And I think that Emily Nagoski, who wrote the book Come as you Are, I think said it best is that to have sex is to have sex worth wanting, meaning that if you are doing something where you're not getting anything from it, then you're not going to want it. And so I think that when women get so busy in their relationships and get so busy in taking care of others, they don't have any time left for themselves and so they don't tend to their own needs. And oftentimes women end up having what's called mercy where their partner wants to have. So they just do it just for the sake of getting it done. Just like another thing on their to do list that they just check off and it's done but not that they're enjoying it. And there's so many women that I talk to about this and they say that, yeah, I mean they just there's no enjoyment in it for them anymore.
