checklist. And if you don't have insurance, you, uh, there is, uh, a self-pay option, uh, uh, for it. So, um, You can take control of your sex life. You don't have to be passive about it. And try not to take medication without knowing why you have ED, okay? And so, but just know that even though 90% of ED is physical and 10% is psychological, but after a physical component is there, For a while, it's there for a while, then there's gonna be a psychological component mixed into it as well. Okay. All right. So I hope that was helpful. I know that was an earful, but the bottom line is ED is reversible. Start early. And it starts as simple as doing blood work and— following the Mediterranean diet and just move 30 minutes every other day. All right? Yard work, do anything you like, just move. All right? Every other day. So it doesn't have to be every day. Okay. All right. So let me see if there's— oh, Dylan Holbrook. Hi. I like it when you're summarizing what I said. I love what you said. The brain is the biggest sex organ. Wow. Yes, it is the biggest sex organ, believe it or not, because if nothing starts in the brain, you'll never— you won't get an erection. All right. Now, when you were younger, when you were younger, you'll have what's called reflex erection, which is like where just a simple touch Uh, uh, a brush or something, you'll have an erection. But that happens more when you're younger. All right. And, um, so, uh, the nerve of— the nerve for, uh, the nerve that goes to the penis for erection, ejaculation, and, uh, orgasm are actually around, um, around T10, like, you know, like from your mid-back. All the way down to your sacrum, which is where your sacral area, where your buttock is. So it's from your mid-back to your buttock. Those are all the nerves that is involved for erection. So let's say you have back pain, for instance, right? Or you have a pinched nerve. If you have a pinched nerve and if you have— Um, um. A car accident and you have severe back pain, you can't move. Well, those also will affect the nerve in that area too. So it's from— essentially it's from your mid-back all the way down to your buttock. Those are the nerves that control erection. So when you're having pain, low back pain, or when you have a kidney problem, or when you have spinal stenosis or pinched nerve, or even peripheral neuropathy, those nerves will be affected as well too. So that's why low back pain can contribute to ED as well. So that is something to consider. Okay? Right. If you guys go to what to do for ED, what to do ED, It's not available yet. It will be, but I just released that video because I'm trying to make information simplified for you all and accessible, right? Because ED is becoming more common in men more now than ever because we just lead stressful, busy lives, and sometimes we neglect our health. When we neglect our health, we're not— then you're going to start having ED. The next thing you know, you're taking ED medication. You're going down the black hole. All right? I hope that helped. Let me know what you guys think. Thank you for summarizing and like that. Let's say you have back pain, right? Well, don't take pain medication. Pain medication are like opioids pain medication. You take pain medicine, it's gonna affect your erection. So you have back pain, find out the cause of that. And most of the times, losing weight will help. When you're having pain, losing weight will help. Exercise will actually help with that. And then also doing yoga will help with your back pain as well. I also suffer from back pain myself, and I find that keeping flexibility with yoga, uh, helped me a lot, as well as, um, uh, uh, doing, uh, weight training to strengthen, uh, my back. Um, okay. Uh, all right. So now, um, uh, uh, says, uh, he is, uh, 7 inches and 6 inches in girth. Uh, he asks, is that a big one? Well, You're definitely on the top, probably, you know, 1%. You know, 6 inches in girth is quite huge because normal penis size, normal erect penis size— not normal, I would say average, not normal, but average penis size is 5¾ in length and 4¾ in girth. So you are— 2 inches more in length and girth. So you're probably— you're going to be at the top 10%. All right. There for sure. A small penis or micropenis is less than 3 inches erect. Okay. That's considered small. And average is 5 and 3/4. If you go 1 inch more, 7 inches, And then you're probably at the top 10%. Okay. So that, that is the statistic. Okay. Now, 87% of men think that they are small when they're not. That's why I keep stressing that to say average, it's about 5¾ in length and 4¾ in girth. And most men are there or even more. All right, because, well, you know, we are— we see images, you know, of porn, and we think that's normal. That's not normal. That's why they're porn actors. They're not normal. Okay. And so that— you just have to get real on what real measurements are. Okay. All right. Okay. So we got some hearts and likes. Thank you. I like that. And if you're watching this, make sure you subscribe to our channel as well. Put in the comment any questions you may have. 95% of our viewers are actually non-subscribers. So make sure you subscribe to our channel. So this is a good question. So Bill Harris asks, Bill Harris asks, what is a good testosterone level? Okay, so testosterone, testosterone levels are genetically inherent to the man, meaning every man on a sweet spot for testosterone is different. Meaning, um, your— the level that makes you feel good is determined by your, uh, your genes, your DNA. And, uh, so a man can feel— have a sweet spot and feel really great at a level of 500, uh, and another man feel great at the level of 900. So the, the range for total testosterone ranges from 300 To 900, and free testosterone is between like 9 to like 30. Total testosterone is bound to protein. Free testosterone, the one that is bioavailable. So the range varies, as you can see, from 9 to like 30, right? And then 300 to 900. That's because testosterone level is genetically determined. So it is different in every man. So you don't go by the number, you go by what is— you go by what is the level that you feel best in. So there is a standardized test called the ADAM test, the androgen deficiency test, A-D-A-M. The ADAM test. And I talk about that in one of my videos. So it's a 7-question, and if you answer yes to question 3 and question 7, then you most likely have low testosterone, or you answer 3 out of the 7, you have low testosterone. And so what that means is that— What that means is you answer the question and it's based upon your symptoms. Right. So, so a good testosterone level is based upon your symptoms. You should fall between 300 or 900, but that doesn't necessarily mean the higher the testosterone level, the better you're going to feel. That's not the case at all. My husband feels great at the level of 500. If I— if he goes up to 600, 700, he doesn't feel great at all. In fact, he feels more aggression. he poor sleep and even more moody. But at 500, he is great. But that is his genetic level. So you can't compare one level to the next. So testosterone level is like level of saltiness. Different people have different levels of saltiness that they like or don't like. Right. Yeah. Bill, your sweet zone could be around 600, and my husband's sweet zone is about 500, and somebody else's sweet zone could be 700. It doesn't necessarily mean the higher the better. Most hormone clinics will try to jack you up at a high level thinking that that is the best. That's not necessarily true. The best testosterone level is when you feel the best. It's in your sweet zone without conversion to estrogen and without conversion to testosterone converting to dihydrotestosterone or DHT. So if you are taking testosterone, you got to make sure that you have blood level checked to see what your levels, your free testosterone, your total testosterone level is. And to check your estrogen level because testosterone will convert to estrogen. And also check your dihydrotestosterone level as well because that will— when that level is high, dihydrotestosterone or DHT, that will cause hair loss as well as prostate enlargement because that will stimulate the prostate to enlarge. That's very inflammatory. DHT. It's very inflammatory to the prostate. So you want to make sure that you monitor that level and not be at a high level. Okay? So that's a good question. That's a very common question. High does not mean best at all. Okay? It's your sweet zone, whatever that zone is. Okay? Okay. Very good. Okay, see if there's any other question. And remember, you can always join the Modern Man Club at noedman.com to ask any question that you have. And we are there to guide you on accountability, but also the step you need to do to get out of ED. I am— I do Q&A twice a month there. In fact, I'll do it tomorrow. We spend a whole hour in there. And then we also have a dietitian who will go over what you're eating and how to follow the Mediterranean diet. We also have a mindset coach that helps you kind of get out of that performance anxiety, decrease that stress. And then we also have an exercise coach, Ken. He's who will show you exercises that you can do. We also have meetup, a meetup where other men that have ED get together and talk about what is bothering them and getting support, okay? Because, you know, 70% of men are suffering with ED alone. Only 30% of them actually talk to their doctor about this. And almost 100% of them want a cure for their ED, but they don't know how. And oftentimes they follow the wrong pathway of buying this, buying that, trying this and that, that really doesn't work. So my goal is to offer you simple and realistic solution that you can do, uh, uh, now and, uh, to help you out of ED. Okay. All right. Um, and so check it out at noedman.com. So we discussed about size today. We discussed about testosterone level. We discussed about what to do. When you have ED? And that's a very logical question because it is very challenging. So on the note of, on the note of having pain, you know, low back pain is the number one contributor. I mean, number one source of pain. Is that, you know, and it's where the nerve That goes to the penis come out of as well. So it's pretty critical about that, right? And so, believe it or not, low back pain can be treated. And it is counterintuitive because the more you move, the more you hurt. But believe it or not, the more you move, the more you move, the body will react. The body will compensate and actually your pain will be less too. And diet, it's critical for pain, especially anti-inflammatory diets such as the Mediterranean diet, is critical for pain. However, I just recently saw a study on ketogenic diet, which also helped with inflammation as well. But ketogenic diet's also hard to follow because you cannot eat any carbohydrates at all versus Mediterranean diet. You can eat potatoes, you can eat 2 slices of bread, um, a day, um, as well. So I, I like the Mediterranean diet more than anything. Uh, it's inflammatory. So you have back pain, follow the Mediterranean diet, do some yoga, start walking, start moving. Because the last thing you want to do is to stay bedridden. You stay bedridden, the muscle will frozen up more. Your muscle will start wasting away, called atrophy. You become more depressed, right? Because immobility, inactivity will cause more depression, right? And probably more anxiety as well. So, having said that, it's really the treatment for low back pain, it's almost the same as for ED, right? More movement, diet, and meditation, and doing yoga as well. And The more movement, the better. All right. So check out the how to get the Mediterranean diet right here, eatfornoed.com. If you are watching this at this point, okay, if you're watching this on TV or on your phone, go to noedman.com to download it. Because I want all you guys to have access to this information, um, so you can start working on it. All right. And then once we set up the, the what to do when you have ED, um, the URL, whattodoed.com, will be available. All right. Question here says, any success on foreskin restoration? Uh, foreskin restoration, you will probably need to go see a urologist, um, to see if, uh, um, is a surgery available for that. I don't know. I don't know what you mean by foreskin restoration. Uh, there are many causes of, you know, is the foreskin too much, too little? Uh, is there a curvature? But you, you definitely need to go see a doctor for that. To determine if surgery is needed or no surgery is needed at all. Sometimes shockwave therapy may be helpful with that. Again, go see the doctor, right? And nowadays, you have to be your advocate now, and you have to own your health. And be an advocate for your health and know, and have some background and know what you need to do. Okay. Even sexual health, treating ED, doctors are not familiar with that because that's not what we get trained in medical school. We get— and so oftentimes, if that's not something you do, And also depends upon the comfort level of the doctor as well, because it's talking about intimate issues and whether they're comfortable in addressing that with their patient or even with themselves and how their attitude is as well too. My philosophy of natural restoration for erection comes from me learning about acupuncture. And learning about acupuncture, I know that the body can heal and there are energy channels that move throughout the body that help restore function again. So it helped me understand the body as a whole and healing from the inside, from inside the body to help with the bodily function. And also with me being a pain management doctor, I also do stem cell therapy for restoration. I've always been an advocate for treating root cause. And then having a spouse that had ED in the past has really motivated me to dive deep into this subject. And help restore him to functioning so that way he doesn't have to take medication as well. So I have a deep appreciation for that, but I've also seen what ED can do to a man. And ED is a lot more common than you think. Okay. If you're over 50 years old, if you're over 50 years old, 50% of men have ED. And most of them are probably taking, you know, ED medication, right? And the older you are, the more percentage of men have ED. And it all depends. And so even though you guys don't talk about it, Very common, but most men don't know that ED can be reversed. And yeah, and that if you work on it, it will be. And that's why we have the Modern Man Club here as a space to support you to get the help and accountability that you need. Okay. Um, to get the accountability that you need. to get out of ED. All right, so one more question here. All right, let's see. Okay, so there's a question by Herbert says, I noticed pumping stretched the skin to sort of help cover during flaccid state. I'm not sure what the question means, but when you pump, Yes, the foreskin can go over the penis if you are uncircumcised. If you are circumcised, that shouldn't be the case, but if you are uncircumcised, yes. And just know that if you have ED, if you have ED and you haven't had an erection in a while— what's a while? Probably more than 3 months or so. The muscle actually starts to atrophy, meaning the muscle of the penis starts to shrink. And then when it starts to shrink, it starts to have scar tissue inside of it to make it harder for it to expand, to be engorged with blood. And then after a while, even the The surrounding tissue around the penis, which they call the tunica albuginea, which is the surrounding wrap around the penis, starts to break down as well. And so the penis muscle actually atrophies if you don't use it. So there's a phrase, you use it, you don't lose it. It's true. I've seen in men that had ED for a while, And they actually have atrophy of their penis. And when you touch the corpus cavernosum or the shaft of the penis here, it doesn't feel spongy. It should feel spongy. It should feel spongy, but it feels more hard. It feels like scar tissue. It feels rough. It doesn't feel spongy. And so that's when you— that when your penis gets to that state where it feels not spongy and it feels tough, uh, uh, when you squeeze it, when it's flaccid, then, um, it's time to come into my office and get the treatment with the Get Hard System to restore, uh, the tissue again to make it more soft, to add more blood vessels in it, to get more blood flow in it, and to use a shockwave to soften the tissue up and get rid of the scar tissue, and then see Botox to make the tissue more pliable, more flexible to be engorged with blood. So if you're starting to see atrophy or starting to see your size getting smaller due to ED, then you definitely need to start doing penis pumping, start taking the nitric oxide, the Libido Plus, and reach out to my office for treatment. We are in Virginia, just right outside of DC, because that's when we have to literally restore the tissue again. Uh, in the penis, uh, for it to be able to engorge and, uh, uh, engorge with blood to be able to hold the blood, uh, in there. All right. And, um, uh, you can reach out to us, go with the URL renewwithdranne.com. Um, renewwithdranne.com is where you fill out an application to see if we're fit to work together. To restore your functioning again. Now, ED treatment is not covered by insurance at this point. So just so that you know, that's why I'm trying to tell you all, if you have ED, try to start early, try to treat your ED early and not wait until ED medicine doesn't work anymore. Right? The earlier you start, the— you can actually reverse it. Right? You don't want to wait until your penis has shrunken or atrophied, or when your penis feels leathery. That's when scar tissue sets in. Right? So my message today is, if you have ED, treat it like as if you have chest pain. Get blood work, change your diet, start moving, and stop smoking, and stop porn, and work on yourself. Because ED is a warning sign that 5 years down the road, you may have a heart attack, and you actually may die from that as well. So it's not taken lightly. Okay. It should not be taken lightly. And just get your blood pressure checked. Maybe you have high blood pressure and you don't even know it as well. You don't need to have insurance. You can go to CVS and get your blood pressure checked. You can get a blood order even, I think, on Amazon even. You can even do a virtual visit on Amazon to get your blood work as well. So having said that, thank you for joining me live today. We had great questions. And Herbert says, thank you for your time and important discussion. Well, thank you for that feedback. We go live every Monday at noon. Next Monday is Labor Day, so I don't think we're going to go live. Then, um, um, maybe, um, we will. Um, I do have family coming over, so we will see, uh, uh, if I can do that. But I try to go on Monday, uh, at noon. Uh, if not, we will try around, uh, Thursday as well. Uh, and I appreciate you guys being here. You have asked great questions. Also, Rosalyn, the question I answered today, put that in our question that we have to— wait, I want an inventory of it, and I will send you the link to the— I will send you— there you go. I will send you the link to our— a sheet so you can add it on, 'cause I do want the question to be inventory. All right, thank you very much. Have a great day. Thank you.
