Chapters
Hey, everybody. Drew Bridewell here. And this week on my weekly series, I have a new episode out and it's called the Roles and User Experience Design. Now, this video was a lot of fun to film because it's a capture of 10 different roles inside of the field of design. And they're pretty common roles. But the thing that's pretty interesting is I go deep into each and every role, from an interaction designer to the head of design, and I talk about what they do, what they care about, what they're thinking about, and all the little things in between. I also go into how we need more designers out there. So if you're interested in getting into the UX field, you're a historian, you're into psychology, you know, whatever it may be, you could be a great user experience designer and you could start learning the people, the people part, the practices part and the tooling part to be able to be an amazing designer. So this is kind of like your gateway into that to learn a little bit about the roles. And if you have friends, family that have no idea what you do as a designer and you're watching this video right now, then you can send them the video and then they'll have a better understanding of what you do. So hope you enjoy this week's episode and I will see you next time. And one more thing, if you haven't yet checked out Practical UX Weekly, there are 42 episodes now. There's a season one and there's a season two, which is what we're doing right now. And if you want to just come hang out with more with me and see some of the earlier content that I created, it's still completely valid and completely worth checking it out if you haven't checked it out yet. So, alright, enough of me babbling. I will see you all later. Have an amazing rest of your week and adios. Alright, bye, Sam.
