These are simple things you can do now that mainstream media are not going to tell you, because they want you to stay sick, and they want you to go to hospital because they also want you to have heart disease. Because the more you take Viagra, the more you're going to ignore the reason why you have ed, which is a decreased blood flow with the alteration in your blood vessels, which then lead to heart attacks and strokes later on. And I see many of those men in my practice who end up having a stroke and now living with a residual disability of the stroke at this point, which you can prevent now. So if you're a man right now and you're taking Viagra or Cialis or doing Trimip, consider weeding off of it and just adding 30 minutes of exercise, combining with a Mediterranean diet.
