Drew Bridewell walks through a four-step workflow for moving product ideas from intake to execution: rapid information collection, clarifying intent and revenue impact, organizing priorities and sharing the story across teams, then assigning pods and design work to ship fast. A structured process to shorten cycle time.

So you're gonna see this wild sketch of mine where I drew four boxes. Okay, I drew four boxes because these four boxes are. These four circles were a part of this process where I was getting this information. So the first thing that I was doing, we got this huge level of information back about a new. A new direction or a new product that we were. Okay. So it was an intake of knowledge, intake a lot of information. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom was coming in. Oh, my gosh. It was like so much stuff. And then there's like context setting to that. There's like, what is this for? Why is this important? What are we trying to do? And then we bring in all that information. You're like, what are the opportunities? All right, what are the opportunities we have? We want to make money. We want to build it a part of our integrated platform. We want to expand it so that it's scalable long term. We can build it in stages. Okay, got it, got it, got it. All these different things coming to my mind. Okay, cool. Now I need to disseminate that to the team. And we need to organize a plan. So we're understanding our priorities, we're understanding our people that are gonna be necessary to do this. We understand our needs and our actions. We're organizing a plan so that we can go in. Before we share this with everyone, we need to be able to share that information and story. Okay, what is the intent? What is the north stars? What is the revenue impact? And then we organize that complexity, you know, synthesizing this information. Great. Okay, so it's shared. Share it to the design team, share it to the product team, share it with the engineering leads, share it with everyone. And then we come back in. And now it's time to execute that vision. It's time to execute that idea. We have different things that we need to do. We have content design, we have our different pods that are going to need to be able to support this. We have our data views for this. We have like the design system that's going to be able to support it. You know, this is just an example of knowing your process and knowing your flow so that you can do this within a day versus like a week or two week or three week. Like the meeting happened, we sent the emails, follow ups, and then we're able to go in. This is high performance and this is like really understanding your processes so you can go through and do it yourself.
