Chapters

Anxiety is a feeling that I'm not safe, that something bad is going to happen and I'm not going to be able to handle it. And because I'm not safe, it might mean that I'm also not worthy. There's something wrong with me. And if there's something wrong with me, then I won't be loved. And our biggest fear is that we're not good enough. And because we're not enough, we won't be loved. And so we constantly have this fight or flight system going off inside of us, warning us that something bad is going to happen. There's going to be an ending, doom and worse, you're not going to be able to do anything about it.
