The speaker advises pressing the pump straight against the pubic bone and describes multiple comfortable positions (sitting on edge of bed or chair, recliner, or standing/squatting against a wall) to achieve a tight seal.

Then you would put your penis. You push it straight to the pubic bone. Now, you can do this while sitting at the edge of the bed, while sitting at the edge of a chair, or you can even do this on a recliner. I'm gonna put a picture that you can. How you can sit in the recliner that can be very comfortable to use the pee a bit. And you can also do this standing up against the wall, kind of like doing a little squat. And because that way you can push it against the pubic bone to get that tight suction.
