A short YouTube monologue by Drew Bridewell encouraging listeners to integrate purpose into daily life through rituals, routines, and microhabits (journaling, community, asking for help, bold action). He outlines three takeaways — stay true to your path, plan more, and grow together via small growth groups — and announces available replays for a training (Map 2) and upcoming training themes (influence and courage). The tone is motivational and practical, with CTAs to social channels and replays.

Hey there. Happy Sunday. Now, if you've been following my emails, you know that it's Purpose Month and I love this month. We've been adventuring the country to find a new place to build some additional roots. Why? Because of purpose. We've been connecting to our big why. We've been building in fun, joy and excitement. And we've been striving to build contributions that span across the world. Today I wanted to remind you that building a more purposeful life shouldn't happen only during big life events. It should be a necessity of life and integrated in a way that makes you feel fulfilled, that makes you feel abundant in love, and that makes you feel invigorated to pursue the things you want. So how do we do this? Consistently through consistent rituals, routines and microhabits. This means journaling more. This means building community with like minded go getters. This means asking for help when you need it and putting yourself out there. This means being bold and pursuing your passions. This means taking responsibility. And I know you know this, but we all need a reminder and sometimes a little nudge. So let's build a little bit more discipline in our purpose practice for the rest of the month. Then we'll lead into next month's training of influence and courage. Remember, you got this. So I'm also excited to announce that the replays are up for training map 2 along with two live replays on purpose and homework is now available. You can click the links below to get there. Now my three biggest learning lessons of the week. All right. Number one. Stay true to your path. Do not let somebody else design your path. Follow your intuition. Learn to listen to your gut paired with preparation and intelligence. Journal about your experiences and start to reflect on what you learn. This will help mature your emotional intelligence. Plan More I've been doing a lot of planning for some upcoming projects and even though I want to jump in and execute them all, it's important to remember that a better plan is a better result. As a leader, managing dozens of priorities requires you to be adaptive and active agile with how you quarterback, where your team should focus, and how they can be set up for great success. This is a reminder to spend a little bit more extra time doing the planning and really understanding what is needed to win big and to better prepare your team. Number three Grow Together this past Friday I hosted a growth group. A growth group is bringing people about four to 10 people together with a focused agenda to talk about four to five topics. Growth is going to happen alone, but growing together and hearing about your peers perspectives on topics is game changing. Opening up to each other and being vulnerable about your challenges, struggles and motivations can not only uplift the people in the room, but can also show the beauty in our humanity and level sets that we're striving to be a little better. And when we can do it together, it's always better. Until next time. Remember, we all have another level and it's up to us to achieve it harmoniously. No stress, no pressure. Just grit, passion and joy. Now let's have a great week, everybody. Your Coach, Drew Bridewell. P.S. stay up to date on my latest moving photos on Instagram at Drew Bridewell and at Next levelux.
