Any suggestions for my overweight 14-year-old dog who has barely eaten or moved for 2 days? Okay, so I'm going to jump into that. First of all, I'd say you need to get that dog checked fairly pronto, and I would get them to the vets like now. Yeah, imagine if you hadn't eaten or moved for 2 days. I think that's a pretty serious sign. Maybe, you know, just full examination and maybe a general profile blood just to make sure that our liver and kidney and, you know, anemia ear and infection are in good shape.
And don't forget, there's all of the things that any dog can suffer from at 14 that could be a problem. Being overweight is not necessarily the, the sum cause of that illness. So I think any dog that's barely moving and off its food really should be checked.
