The challenge is, is that if you, if you ask, you know, 100 women, 99 of them, probably 100 are going to have a risk factor. And yet they're not getting screened because there's a long list of medications. The most commonly prescribed medications cause osteoporosis and fractures. The SSRIs, antidepressants do acid blocking medications, prednisone, anti-seizure medications. There's a very long list. Many other diseases, if they have irritable bowel disease or any autoimmune condition, those are risks. Factors. If they've had cancer or have had a history of cancer, those are risk factors. Not exercising enough, sedentary lifestyle, that's a risk factor. Now we know ultra-processed food consumption above a certain threshold is a risk factor. So many more people should be getting screened. And even those that are, that are into that conservative guideline are eligible for screening. 95% of them are not being screened.
