In this YouTube video, Dr. Anne Truong, a sexual health physician who has treated over 7,000 men with erectile dysfunction (ED), explains what ED is, how it is classified, and why it matters. She emphasizes that ED is often a mixed organic‑psychogenic condition and serves as an early warning sign for cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, depression, and low testosterone. Dr. Truong outlines a concrete medical work‑up (history, physical exam, and specific blood tests such as fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile, total and free testosterone) and lifestyle interventions—particularly the Mediterranean diet and 30‑minute exercise sessions 4‑5 times per week—as evidence‑based ways to reverse ED, even after oral medications like Viagra or Cialis have failed. She provides several actionable resources (whattoed.com, noedman.com, eatfornoed.com) and a checklist for men to follow. The video also promotes her paid programs: the My Get Hard System/Modern Man Club (online) and an in‑office Get Hard Protocol in Virginia that combines stem cells, shockwave therapy, Botox, hormones, and lifestyle coaching for a cost of about $16,000. Throughout, she encourages men to seek professional evaluation rather than self‑diagnosing, stressing that early intervention yields better outcomes.
