When I was in college, I was still typing on electric typewriter and I don't even have access to a computer, but it forces me to do when I get married, 1993 was to pay attention, pay more time and communicate with my husband. I didn't have the cell phone to distract me. I didn't have Netflix to distract me. I didn't have Amazon to distract me. And I didn't really get to use the Internet until probably after I even got married because I didn't get access to a computer until I was like, maybe 30. So is healthy and can be enjoyed well into old age. And so we need to know that but with your partner cannot be replaced by technology.
