In this 7‑minute YouTube presentation, Dr. Anne Truong (MD) promotes a clinically‑approved Kegel stimulation device sold at ednomore.com. She explains that men over 50 often suffer weak pelvic‑floor muscles, which can diminish erections, orgasm intensity, and semen volume. The device uses a male conduction gel pad placed under the scrotum (over the rectum) and delivers automated contractions: 50 Hz bursts for 4 seconds, then 10 Hz for 2 seconds, followed by a 6‑second rest, repeating for a 20‑minute session that yields roughly 9,000 pelvic‑floor contractions. Dr. Truong describes pelvic‑floor anatomy (bulbospongiosus, ischiocavernosus, diaphragm, abdominal wall) and how these muscles support bladder, bowel, and sexual function, emphasizing the link between breathing, diaphragm movement, and pelvic‑floor activation. She warns that many men perform Kegels incorrectly—over‑contracting and keeping muscles tight rather than relaxed—reducing effectiveness. The device automates proper contraction‑relax cycles, requiring 20 minutes a day, five days a week for six weeks, then a maintenance schedule. She notes that the device qualifies as a medical device; with a receipt and an erectile‑dysfunction diagnosis, patients may obtain Medicare or private‑insurance reimbursement. Finally, she recommends the Mediterranean diet to improve circulation, lower inflammation, and support testosterone, providing a link for viewers. The video blends anatomical education, device specifications, usage protocol, insurance guidance, and lifestyle advice to persuade viewers to purchase the Kegel stimulator.

If you are over 50, a weak pelvic floor is ruining your erections. This professional medical device does 9,000 automatic Kegels in 20 minutes to strengthen your core, improve orgasms, and increase semen volume. Plus, insurance might even pay for it. How good is the Kegel exercise machine that we have in our store compared to the professional machine? Well, I'm not sure what professional machine you're referring to, Bruce, but our TGO exercise machine is the professional machine. It is used in the most therapy clinic and it's used by physicians prescribe. And also it is a professional machine. If you submit the receipt to your Medicare or your insurance, you will actually probably get a reimbursement because it's considered a medical device., and if you submit it with the diagnosis of ED, you will actually get reimbursed from your insurance. So that is the Kegel machine. Now, the Kegel machine that we have now, they make the conduction pad for a man now as a male conduction pad, so it works much better than the female, and it is now more powerful, and it's now more longer as well. And the Kegel machine essentially does the Kegel exercises for you. So these are the gel pads right here, and you put that just underneath the scrotum, and it goes right on top of the rectum. And that's the gel pad, and this is the machine. So you hook it onto the machine— this is the machine itself— and then you turn on the machine. When you turn on the machine, it's gonna go 4 seconds at 50 Hz, so it's going to contract your muscles 50 times in 4 seconds, and then it's going to contract your muscle 10 times in 2 seconds, and then it's going to give you a 6-second rest and then repeat again. Okay, the session goes for like 20 minutes and it stops, so you get like about like 9,000 Kegel contractions in the area. So essentially, this is your pelvic floor muscles. So the pelvic floor muscles are the muscles that essentially hold up your bladder, your woman, your uterus, even hold up your intestine. Okay? And it goes across from your coccyx bone all the way to your pubic bone. And it's actually connected to your abdominal muscles, the stomach muscles right here. You can see this on the picture here. Also connected to your diaphragm. So doing breathing also will improve pelvic muscles as well too. When you're doing breathing, so the Kegel muscle attached to these muscles right here. The bulbospongiosus muscle, the ischiocavernosus muscle. So it goes from the bottom of the base of the penis to above right here. The bulbospongiosus muscle and the ischiocavernosus muscle are the two muscles that are pivotal. What their function is to expel the semen. They function for the orgasm contraction that you have, and then they also function as keeping the blood in the penis while you are erect. So it acts like a tourniquet that keeps the blood in there. You see the bulbospongiosus muscle here? It kind of wraps at the base of the penis. And the ischiocavernosus, so wraps at the base of the penis and also go down the shaft of the penis as well. So it functions as almost like a rubber band that prevents blood from going back to the body, but the blood stays in the penis. So those muscles are pelvic muscles. And Kegels are the exerciser muscles, okay? So when you're doing Kegel exercises, you wanna coordinate that with breathing, okay? When you're breathing in, your diaphragm goes up. When diaphragm goes up, you want to contract. You want to lift this pelvic floor muscle together. When you breathe in, you wanna contract. When you breathe out, you want to relax. That's how it works together. So the pelvic muscle is connected to the abdominal muscle and then connected to the diaphragm. So you want to take advantage of that because if your abdominal muscles are weak, it's also going to affect your pelvic muscle. Now, how often you guys notice that you have like the little hot dog that protrude from your stomach lining? My husband had that. It's called abdominal hernia. That happens over time where abdominal wall gets weak. And then it's kind of like splits out a little bit. So then every time you do a sit-up, you'll see like a hot dog that kind of protrude out. Well, when your abdominal muscles are weak, it's going to affect your pelvic floor muscles. So that's why every man, really every man over 50, should be doing Kegel exercises and using the Kegel exerciser along with the penis pump because you're going to get weakened abdominal muscles. And when you have weakened abdominal muscles, it's going to affect your pelvic muscle. So one point to note is that when you do your Kegel exercises, or either by doing a contraction alone or using the Kegel exerciser, you want to coordinate that with breathing. Meaning, when you inhale, every time you breathe in, your diaphragm goes down. Sorry, your diaphragm goes down so that way more air comes into the lungs. So that's why I want to show you the connection between the pelvic floor muscle, the abdominal muscle, and the diaphragm. These muscles between here, guys, they're totally neglected by men and women. It's not just good for men, it's also good for women as well. It's neglected because most men I talk to never heard of Kegel or have done Kegel exercises, and they get weak over time. So when they get weak over time, it's going to affect your erection. And it's also going to affect the amount of semen that you ejaculate as well. Because if these muscles are weak, it's going to affect the volume. Most men will notice that when they get older. So that is why Kegel is important and why the machine that does the Kegel is important. It's probably something that all of you, if you're over 50, you need to have. Now the machine works for men too. And it's essentially stimulating the pelvic muscle here, contraction for you. Because most men do it wrong. Most men and women do it wrong. I do it wrong. I'm the doctor that does this and I was doing it wrong because I was contracting too much. Because the number one problem for men with the pelvic muscles is that it's tight for you. So most of the time, tight doesn't mean stronger, just tight that the muscle tone is tight. You need to relax it so that way you can stronger contraction. So what happened is that when it's tight, it's hard for you to relax it. So in my case, I was contracting too much. So when I'm contracting too much, it doesn't do the work at all. It actually counter effect that I want to have with the stronger pelvic muscles. So if I'm doing it wrong, most likely everybody else is doing it wrong manually. That's why I got this machine. Because you don't have to figure it out. You put the pads on, you turn it on, and it does a contraction for you. You don't have to think about it. Boom, done. I mean, how easy is that, right? 20 minutes a day, you do it 5 days a week, and for 6 weeks, boom, you take a month off, you go back to it again. So it's easy to do, easy to put on, and it takes the work out for you. So our store is ednomore.com, right here, ednomore.com. You put that URL in, you buy this Kegel right here. You can buy this Kegel machine. It does the Kegel for you. And the Kegel machine helps with erection, keep the blood in there. It helps with orgasm because it strengthens the muscles that contract during orgasm. It also helps with propelling the semen out from the prostate out through your penis. So if you're finding that your semen volume is low or affecting your ejaculation, it may be due to your pelvic muscles. You're going to need this pelvic muscle up. You're going to need this Kegel stimulator to strengthen it. Okay, very good. All right, I hope that helped, and I hope I explained the abdominal muscle, how the pelvic muscle is related to abdominal muscle, related to the diaphragm.
