Hi friends, I'm Bhavna, health coach, nutritionist from Peak Wellness, Dr. Preeti's team. Today I'm going to give you some tips on how to do a diet effectively. So firstly, I will suggest to do a 12 to 14 hours of fasting, and this you can start doing your— after doing your dinner, and in fasting period you can have a glass of water, green tea, lemon water without salt or sugar, or black coffee in it. Then start your day with the detox water like jeera, soaked jeera water, dhania water, or methi seeds water, or a glass of warm water with lemon, etc. Then comes your breakfast. It is your very important meal of the day. Also have a lot of protein in it so that you can have energy throughout the day. In between, you can have a— in between breakfast and lunch, you can have a glass of buttermilk, or you can have a fruit like apple, if steamed it's better, or papaya. Very low glycemic index fruits. Then before lunch, take a full plate of salad, which is a good amount of fiber which helps you to keep full your stomach for a longer period of time. In between, keep on sipping water. It is very important to keep yourself well hydrated. Then if you, if you want to munch, don't munch on your packaged foods. Try to munch on seeds, nuts, or have a glass of chia seeds water, soaked chia seeds water, or you can have 1 or 2 pieces of dark chocolate. Say no to sweets. If you want to have sweets, have 1 or 2 dates. Then include herbal teas in your diet like chamomile tea, which will help in relieving your stress, turmeric tea or peppermint tea. And I would suggest in every 10 days have 1 detox day on which you just keep yourself very light, like have some soups, steamed vegetables or khichdi with curd or buttermilk. And that's it. I will suggest to do a 30-minute walk every day, and if possible, do, do very light exercises every 4 to 5 days a week. Thank you. Have a good day.
