Welcome, everybody. Hope everybody's excited for some growth grouping today. Today we're going to be talking about building, sustaining your growth systems inside of the Growth Day app. And today's theme, we're talking about. We're talking about practice, which is going to be super fun. So we're just letting people in, just kind of get situated, grab some water, just orient yourself in the space, and we're going to get started here shortly. While we let people in and get people to show up, everybody's gotten their reminders and coming into the product, I'd love to hear in the chat maybe where you're coming from today and also maybe something that you're currently practicing, something that you're currently practicing either here at Growth Day or something you're practicing just anywhere. Anywhere. So where are you coming from? And yeah, what are you practicing? Today's theme is going to be practice, but we are going to be going doing a deep dive of the product ecosystem. And I'm feeling like kind of working through, working through the journal, working through life scores, working through the plan and challenges, and just thinking about how we can utilize all of these tools to help us become better practice, practice people. So let's go. Let's get after it. So just gonna wait another, probably another minute to let people in and get this thing started. So what's one thing that you're practicing right now and go ahead and put it in the chat just so we can start orienting ourselves with things that we're all learning and things that we're all trying to grow in right now, and then we'll get started here. Welcome. Welcome, welcome. What a great week. Hope everybody's had a really amazing week getting after it, doing their thing. Cool. Some Tennessee. It's so cool how diverse our strivers are in our platform. It's so cool. So follow David's lead and go ahead and put some things that you're practicing right now inside the chat so that your fellow growth groupers can know kind of what you're growing in right now, where your practice is heading, Morning routines. Nice. Nice. Renee. Thanks for sharing. All right, cool. Awesome. Awesome. Well, let's. Let's get this show on the road. Welcome, everybody, to this really exciting day. It's the last growth group for me of the month. Right? This is our first month, and we've been going live every single week of the new year. We're going to continue doing this for the next eight weeks, and every week we're going to come with a new topic. And this topic this week is pretty practice. It's going to be a ton of fun. But just real quick, my name is Drew Bridewell. I'm head of product and design here at Growth Day, and I'm also founder of this product called Next Level ux. It's like a coaching development program for designers, product makers, and also just really excited to share, like, some deep, deep things that we're doing inside the product right now that are going to help facilitate a practice regimen, a practice schedule for you, and learn how you can make this a part of your daily regimen or your weekly regimen or your monthly regimen of how you're gonna grow, how are you going to develop? And I got some topics for you so we can focus on. But I think throughout today's growth group, I want you to just have that mindset of, like, how could you be, like, 10x better in every area of your life? Like, what are the things that you want to get better at right now? And what would that feel like? What would it taste like if you were 10x better in the things that you're really trying to achieve? So what I hear over in the or I see over in the chat, you know, like meditation and exercise, practicing new boundaries, I see working on building daily habits and better relationship building and productivity. There's so many great topics of things that you can grow in here in the product. But, you know, the first step of this is just knowing what you want, right? We got to know what we want. We got to know what we want to grow in. But now that we know what we want to grow and we have clarity around those things, we need to kind of form a little bit more of a roadmap, a little bit more of a vision of where we can go to take that. And I know this entire month we were talking about how to build your dream and how to start your dream in our Wednesday workshops with our coaches. But the thing is, now that you have a bunch of different frameworks from all the different coaches and you have clarity around what it is you want to do now we need to start making, taking action, right? So last week we talked about, like, action planning and breaking down big rocks and smaller rocks and going in and using the plan to be able to take those, take those actions and jump into those things. But now, now that you kind of have clarity for this entire year or this entire month, you've got clarity. You got your goals, you got your plans. Now we got to put all these things into practice, practice, practice, practice, practice. So I Want you to all think about a time. We got clarity, goals, action planning. We're talking about practice now. So what are some opportunities where we can actually integrate practice into our weekly regimen? So I want you all to think about right now. When do you currently practice or when are the opportunities around your life in the current, you know, your current schedules and your current rituals. When can you actually be practicing? Let's go, let's, let's see in the chat, when do you actually think you could be practicing? I think it's really important to know not only like the what, the why and the and the how, we need to know when we're going to be practicing. And to do that with the Growth Day app, right, you can actually inside of your plan, you can create a development plan. And I think that the a really sweet recipe for building a development plan is a knowing what your big six, your big giant priorities are for your life, for your work, your big why you got to know your priorities. You got to know how you want to show up, how you want to interact with other people and what success looks like. That's what I call clarity. When you know those six things, boom, you got super duper clarity. That's one part of the recipe. The second part of the recipe for having a development plan. Having goals. But goals in one area of your life is not enough. We really need to think holistically about goals across what I would call four different categories. Your personal life, your passions, your projects and your career. Like, what are you trying to do? And if you're retired, that's all good too. Even what you do in your retirement still could have goals and big things and things that you're working towards. So right, that's the second recipe. Goals. The third recipe is knowing like how you're gonna actually plan and execute and, and build a really consistent rhythm, tempo and beat to how you are showing up and practicing. So thank you everybody for sharing when you could be practicing. You're like, all the time. Kathy's like all the time. We got morning throughout the day, late evenings, dedicated time block time with Kelly, like completely. Thomas is like in the a.m. i think it's so critical. And this is a super pro tip for you and just for me, working in high performing teams across across some major major tech companies is thinking about when you have your Einstein window. Have you ever heard of that? The Einstein window. It's like when in the day do you feel most productive? When in the day do you feel most enthusiastic, most energetic, most kind of courageous, like you can take on anything. Maybe it's when you have your cup of coffee. Maybe it's after a workout, maybe it's during a workout. The idea around this is being super intentional and super aware of when you are going to step into this practice mindset and know that for these opportunities that I have in my life, for these things that I know I want to achieve, even if I don't know how to do it right now, I know that I have the ability to learn it. I know I have the ability to figure it out. And I know that I'm going to integrate my efforts into a practice regimen. Now. Earlier today, I had another growth group, and I was talking about this and I was talking about in baseball. And I played baseball majority of my life, and I like to reference baseball because it taught me so many great habits about practice, about performance, about showing up, about giving 110% in everything that I do. And I can just remember showing up at practice and having a very clear regimen of what we were going to do from the moment we showed up, to the moment we left the practice, to the moment we cleaned up the field, to the moment we brushed. You know, when I was brushing home plate, I was a catcher. So just all the maintenance and everything that went into a practice. And then as I was studying product design as well at Savannah College of Art and Design, and after practice, I had to have a really clear regimen of what I was doing for my studies. And if you haven't heard of Savannah College of Art and Design, it's a very prestigious art school and it's. It's high intensity. There's a. Like, there's so much work. I feel like I was. I feel like I learned so much in that major of my time there. But we had very clear, very clear outlines and things that we are doing. I had a very clear roadmap of what I needed to do. But we also had that in baseball. And I think this is a good reminder that when things feel overwhelming, it's either that you don't have a plan and you don't know, like, okay, because you don't have to put so much pressure on yourself that you have to memorize everything you need to do in this exact moment, but you can actually space it out. And after a whole year of work that, you know you have a big goal for the year or goal for the quarter or goal for the month, you can space it out knowing that, like, okay, every day I'm going to get like 1% better at this and every day, I'm going to learn a little bit more or practice a little bit more, take more reps. You know, like I was talking about baseball, like taking hits off the tee. You got to get more reps in. That's going to help you build confidence, and building confidence is going to help you give. Give you a little bit more experience to take on some of those big, bold, big bold things. So you feel like you're advancing and moving things forward. So I just wanted to get the kind of the mind going around practice right now, and as we jump into the product and we start looking at all these things, like thinking about when you're going to use that Einstein window to go in and practice this week or this month or this year on a recurring basis so you feel like you're advancing. You know, that could be your Wednesday workshops with us at Growth Day, where you come in and, you know, like, okay, Wednesday, I'm going to get an awesome talk from one of the Growth Day coaches. I'm going to practice that for a full hour and a half, and then I know that I'm going to take what I learned there, and I'm going to practice that for the rest of the month. Like, you can follow our practice regimen at Growth Day, or you can think about your own based on your goals, based on your clarity, work based on your action planning, based on, you know, what it is that you want to achieve. Yes. Go. Let's go, let's go. All right, let's go, let's go, let's go. Okay, so what I'd love to do for today is one, I want you all to still feel comfortable, like, peppering questions in the chat, like, letting me know any questions you have. The theme today is practice, and I just want you to get incredibly confident with how you use and leverage this tool. Now, again, I've been using this tool since it was built and since and even before it was launched publicly. And I feel like this tool has really grown with me individually. Like, the way that I'm growing, the way that I'm, like, really adapting as a professional. And I think that's a really important thing to know, is that you can use this tool to grow with you and adapt to you. Like, whether you're changing the style and the way you use plants, whether the way that you're using journal, like a lot of our strivers will use the journal in a lot of different ways. You know, sometimes you maybe one month, you're not really. Maybe one month, you're not really journaling as much around like your daily journaling, but you're doing the weekly journals and you're writing those prompts like really learn what works best for you in your growth and your development systems so that you feel supported, so that you feel like you're in a position to succeed. I don't want you to feel like you have to go and use it a certain way. But I just want this tool to be, we want this tool to be able to empower you so you can get the most out of it. Right. So as you said, a reminder. Let me just read some questions here for a second. Sorry, I'll just keep doing this, jumping back and forth. Ah, there isn't a way to re to set a reminder with sound. It's a really fun idea. And Kathy, I would just say in the chat, if you just want to write out a little bit more about like when would you expect to have the sound? If you have the app open and it's making some noises like go ahead and double click into your idea and then you can also share it in the feedback tool, which you hit 8 on your keyboard and write that up really quick and share it for us. We'll definitely catalog it into our list of awesome ideas. Okay. So thank you for doing that. Alright, so if we come back into the grow system, I want to remind you of how the orientation of this dashboard is set up. The dashboard was set up into a two column grid and the important thing is here, everything on your left side is all about you. It's all about your growth and about the plans that you have, about the challenges that you're taking on, about journaling that you're doing. All of these little elements are there for you to. It's all about you. And on the right side is kind of like our best at growth day every single day. So when you want to come in and get the daily fire, when you want to come in and see what the latest and featured elements are in the tool, when you want to come in and see. But like as you come in and you want to see replays, right, you can see replays on the right sidebar and over here you can click through like Lori and Jonathan's course. You can also come in and see the courses and the videos that you were already watching. So you can just click them and get right back. The homepage is just going to always be your kind of dashboard. We call it the dashboard. It's going to be your dashboard for all things growth. Okay. So when you're thinking about like, oh my gosh, I don't know what to practice today. You could probably come into just the homepage and pick one of these elements to like really just anybody, any of these things and start learning to grow. Now if you have a starter membership, then you'll have full access to this high performance habit builder course. This course is really incredible. I'm going to click on that right now. So for this course you do have the ability. So just as habit builder course, this is like our signature course. So if you are ever like, well, what do I learn today and what should I do? If you haven't yet taken this course, this is something that you could do almost every year to kind of recalibrate on your high performance habits right across the six high performance habits in the tool. And then you can also be taking notes around these things. So if you didn't know, you could be taking notes around specific elements. And what this does is it takes time stamped indicators of when you took that note. So if I wanted to go in and go to the specific part of the video and you can't play the video while I'm in a growth group because I'm using the audio for this, then you could just click on this and go in and take notes around this specific course. I think this is a really incredible feature where you can actually still get reminders and go back and listen to the things that we're going to be helping you grow during that time. Cool. Yeah, so notes is really helpful. The other thing that I, I wanted to save actually for this growth group this week was my weekly review. And if you haven't done your weekly review yet, then I want to, I want you to do it with me. I want, let's, let's kind of do it together. I've been saving this for today and, and then we'll actually go and do a journal entry today together and then we'll also do some planning together today and then we'll look at the challenges, we'll look at the Learn pillar and, and then we'll finish off the day with questions and Q and A if you want to come up on the stage too. So a couple really quick things about this entire application, right. The life scores have these cards, we call them little cards or components. On these cards you have a View History button. This View history will take you to your history page where you can see all of your trend lines over a given time of how many weeks you've done your weekly review. And then you also have this suggestion link, this also will show you your suggestions. And then we always have a timer on here so you know how many days that you have and how long it's been since your last score. Now, I also want to put out there that if you miss a day or you miss a week, don't beat yourself up over it. It's okay. Just go in there and do it whenever you really need a good benchmark. I try to do this every day, every week, and every month because it helps me know how I'm performing over my days, weeks and months. And I like having that data, I like having that trend line so that I know how I'm performing. And it just kind of keeps me accountable. So let's do this today. If you could go over into your life scores and you can click 3 on your keyboard, or you can. And I'm gonna click three on my keyboard just so you can see what it, how quickly this is. It's a keyboard shortcut. So if you're on the dashboard, you hit three on your keyboard. If you're any. On any page and you hit 3 on your keyboard, it's going to take you to your life score section. Now, across all the all the life scores, you can share these life scores. If you wanted to, you know, introduce this to your family or your friends or share it on social media, you can do that. And they'll actually see a nice little visual here. I'll actually show you because I, I'm very active on LinkedIn and I typically share things on LinkedIn. It's. It pulls in your account if you're already signed in. Oh, it's actually not showing up on the screen because I'm only sharing. But you'll get a nice little visual of score your mindset, habits and mood for the week. And it's a nice little visual that you can share to your network. So what I want to do is head over into the weekly review. So hopefully everybody's heading over to the weekly review and let's do this together. All right, so the first thing that I want to do, we're just going to kind of go through these together and I'm going to talk about them a little bit and we'll just. Because this whole, this whole week's about practice, too. And, and I think that knowing how, I mean, just giving you examples of how I look about these things, and these are really great, intentional ways for you just to, like, look at your holistic self and look about how you're practicing across all these things. Yes. Okay, so there was a question about is there a way to just pull up your monthly or your specific journal entries? And I will get to the journal and show you that in a second. But there is a filter in the journal where you can just sort by the type of journal that you entered, so you can go check that out. Marlene, great question. All right, let me just bring this down a little bit, and let's start doing a score together. Okay. So I was intentional in how I acted this week. Absolutely. Super intentional. This week, we're really launching a bunch of new projects and initiatives. Like, I have to be on my A game for my team and really understand. I feel like I'm really being very intentional with these things. I knew the feelings I wanted to generate this week. Absolutely. But I'm going to give me a four, because I think I can do a little bit better on my feelings. Just always can do a little bit better. I stayed focused as much as I wanted to. Yes, Absolutely. I made this week meaningful. Yes. And this week's not even ended yet, so we still got some good time. To even build a little bit more clarity, I determined something I can get better at. You know, this week is practice week. So I think for me, I'm practicing right now, like, my leadership. I'm practicing how I can be a better communicator to my team and to. To the community. So I definitely am looking at things I can get better at this week. Okay, cool. So that's as simple as it is to go through. You ask yourself these questions. You read these things out loud. You don't have to overthink it, but you just give yourself some grace and just do it. I manage my energy well this week. Oh, yeah. Even though it's freezing cold outside and I have my scarf on and I'm doing my work, I'm still managing my energy well. I chose to bring the joy. Absolutely. I recharged throughout the week to stay energized. Yep. I worked out this week. Yep. Every day. I wound down this week. Yep. I did. But I could do a little bit better. All right. Moving through. I was emotionally committed to excellence. Yes. I knew my why. Yes. And I know these things because I'm using the Growth Day app. I'm using the journal. I'm using my reflection tools in here. So it helps me maintain awareness on how I'm scoring across these things. Now, if I was never to use the Growth Day app, and I was to just kind of go throughout my days and not have that intention of looking in and checking in, listening to Daily Fire and getting fired up about what I'm doing with my life and this week and the things that I'm trying to achieve, I can imagine that my scores would probably be lower. So as you get more comfortable in using the tool, you'll start to see like your intention will rise because you, you're just being a little bit more aware of the things that are happening in your life and what you're doing around it. But don't beat yourself up over it again. Remember these things, like these are all growth opportunities. Yeah. So here's the thing that you probably didn't know. After we kind of go through these scores a little bit. If you score yourself and you're like, I want to redo this, you can delete the score and then retake it. Like, maybe you scored Friday, but Saturday you wanted to do it again because something had changed. You could just delete it and then retake the, retake the assessment. It's no big deal. I'll show you how to do that in a second. So I cared about serving others this week. Absolutely. I hit my deadlines. Oh, yes. We had some big deadlines today. I managed my self talk. Yes. Let's do that. I keep going here. I worked on things that matter most. Yes. I progress a major dream. Yes. I avoided distractions well this week. Well, there's always distractions. I set intentions before. Yes. I fully engaged and enjoyed my work. Yeah. Let's go. So you see, I mean, you just go through and you be honored and like honest with yourself about how you're doing this. I was a role model this week. Yes. I guided others to think well. Yes. I changed my. I changed challenge some. Oh, yes. Today I'm challenging y' all to get into practice. Let's go. I was doing this with my team as well today. I worked on myself this week. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Learning about just communication. We're, you know, we have a 12 year old son. So it's like consistently training on how to or training ourselves on how to communicate with empathy and communicate in a way that is just very respectful and honoring where our son is at and what he's going through and what he's doing. You know, we homeschool him. There's all sorts of interesting challenges and things that we face. So being really being mindful of that, it's important. I demonstrated caring. Yes. Let's go. All right, last one. I dealt with fear and unknowns this week. Yes. I share my real self. Absolutely. I try to Stay confident. Yep. But I could maybe be more confident. I responded well to quickly to life's challenges. Sure. And I took action despite work or risk. Yes. Yes. So I got my score. I'm gonna come in. And now I see my score. Woohoo. And I can always kind of come in here. I can see my recommendations. I can see what My score was 94%. And if I come back to my life score, Life scores here. Now what I can do is I can click into the history of my weekly, and this is going to help me see my trend line. So now that I can see this, I can see that I was 1% lower on my clarity from last week and the last 30 days. I could go back over the entire year and I can see this nice little curve of how I was doing it throughout all the months. And I love that this is available for me and I can go through. And then I think there was a question, Renee, but if you end up missing and you can't go back to a specific day, but if you did want to, you can always like, delete the score that I just took. And then I could retake it if I wanted to take it the next day. And. But there isn't a way to go back in history right now. There's a lot. There's a lot to that with the tool. But I just wanted to share that you can do that. All right, so we do that with daily, we do that with weekly and monthly. Now using this as a practice, even just in itself, practicing being reflective, practicing taking assessments, practice being mindful of how you're doing across these categories is just a pivotal part of your growth and what you could be doing. So I just want to, like, kind of root for you there to just make it a practice to go in and reflect. Now if you didn't know as well. There are three buttons up here on these cards, these reflection cards. You can click the recommendations, which opens up a little component that allows you to watch a video in line. You could also write a journal entry right here and be able to do your morning mindset, your evening review, your growth prompts just right here in line and you can answer these questions. So it's tied to the day of the week, it's tied to the time that you did the life score, and you could even change this. So let me come back up. I'm going to clear the prompt and I could even do my weekly review with my weekly assessment, which is just incredible thing that you can do. Like three great things that happened to me, the main struggle I faced this past week, two things that I learned, like when you have these reflections that enables you to do what we call like a recalibration or a course correction. So when you are able to identify the things that you're doing in your life. And then luckily what we did was we have, you know, hundreds of research backed, evidence based prompts that will help you kind of course correct in a more efficient way versus you having to just guess and think about what you should be writing about. Use these prompts until you start building that muscle memory of how you write and how you can articulate how you're feeling and the emotions you're feeling and where you could actually course correct some of those actions. And when you do that, then you can come in and think about, okay, well, now I know where I can practice. All right, so that's an essential part of life scores. I hope life scores make sense. I showed you journaling because journaling is inside of here. I, I think it's probably better that we just stick in here. But you can also know that you can finish it in the journal because I can keep my journal super private and, you know, so I don't have to share my screen there. The other thing, how to do the posh. Oh, the plan section. Let's jump over into plan. Super fun. Just as a quick caveat and a reminder, if you want to be able to see what you're doing across the year, you could see all the dates of the month and what you were doing that day. So if you click into a specific day, you can still see that you journaled you, you can still see that you had you journal about a morning mindset. You can hover over these things and see your actual activities just by clicking on the date. And you can even use the, the little arrows in the top right to be able to do that as well. And this is like, kind of like our little sidebar. It's pretty cool. All right, let's jump over in the plan plan tool. What are some of your big questions around the plan tool? A lot of questions that we get around, that I typically hear around the plan is, is setting reminders in the plan and how should I get them? How should I use my plans? Now, I typically like setting plans for things around themes that I'm doing and things of training that I'm doing. So right now there's a year of mastery program that I'm following from Brendan. And so he was going through and talking about, you know, the three E's he was talking about the. And I like to pull in the things that I've learned from his high performance planner and putting them in my week ahead. So schedule. So when I go into my week ahead, these are things that I do every single week. So every Sunday, I write an article on LinkedIn. Every Sunday, I email to the individuals that I'm coaching. Every Sunday, I send an email announcement about the week ahead in the training. So I'm also posting those things on the community for y', all so you can go to the next growth group that we're gonna have every single Thursday. And then I do, you know, stories and trainings on, you know, different elements. So this right now is practice week. So I can just come in here because this is like a system for me. So I don't want to, like, recreate this list every single week. I just want to have one list that I can, you know, recalibrate. And then, you know what? Okay, I did this for the previous Saturday. So now that I executed this for this week, then I will put this and it will be something that I'll finish by the 28th. So in two days, I'll. I'll kind of recalibrate all these things and do it again. So I can change my date and then I'm back in. If I wanted to set a reminder on my week ahead that I could go in a custom and I could do it on a weekly basis on the Saturday. And I could also. Because I. Because I like to do this early in the morning on Saturdays. It's like, plan, and I could do it at what time? 7am and you can be completely open to whenever you would want to do this. So I've like, kind of set a reminder. So I'm going to do my week ahead on Saturdays. I. I'm an early bird. I like to do this stuff. And then I'm also going to plan to have fun, play, cook, and work out every single week. Let's go. Connect to my intention. I do this with Growth Day. I do this with the life scores. So you can use your plan for pretty much anything you want to do. I have them for, like, our Q1 rocks, which are the things that we're building at Growth Day. And I also have family rituals and things that we're doing. Like, I have things that I'm thinking about that I'm doing Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays. And I just know that I need to dial in our nightly routine. Our. Our daytime support, the goals, food and activities, and Things that we're doing throughout the days. Another example of this is like, during the holiday time, I had this, like, Operation Holiday Spirit. And you can again, you can use your plans in any shape and form that you want, and you can build systems inside of your plan so that you know what to follow. So there was a question in the chat around recalibrate. Do I mean that you. I uncheck each individual item so that I can recheck them again. So sometimes I'll check the. Uncheck them all, and sometimes I'll just leave it as exactly how it is. I don't take too much. I don't take too. Because. Because I don't want to be in here all day long, like checking and unchecking things. It's. That's not like, I don't get a lot of. It's not very productive of me to do that. But what I do like to do is if I am in here and I am going back in and checking my things, I will like, check these things off the list. Like, I'm doing this. I'm doing this. But it's really quick. And that's why we wanted to make it super flexible for you to do this. Because if you go through all of your checks, there'll be a little button that shows up that says, here, I'll show you real quick. There'll be a button that says mark as completed. Now, we are in the process of investigating a couple new features around the plan. So we'd love to hear your feedback on this and you can put it in the feedback as well. But we are in the process of identifying opportunities for us to duplicate plans, to set recurring plans, and to also reset your plans. So if you had all your checks, you could reset it. If you wanted to duplicate your plan, you could click duplicate. And if you also wanted to set a recurring plan where you do this every single week, day or month, then you could potentially do that. We're investigating that right now as a discovery part of our project. So I just want to encourage you to share your feedback in the feed, like in the feedback tool around any of those things that sound really interesting to you. We'd love to hear your feedback. Right on. Right on. We think it would definitely be something popular. Sorry to go back if I missed it. Is there a way to search weekly monthly reviews without having to go to the date when they were entered? Yes. So if you wanted to do that, then you would go to your journal. But there's a filter very similar to the Life Score filter. On the right side of the page, it looks like this. It looks like recent daily, weekly, monthly. Except you'll see this filter and it will say morning mindset. It will say evening review. It will have the different types of categories for your life scores, and then you can just filter them and dive into deeper element for your journal. Cool. Awesome. Sweet. All right, Great job, team. All right, so now what I want to do is go back to plan and see if there's any questions around. Just some of the things around setting yourself up for a new plan. Now, I want to remind you, like, it's so easy to create a new plan. If I could just do, like, even my development plan and I could set a due date where I want to have a development plan by the end of the month. And this is going to be something that I want to get reminded about on a weekly basis. On Sundays at 4pm I do do planning at 7pm so let me just do that. 7pm every day I have a session where I do planning. It's different times throughout, like, on different days. Sundays at 7:00pm all right, so I create this plan. Now that I have this plan, I need to think about. Okay, well, what do I need to create a really great practice and development plan? Well, for me, I want to have, like I was saying earlier at the beginning of the call, like, clarity. Then I have goals, Then I need an action plan, then I need to have a regiment, Then I need to identify, like, some. Basically some training windows. Training windows and practice. Well, practice regimens are kind of like training windows. So let me just delete that. I'm gonna move this down. Okay, cool. So whenever I create a development plan, I'm really consistently thinking about clarity. And like I was saying earlier, the three things that I typically do for this is I learn about what my priorities are. I know what my purpose is. I know what my opportunities are. I know how I want, like, my identity. I know I want to interact. Now I'm showing you this as a reference for you to start thinking about your growth systems as things that will remind you to do things. But you don't necessarily have to, like, write everything inside the Growth Day app. You know that what your priorities are, and you can check in with yourself. Like, my three priorities are to finish this project, to plan my next family vacation, to get my finances in order, and then each of those priorities might have different tasks and subtask and things that you need to do. But what I want to challenge you to do is think really high level. So that you're not spending some time on, like, very, very minute things. You're thinking about how you're advancing the big, giant rocks that you're doing. So the last one is success. So this right here, it's a recipe for clarity. And I just want you to, you know, maybe take a screenshot or something. But this is one first big, giant step of getting clarity. And then for goals, I would be like, okay, well, Drew, what kind of goals do you need? I need personal goals. I need project goals. I need passion goals. I need career goals. There's so many cool goal frameworks and things, but I like to categorize this. This makes me feel like I'm thinking about my entire life and not just about my work, not just about my personal life, not just about my passions, not just about career. So I got that. And then for action plan, the way that I like to do this is like, I do daily priorities, or top three daily priorities, spelling on the fly, top three daily priorities, top three priorities of the week, top three priorities of the month, and then top three goals of the year. I just like connecting to these things, right? You can. You can do any sort of framework. I need to know what these things are heading into each of these days. Before the day starts, I need to know my top three priors of the day. Because what this does is it helps me identify, like, these are the things that I'm going to do. These are the things I'm going to achieve. These are the things that are going to. After I finish these, I'm going to feel like the day was a win. I want to win the day. I don't want to be. You know, I don't want to. I want to practice knowing where I need to be going so that I feel like I'm moving in the right direction. If I don't know what my priorities are for my. My days, my weeks, my months, then I can feel a little lost. And when I feel lost, I feel lack of clarity, and I don't really like that. Nice, Tim. Awesome. Awesome. Thanks for that comment. It is really incredibly powerful. And I think, to me, it's more than just like a list of items and to dos. This is a gateway for you building better systems for yourself so that you can be reminded about the most important things. You start training your mind, you start training the actions that you're taking on a daily basis. You set these reminders for each of these things. I mean, this is an example of even a development plan. Then you could come into, like, you Know, learning, you know, for the opportunities. Like, let's just say I had opportunities in the clarity section. I could come into opportunities and be like, I'm going to watch the next three or the next three growth day courses. And I could go in, look for those courses, drop in their names of here, put the links in here, and then come in and okay, I'm going to go in and now I'm going to head over to the learn section and I'm going to start taking on these specific courses. So is there any other questions about the learn tool or the plan tool before I continue on to the next pillar? Let me see in the chat if there's any other questions, any questions about the plan tool, so I can show you. So if I was to go to the learn pillar and I wanted to share Brendan's new upcoming workshop, if I just wanted to share this link, I'm gonna copy it. I'm gonna copy. See, it says copy clip to clipboard. I'm gonna come back to my plan and I'm gonna come to my opportunities. I can paste in this link here and obviously it's not gonna like, but I'll have the link. Or I could just like paste the link in here. It's not like a. It's not like an actual hyperlink, but I don't, I don't. This doesn't bother me. Like, I can still come in here and know what it is and I can still go get after it. But you can just drop your links in here and be good to go. There is like enough room in here to write in the details. Like, I could write like, you know, 10 or so lines in here and the same thing for my development plan. I can also just put some of those. Like, if I'm watching a course, I could put that link right in here. It's super simple. It doesn't. It's not like super fancy where it's a hyperlink right in here. But you can at least take notes and put some of the context of here. So that's why this is saying, describe your purpose of this plan and. Or add notes. Like, you can just add little notes and be like, watch. First course to watch. And then you can do a little space bar and then point the arrow and you're in business. Boom. I think the best way to get back into a plan that you already created, because obviously, like, I have plans that I'm creating for the entire year. You know, different things that I was doing during those different times. Ah, Once you create a plan, you can have it be whatever you want. I. There's. There's two levels deep into a plan. So you don't have to, you don't have to have sub items for your plan. Like in this example, these little, these little icons are mean. I have sub items for those, but you don't have to do that. It could just be one level deep and that's completely fine. For example, like for this Operation Spirit, I mean, I did have multiple. Well, actually for this one, I had like, just for family activities, I had all the things that we can do inside of this North Carolina area. We can go to Biltmore, we can go to arboretum. We could do some Roblox studio. We can hike, walk, soccer, workouts, games, basketball, foursquare bowling, rock climbing, snowboarding and skiing and hot springs. So for me, I mean, you can, you can make this for any any absolute thing that you want. You can go as high level as you want. You can go to more specific as you want. I think what's great is getting in the game and trying to figure out what's going to work for you so that you can just be the best version of yourself and get after it. Boom. All right, Cool, cool, cool. All right, hope this is. Hope this is getting the wheels turning for y'. All. We have 13 minutes left. I do want to offer, if you do want to raise your hand and come in for a question, I'm also going to step through the challenges real quick and step through the learn. Nice. Thanks, Tim. Great job, man. I think you're going to really love it. So the other thing is we got four epic challenges that you have access to. Each of these have quite a bit of traction. Like, Even the high five challenge had 170,000 people go through it. And what we're doing here is this is more interactive social learning. So when you want to go in and go deep into a specific topic like the high five, giving yourself some motivation, work through that self doubt. If you want to work on your confidence, you know that's a five. These are like five day challenges and you can really go deep. So I would encourage you to do like one of these a quarter like, and if you go through them and you score like we have, it's gamified as well. So you can get a gold, bronze, or silver medal for going through this. You'll get growth coins and you can also meet some of the community on the sidebar with comments for this. And there's embedded interactive journaling, goal setting and not life scoring. But you can have those things inside of the tool and watch some videos along the way. So I hope you all check these out and go sign up for one and give it a try. When it comes to the learning section, this is where we've been spending quite a bit of time recently and building a more social learning environment. Now, the big thing here is, like, if you aren't a pro member yet, then I'd encourage you to do that. It's only 300 bucks for the entire or 299 for the entire year. And what this will do is it'll unlock all of our weekly live sessions. The fun thing about the weekly live sessions is it's very interactive. You have chat, comments, community, and you also get frameworks from each of the coaches every single month. So this past month was all about starting your dream. So you got nine to 10 coaches talking about it in different ways and shapes and forms, which I love because it's giving you a different perspective. And when you go through that content, you'll actually be able to see, like, here's an example of Lori Harder went on there, Jonathan Fields went there. Anthony Trucks, start your dream. Lisa Bilyeu, Coya Webb, Brendan Burchard. So, like so many different coaches. And then you can come back in here and click View all and then see the history of all of these coaches going live about these things. How to learn faster, you know, how to quit the wrong thing. You can sort by topic or you can sort by coach. Up in the top. Here we go. You can see those things. It is. It's such an incredible value. And you know, we put so much effort into those things. I think you're gonna. I think you'll just love it. Also something that you might have not done yet, you might not have hosted your own growth groups. You now if you're a pro member, you get 10 free growth groups. And after you do that, also, you can come back in and host different topics and subjects that you're really interested in. So just for example, today we got Tiffany going and talking about a resilient you. We got Kevin talking about motivation, mastery. We got all of our different community members hosting their groups to really just teach and share and just facilitate conversations about things. They're learning. These a beautiful thing. And if you're curious about some of these, go try them out. You can RSVP and then you'll get notified before the session starts so you can get a quick link to go right back into it. So there we go. We got these events. We know exactly what's happening. I want to also encourage you if you're going to attend one, share it on social media, share it with your friends. You can just click the share link, share it on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and these produce these really nice little graphics for you. So you can just write a little bit like what it is that you're excited about and you can just get people, other people in there. The other thing about this now for our All Access members, we unlock the entire library of the courses. So we have courses that you're already continuing watching courses that you might have purchased. We have these master classes and let me zoom out a little bit. I'm zooming in. So it's making, it's a responsive product. So okay, here we go. So here you can see like we have all of these other masterclasses and we're going to release new masterclasses which is combinations of basically allowing you to go in to in a course mode and watch and take notes and re watch these videos. These videos experience. And obviously I can't watch it now because I'm inside of a growth group. So I'll come back to courses and then you can see all the courses are right here on the, on the courses page. So if you do want to see the, the depth and breadth of the library, then you can go in and check these things out. Some incredible, incredible content on personal development. And I think you'll love it too, just checking those things out. All right, cool. So we got courses, talked about all these things. Now we got eight minutes left. So again I want to encourage you, if you got questions about anything that I share today, I'd love to hear from you. And also I'm just going to go through and share like a couple other really cool things. One, the community where I think I end up posting, I end up posting all my growth groups inside of here. And the cool thing is obviously I'm an admin, so I'm seeing, I'm gonna see a lot more things than probably what you see on the sidebar. But inside of this community you can post questions, you can learn about things here. Brennan was sharing his version of the growth loop and you can come in, chat with members, you can go through, ask questions. Here is actually like what we're talking about today in my post. And you can come through and just see all the posts in the community can search, you can, you can chat with each other. And I think just the community having that embedded here is really amazing. So you have that opportunity to learn with each other. Now, the last couple things that I'm gonna show you is inside the settings, which if you don't go to the settings very often, there's a couple things that I wanna encourage you to do this year. Try to give the gift of learning to somebody, some of your friends. If you're finding value, you have three different options to give this gift and then you'll be able to manage that subscription inside of this as well. So you can invite somebody to have the product. You can give them a little gift message. There's also a referral program. So if you invite and connect your PayPal account and then go in and add a specific custom name, you can copy this link. And when you refer one of your friends or family members, you get $100 if they join Pro and and $10 when they join Starter. Now here's a question that's coming in. When you share a growth group on Facebook, does it link to our personal affiliate link? So if somebody joins for the post, we get paid? We do not currently have that built yet, but we are considering Rhonda how we can integrate that as well. So the best thing to do would maybe be to get them to sign up with your referral link first and then get them to RSVP to your growth groups through the products or through a direct private link. If it's a private growth group after they have signed up, that would be a way that you can do this until we end up integrating the referral program with our growth group links. So, great question. We were just talking about that, but I definitely think this is a really cool benefit for you if you want to get people into the platform. The notification preferences, if you haven't yet checked these out, this is just your ways of turning on and off. I mean, I like keeping all these things on. I like getting these notifications about what's going on in the product. So you have that choice. Also, from a privacy perspective, you want to choose your new profile name or get a copy of your data or do some of these other things. You can do that there. If I wanted to worry about my sign in my time zones, sometimes I'm often traveling from, you know, coast to coast. And when I do that, the app does notify me that I need that I'm changing my. I'm changing my location and. And it will ask me if I'd like to change it to the new location. So that's also built in for you. And I think you'll appreciate that when it comes to notes, notes are in your top header, in your banner and what these are. If you're taking any notes from today's session or any other future sessions, you'll see all the notes from the training that you're doing and it will just be timestamped and notes will be all up in there. If you do do a course, you can see that the timestamps are in the notes as well. And then you can even pin a note if you want to keep it very handy and friendly. Now for me, like I keep One of these 12 pillars of product design and growth. Cause I just like looking at it every time I come to my notes page. So you can have those options to be able to do that as well. And you can pin multiple notes if you'd like. So I know I'm throwing a lot at you. I hope this is really helpful. The last thing that I want to show you in this last couple minutes is the profile. Again, there is enough time for a question. If you do want to ask your questions in the chat, I'll get to it. But the big thing about the growth profile is that this growth profile again is a private growth profile. It's not public. But the ability here is to be able to put your big why, your big reason for, you know, getting after your growth, practicing doing the things that you love. I put mine here and I'm really proud of them. So for me, like, first I want to learn to take care of my mind, body and spirit. I want to support people I love, the team I strive for and the outcomes that I'm shooting for. Like I just put these things straight up. And then there's focus areas that you can choose when you go and you edit your profile, you can choose the focus areas from our high performance habits. The other things is you can have a section for goals where you can link your plans, link your plans and link the things that you're doing to help move these things forward. And then for all of your achievements that you're creating, like from weekly to daily, weekly and monthly streaks, you can actually, we keep track of these things with these badges. And this cool thing is you can actually see the badges you're collecting in line here. So I've earned 85 badges to date since we've released the achievements section. And I can actually go back in here and see like, so I've had two 14 day streaks and I could actually share this badge with the community if I choose to do that. So David had a good question around. I noticed that this is a recurring Group is the same every week, or do you go deeper into each area of the site each week? So what I like to do for this growth group is I do talk about the product every single week, but I do have 12 categories of topics that I am talking about every single week. So, for example, this week I was talking about practice. Last week I was talking about action planning. The week before that, I was talking about goals. The week before that, I was talking about clarity. So the next week, I'm actually gonna get a little bit more strategic with my discipline, which is design and product. So I'll be talking next week about a little bit about integrating more of, you know, how to. How to essentially map your systems and create a little bit more energy with the things that you're designing in your life. So I will have specific topics and categories for that. But if you. You have new questions and new things that are coming out, I typically talk about new features and new things that also come out in this growth group. And I also just want to be an open. Have an open door for community drivers coming in and having questions about the product. So this is my opportunity to make sure that you all feel supported in learning and growing and getting things out of this, this. This growth group. So thanks for the question. David, let's go. Thank you so much for attending this session. I think that there's, you know, there's this moment in time where we're like, oh, like there is another level. There is something I can get better at. There's something I can practice at. And I'm just really thankful that you're using the Growth Day product to do that. And if you have questions, if you have anything that you need support on, like, feel free to reach out, feel free to connect with us. And we'll see you in the next week for our next growth group. And I just bless you, and I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day. So see you next time.
