So we are going to prepare Korean egg roll today. Cabbage, 2 green chillies, and some dhania. Because I want to finely chop this and using this chopper, handheld chopper, right? Electric chopper is not required. I'm going to chop this. We have to take— I'm just taking 2 eggs because I'm making for 1 person, so I'll take 2 eggs. Perfect. I'm going to add 1/2 tsp, level tsp salt in this, and I'm going to first whisk it. So slowly I'm going to whisk it. Yes. And now once it is done, I'm going to add all this mixture in this mixture, and I'm going to add 2 tablespoons, which is 1/3 cup, 1/3, 1/3 of 1/3 cup in this mixture. You can use coconut milk, almond milk, A2 milk. I'm using A2 milk here, but you can use any milk whatever you like. If you're not lactose intolerant, you can use normal milk also. Right, and I'm going to take its support and leave it here. And now I'm going to add this mixture which we had done in the beginning, right?
Yes. And now I'm going to whisk it properly after I've added all of this mixture. So this is going to be very, very yummy, and I love this dish, so I'm sure you are also going to love it. And now I'm going to whisk it properly.
Perfect.
And now the mixture is ready, and we can now go and make the Korean egg roll.
The pan is on the gas. And we will put some coconut oil. And as you know, I'm going to put a little liberally because I don't use nonstick utensils in my kitchen. And you know the reason why they are carcinogenic and we must not use nonstick. So this is what I generally recommend and buy for— pour. So if you feel that egg is less in this recipe, you can add another egg also. Right, so now we are going to roll it to half. Right, and now remaining mixture. And now once this is done, half roll and it will be ready. And before we serve, we are going to cut it like this, and it is ready to be served. So you can garnish it with some dhaniya, that is coriander. You can have some green chutney with this and enjoy it.
Perfect.
