In this solo video, Dr. Anne Truong, a sexual‑health physician who has treated over 7,000 men with erectile dysfunction, argues that regular sexual activity is a powerful, evidence‑based contributor to longer life and better overall health. She cites a World Health Association systematic review of 63 studies and a large U.S. cohort of ~1,200 adults, noting that having sex at least once a week (≈52+ times per year) is associated with a 49 % lower all‑cause mortality risk, a 69 % lower cancer‑death risk, reduced stroke and heart‑attack mortality, lower blood pressure, better sleep, improved mood, reduced stress, and enhanced immunity. The “sweet spot” she recommends is 1–3 times per week, which she likens to moderate exercise that releases endorphins and boosts immunity. She also warns that a decline in sexual activity can be an early warning sign of future health problems such as erectile dysfunction, heart disease, or stroke. Throughout the presentation she promotes two commercial offerings: the “My Get Hard System” via the Modern Man Club (noedman.com) and an in‑office “Get Hard Protocol” in Virginia that combines stem cells, shockwave therapy, Botox, hormones, and lifestyle coaching for a fee of about $16,000. The video concludes by encouraging viewers to monitor their sexual health as a marker of cardiovascular and mental well‑being and to reach out for professional help if needed.

Those that had 52+ times a year had 49% lower risk of dying from any cause and 69% lower risk of cancer death. Yes, cancer death. So to summarize, If you have sexual activity more than 1 time a week, you will have 49% lower risk of dying and a 69% lower risk of having cancer. Look at that benefit. Also, if you had a heart attack in the past and if you have more sexual activity, it is actually tied to long-term survival. So you will actually survive more if you have more sexual activity after a heart attack. So the study shows that looked at 8,000 people that if they have sexual activity at least once A week, they found that they have better sleep, they have lower blood pressure, less stress, more positive mood, and better coping ability as well too. So the sweet spot for good sexual activity that correlate with positive result is about 1 to 2 times per week. And the likely reason is that sex is considered a moderate exercise. And it releases a few good hormones like endorphins, and it may even boost immunity as well. So the sweet spot is 1 to 2 times a week. I usually say about 3 times a week at this point. Okay, so having the quota of about 1 to 3 times a week is your sweet spot. Also know that a drop in sexual activity It can be an early warning sign of future health problem, an early warning sign of erectile dysfunction, and even heart disease in 5 to 10 years as well. The bottom line is this works both ways. Sex may improve your health, but poor health also reduces sex, which likely exaggerates the other benefits as well. Okay, bottom line, there are multiple benefits of sex that you may not even know about that I have just mentioned. You live longer, less chance of stroke, less chance of having heart attack. You're more happy, increased immunity. You're less depressed, you're less stressed, and you have less chance of cancer and more chances of happiness and probably better focus as well. So you should be on top of your sexual health because it's an indicator of longevity. So sexual health means good heart health, good cardiovascular, good blood flow, living longer. In fact, the cardiology guidelines now recognize good sexual health as part of the overall heart and mental health well-being. So the bottom line of the episode is this.
