Hi, welcome to our next video on the channel Food Medicine Advice, and today I'm going to make coconut roti. So if you've had your coconut roti before, please give me a message in the chat box, in the comment section, "I love my coconut roti." And if you've not had it, make it, eat it, and then send me the comment, "I love coconut roti." So what do we do for coconut roti? So I have this coconut flour with me. I am going to take half or 1/3 cup, right? Perfect. So I've taken half of this 1/3 cup. Right, and I'm going to add a little isabgol in this as a binder. So 1/4 of what I have taken, I am taking isabgol, 1/4 of that, or 2 teaspoons actually, and just add it here. Right now, with a little water, I am going to make a dough out of this. And isabgol is a great binder. Right, we get other keto binders also, but I generally prefer isabgol in my chapatis. And I love this coconut chapati, and I can promise you will love it too. And the beauty is it will not increase your sugar levels at all. How cool can it get, right? So So we have the atta like this, and now we will make a roti out of this. So generally what I do is I take this baking paper and I put it here, and on this I'm going to put my this coconut flour, right? A little more of this. And as you will keep on making this roti, you know, you will keep getting better at it. So don't worry at all and don't think that, you know, how will I make this? This might break in the beginning, but over the period you will have an estimate of how you can make this roti and it will come out very, very delicious, right? I am not very particular about the shape because I know I have to break it and eat it. And if you are like me, then it's very easy for you to make this roti. And if you are not like me and you are a perfectionist, then maybe you will need a little more time to perfect your skill on making it, right? So this is our roti. You can see it, right? And I have already heated the tawa, so I'm going to— yes, put it here. Perfect. And now I'm going to add some coconut oil on the roti. Because this roti will need coconut oil. And of course, you are eating this because you are on keto, and you know keto is all about good, good, good fat, right? So this is it. And now, like you make other prantas and other rotis, you will cook this too.
