Because this is what happens. It starts first in your artery because it's so small. It's only 1 to 2 millimeter, which is like a size of an ant. And the arteries in your heart is about 3 to 4 millimeter. Okay, so your ED is almost like a warning sign of poor blood flow. Here's the thing. The lining of your arteries become non functional. Blood doesn't flow smoothly, and plaque starts to stick, and it gets bigger and bigger and bigger. And then after that, your arteries become stiffer, so it doesn't become flexible at all.
