Hi everyone, so I am Bhuti and I want to share one small but very important part of my life which has changed my life totally in a different way. So that was a time when I was smoking and I got anxiety issues. So by the time I used to think, you know, it happens with everybody, it's so normal, so it's nothing very serious about. But what used to happen with me, I come back to my room and I started crying for no reasons. I get the anxiety attacks, I get those panic attacks where I just grab myself, sit in a corner, like crying for hours for no reason. So I've shared this thing with one of my friends after so many months, and I got to know about Dr. Preeti's Superwomen Workshop. So I thought, why don't I go there, maybe it would help me out. So the moment I entered the room, it was full of like people were laughing over there, it was full of energy, and that was the first time when I was meeting her. So at the end of the session, she has given us that chart where you have to just tick all the options, all the disease, all the issues you have had till the date, okay.
So there was a lady of some 60 or 70 years, and she had the issues like 5, 6, 10, and I was the person who is into the early 20s had 100 issues. By the time I got it to, there's something very serious about it and you need You need to see the doctor, sir. So after 2 days, I scheduled an appointment with her, one-on-one appointment, and went there. She listened everything to me very, very properly, very nicely. I can sense it, like, you know, somebody is there to listen without judging me. She penned down everything, all the issues, and she told me, it's anxiety, but if you don't take care of it now, it will eventually increase.
So get your—
she asked me to get some few tests done. After 1 month, I came back back to my home. I got those tests done and I got to know, you know, that I do have some medical issues. That one meeting with her hit me like anything. My journey of self-care, of getting me well, was quite difficult. It was not easy. I used to break down every day. I cry my heart out every day before sleeping, but in the morning I get up and I'm like, I have to do it. I have to cure myself and nobody else is going to for being. So just get up, you know, it's just a bad time, it's just a bad phase. It's not going to be a bad life forever. You may take time, everybody's journey is different. You may take your own time. I have taken 1 and a half year, so don't give up.
