Drew Bridewell walks through six areas where most people lack clarity: opportunities, purpose, priorities, identity, how you interact with others, and what success means to you. He then shows how to set 2-3 concrete goals across work, projects, and relationships, then actually schedule them.

The first thing that I want to do is I want to go to the awareness bucket. So in the awareness bucket, we have the first six things that we really want to drive. We really want to understand our big six. These are the opportunities in our life, the purpose that we have in our life, the priorities that we have, how we want to identify as a creator, as a maker, as a person, how do we want to interact with other people, and what success really looks like. So we really want to understand those things. The second couple things that we want to do is we really want a good grasp of our goals, our passion, our project, our career, interpersonal goals. If we don't have a really good idea of what our holistic goals are, then it's really challenging for us to really be able to map these things to the things that we actually put in our schedule, things we put in our plan. So we really want to have an idea, you know, two to three of these. Passion goals, project goals, career goals, personal goals. Then we have the things that we're going to want to do.
