Dr Priti & Dr Deepti in a very interesting exchange of thoughts - Must Watch Hai

In this informal, hour‑long conversation Dr. Priti Nanda Sibal and Dr. Deepti (Dipti) explore how long‑standing beliefs and early‑life habits shape health outcomes, discuss the distinction between spirituality and spiritualism, and share coaching techniques for transforming limiting belief systems. They emphasize expanding one’s viewpoint to break tunnel‑vision, illustrate habit formation through daily gratitude gestures, and stress the importance of self‑love in authentic decision‑making. A substantial portion of the dialogue is devoted to the impact of electromagnetic radiation on the body, proposing practical grounding practices such as daily earthing walks and the use of a grounding pillow to mitigate Wi‑Fi and device‑generated fields, especially for metabolic and sleep health. Throughout, they interweave personal anecdotes, references to mentors like Akshar Yadav and Tony Robbins, and actionable tips for sleep hygiene, early rising, and purposeful living, positioning the conversation as a blend of scientific insight, coaching methodology, and spiritual intuition.

Hello, Dr. Dipti.
Hi, Dr. Preeti.
Hi. Good to have you here. Yeah, absolutely. Thank you. So, Dipti, you are here today, so let's talk about something and let's share some under the covers.
Absolutely, we would love to do that.
Great. So, when I look at you, you know, I, I think I can count my friends on my fingers, right? And you are You asked me what do I do and I asked you what you do, right?
And it was a little inside the gym.
It was super short.
You got down from the treadmill and I came out of the strength training that I still do, and there we met. And I saw you in the corner.
Exactly. What do you do, huh? And you know what you replied? Yeah, I help people lose weight, right?
I did. Yeah, it was 15, 20 years ago.
Exactly. So this is 2004.
2004.
Exactly. And I still have your number stored in my phone as Deepti weight loss consultant. Oh my God, you have evolved so much, right? You went to VLCC, you did so much more, and now you an entrepreneur doing 2-3 separate initiatives, but your name is saved in my phone book as Dipti weight loss consultant.
Okay, so you'll have to change it to, you know what, right? The miracle worker.
Exactly. No, but why I was mentioning this here was that sometimes the first meetings, our first impressions of life when we are born, yeah. Our habits which our parents help us get into our lifestyle, they play such an important role in the way we live and how healthy we feel in the later years of our life. Right? Because I think everywhere, like this first meeting and that first thing on my phone, is Aish there in the last 21 years.
That's commendable.
Right?
I didn't remember that either.
Exactly, so 21 years. So imagine how our body continues with those beliefs over years and years and years. And unfortunately, when we think why we are so unhealthy today, we talk about pollutants in the environment, we talk about our symptoms, and we take medicines for that. But rarely people talk about how that 21-year-old belief that Deepti is weight loss consultant. It is so engraved here that so much more will happen. But I think that will have its place there. It will, right? So what do you think? Is this important for people to understand what are their old habits or nudges which are making them feel the way they feel today?
Absolutely. Everything, the life that we are living right now is coming from who we are. No matter how much we try and think good right now, It always— we go back to who we are viscerally, you know. So we have so many beliefs like that, so many habits, you know, which are so hardwired in the body and in the mind that people are not willing to change. And because of that, you know, we have certain issues in our body that we have. You know, as an example, I could just tell you that there are people who say that, um, breakfast So people are not allowing themselves to open or adopt to a new practice of eating or drinking, or to a lifestyle for that matter. Similarly, even the mental beliefs that people have, you know, that I'm not worth it, I'm not capable, I will not be able to do it, this is not my cup of tea, this is not who I am. So Dr. Joe Dispenza has written one entire book on it, you know, which is called Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. We've been ourselves enough, but did it work? No, we're still crying over small things, suffering, struggling for money, struggling for success, uh, because we are so hardwired into those habits. And that may not have just come from this lifetime, they could have come from the previous lifetime. Like if we have some relationship issues or health issues going on in this lifetime, it just could have come from past lifetime and before that, right? But to be able to just identify— so this is what I call spirituality, is that knowing your inner core beliefs and then working at transforming them. Because our subconscious mind holds a lot of images and habits, as you mentioned, little habits, you know, like it just could be smoking and drinking which are so hardwired. Your cells have learned how to behave when that level of nicotine is so high, you know. And then they're not willing to change, and then they keep saying, this is who we are, this is how it is. So, you know, the best thing I always advise everyone is just be open to change and stand in front of the mirror and say that, I— if I— it were to be me, it would be, I, Deepti, you know, I allow myself myself to change and grow, you know. I allow myself to receive abundance and success in life. I allow myself to become the healthiest version of me. I allow myself to heal all my relations and relationships and forgive everyone, you know, who I need to forgive. I allow myself to thrive and grow because that is where we are, you know.
So two very interesting things you have said, which I am actually telling all my patients these days. Right? The first one is something which my marketing mentor Akshar Yadav always says. He says, we— if we work in this tunnel vision, we will never do what we need to do, right? Or what makes us satisfied or happy to do. Expanding our viewpoint is the key to success in every space you are in. Could be health, could be marketing, could be success, could be your family relationships. Right? So expanded viewpoint, and you very correctly said the same thing. The second thing which you have said is even more closer to my heart these days, right? Yesterday I was talking to somebody and I was telling him, I said, now I don't have to worry how my patients are doing. He said, why? I said, because at around 4 AM or 5 AM I start thinking, and those patients who need my help, they come to my mind. Okay, and my mind also tells me what is happening with them. Yeah. And what is it that I should do or tell them so that they will feel better, which is so intuitive and which is so spiritual, right? And second is what you said, spiritual. Um, you know it, but I think some viewers don't. I'm a certified executive coach from Florida Center of Executive Coaching, and my core is working on the belief system. Right? And of course, there are many ways to work on belief system, but I'm a little more aggressive, and that's the reason I do coaching. I first take 2 sessions to figure out all the beliefs you have, and then cross the ones we don't need, cross the ones— take the ones which are good. And then 1/3 session, I do an operation and change your all the beliefs not needed, and they are out of your system because you've been operated upon. And then you only work with the beliefs which you needed to be there, right? And I always tell people that spiritualism is not about sitting and chanting all the time, right?
That is visiting that temple to temple to temple.
Yeah, no, see, that is also not bad. It depends on what you need to do. But I feel all of that is done so that you get aligned to be actually spiritual. That is not spiritualism. That is for you so that you can put things in process so that you become spiritual. Spiritualism is what you said. Yeah, I, I totally resonate with you, right? That— and sometimes they say that, you know, people say, are you spiritual? I say, imagine how intuitive I am at 4 AM if I can know which of my patients is not feeling well and need to connect. And I have never been wrong in the last one year. Means I'm spiritual. That doesn't mean I have to sit and keep chanting. Maybe it could mean I need to transform one life every day.
Yeah, absolutely. Maybe two.
Exactly. So for me, and yes, when we were doing gratitude together, remember you always insisted that Preeti, on every red light, give 3 people something, either 10 rupee note or 20 rupee note or a banana, right? Because 3 every day for 21 days is what makes that a habit.
You know, this is, this is how every goddess or god, you see the hands always like this, right? So that means this hand is used to bless and this hand is used to give. So when you become a giver, receiving is an automated process.
Exactly. So I think spiritualism— everybody today's spiritualism— I feel anybody who enters this clinic of mine, I don't even have to ask them now where are they in spiritual journey. I tell them, because you have entered the space, you already are in that already in that orbit, otherwise you would not have entered, right? What is your take on that? Do we meet people who are at the same space in their journeys of life as we are, or we meet them randomly?
Uh, so yeah, okay, uh, there are two things, two aspects to it. So I would explain, the first one is that, uh, you know that whenever there are repeated thoughts coming to our mind that become cemented, hardwired, and they become beliefs. And because of that belief, because of that electrical energy, the body radiates that energy from head to toe in the form of electricity. That's electrical energy, that is the nervous system, and which creates a magnetic field around us, you know. So we are in that orbit of certain magnetic field, which is very measurable these days with the EEG machine and all that. So it's very measurable, a finite measured magnetic field. And everything that we attract in our life is in resonance with the magnetic field that we live in. So if I'm sulking right now, suppose, and I constantly keep complaining about somebody, I say, look at that traffic, this is so bad, and you know, like, this is not happening right, and that's not happening right, and the money hasn't come, and my health is not feeling that good, So I'm constantly in that state of complaint where I'm resonating and I'm, I'm vibrating at a very low frequency because I'm constantly in that orbit of low frequency, because of which my electromagnetic field is going to be not that great. So according to that, I will see the moment I step out, I'll see the car's punctured. Then I go and I see that I meet every red light at every traffic signal. Then I'm going to see that something wrong happened and there's a huge traffic jam and I've missed my flight. And then I land up there, I argue with people and they retaliate back in a very negative way. So it is sequentially one energy, as they say, that it follows the other. And then at the end of the day, we say that today was not a great day, you know, like, so why that happened? Because we started the day on the wrong foot because I was— I started the day in a very complaining mode. So we will attract those people who, you know, like, who are vibrating in the same frequency. Angry people attract angry people. You know, it's like as they say that if there are 5 gossipers, you are the 6th one. If there are 5 successful people, you are the 6th one. 5 stupid people, you are the 6th one, but you're with 5. So 5 super intelligent people, you know, 5 people who are go-getters, you are the 6th one. So that way, so choose which group you are the 6th one, right?
Better choose which one and share in the chat box below which group you resonate with. But very, very beautifully said, because electromagnetic radiation— now there is another scientific angle to it which I will add to this. Yes, um, that's the frequency. Yeah, that's our being, and that's what we attract. We are all electromagnetic people. We attract people, like-minded people.
Tony Robbins, I, you know, Tony Robbins is my mentor. Anthony Robbins is his full name. So he always says this, that, uh, you know, like, we are walkie-talkie magnets, right?
We're walkie-talkie magnets. So, and that's the reason, you know, our ancestors used to say that you can judge the person by the friends he keeps. Yeah, yeah, right. And that's—
birds of same feather flock together.
Exactly, because that's so true. But that's scientific. It's not that they just said it like that. It's so pure science. And now with electromagnetic radiation, what I say is, in terms of health, all this Wi-Fi, everything is creating a chaos with our electromagnetic radiations, right? All these electric watches we wear they interfere with our electromagnetic radiation. And that's the reason I want to give people one tip here, which is just a little out, but it is important, is do go out and connect with the Earth at least 30 minutes a day. Yeah, yeah, right.
But it's 10, it works wonders, right?
But of late, what I'm trying to tell people is sleep with a grounding sheet or a grounding pillow. I've really got a grounding pillow made I tell people to put it— put a wire in their plug and put the pillow either under their hand or under their feet, right? And 8 years you are grounded. Imagine how fresh you will get up in the morning. All your toxins are decluttered, all your magnetic radiation is cleaned. Because somehow, actually, we get very sick patients. Yeah. So that 30 minutes of walk also isn't enough for them because they're negatively We are so mentally negatively wired, but this grounding pillow is creating such good results. So it's basically, we've made a mesh inside. It does exactly the same thing which in your earthing channel the grounding wire does. Okay, you put it in the grounding, voilà, link. There's one plug, one point in the plug, and then you put the pillow there. What it does is it actually disconnects from all this Wi-Fi and all the other things which are —troubling our magnetic space.
Okay, so you are in a safe bubble.
Exactly, you are in a safe bubble. And 8 hours. And interestingly, what I've seen, Dipti, since I started using that, I think for a year or so, 1.5 years back, I had chikungunya and dengue together, and I traveled to Goa in 104 temperature. So I came back in a really messy shape, all red, you know, pustules everywhere. And that's when I started that. Now for 3-4 days travel, I'm fine. But the moment it's the 5th day, I want to come home. Not because I want to come home, but because I miss my grounding pillow. Okay, that's the type of difference I feel in the way I get up in the morning when I sleep with the pillow and without the pillow. So electromagnetic radiation is such a powerful concept, not only in terms of magic or creating things or setting intents, but also scientifically. So, um, Means small things. That's really nice.
Yeah, yeah. And then get that undisturbed sleep, right?
And sleep is the big thing. Means I work with diabetics and metabolic health people. Exactly. So you know what, this reminds me of one thing. My husband was doing a program on how to get up early, okay? And he was wanting to get up at 5 in the morning or 4 in the morning and read some spiritual books. And then he joined a 5-day course. In that 5-day course, the learning was only one. You know what that was? To get up early, you need to make sure that you sleep early on time. Yeah, right. Obviously. Yes. And sleep is so critical to your body's functioning. All your diabetes, hypothyroid, PCOD, autoimmunity, cancer, everything. And imagine if magnetic radiation can play so much role there. It's very, very important that we be smart. Yeah. And we hack it the way we want. So my thing always has been, and maybe please give your opinion on that, I tell people that there is nothing healthy or not healthy, or way to live or not a way to live, or right or wrong. Yeah, right. A lot of people know they are caged in this belief, I would say, or facts. Yeah. Oh, right, because we are so under the influence of people around us, right? So, right, with Bichara in bold. Because my thing was, you think about yourself, your space, your life, your being, your energy. There is some— it's self-love. That is what it is all about.
Journey of spirituality is about developing that kind of self-love, and so that your cup is always full and you can give it to the world.
Exactly. I want to tell people, please, self-love. I think that's a big, big, big thing. What is your take on this? Is that important in life?
This is what has become unfortunately very important to people. Because I always ask that, what is the purpose? Suppose somebody says I'm going to buy a particular car, I just ask that, what is the reason of buying this car? They say, no, all my friends have it. So you're just people pleasing all the time, you know?
If you love to drive a certain car, please go ahead and buy it.
Right, but if your friends have it, I'm also going to have it.
I'm very particular about the car I buy because I want it, not because what Preeti will think about it. I know, otherwise we both would have bought the same car when we bought it together. Yeah, right. So we both bought new cars almost 3 years back for ourselves, and both bought different cars, and we were really happy about those cars.
About it. I mean, we saved up money for it and we went and we knew what— and we enjoyed, and then we're enjoying it even today. It's like that. Exactly. So that's really— I feel that even people who are working out in the gym or going for a walk or looking after themselves, um, or doing that real core, hard inner work, there's so many times when somebody is, you know, they feel like crying, they feel like giving up on themselves, but then they resurrect when they decide that, look, how do I want to be in life, and what is it that will take me to become this kind of a person? They start working on it, you know. So there are many people who are doing this hard work, this inner work, hard work on themselves, not on the others. And then you will see that they resurrect and they come out as a tiger, you know, and they kind of get it. They, they just make it. Yes, thank you.
So just last sentence from my side is that Even if you want to do something for your family, for your friends, for your loved ones, it has to start from what you do for your own self, for who you are. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you so much.
