Hey, what's up? Drew Bridewell here and we're getting ready to go into the weekend. I just wanted to give you a pretty solid tip about design clarity. Now, if you haven't heard about design clarity, I'm sure you've heard of the word clarity, right? Trying to understand and really get a grasp of, you know, what is in front of you, what is around you, how do you interact with the clarity inside of your life events and so on and so forth. But today I want to talk to you about design clarity. Now, my approach to design clarity is around understanding. Understanding the building blocks that affect your team, affect your projects, affect your milestones, and understanding everything that's inside and around you. Now, when was the last time you examined your team and the product journey and creation that you were on? When, when was the last time you evaluated that flow of how people understand your project, how they understand their roles and responsibilities, how they understand their timelines and quarterly goals and priorities and all the efficiencies that go in between that? Like, how do you have you manage the checkpoints and the systems that are in place to communicate and to iterate and collaborate together better and all those little things in between. And does your team understand, like, how they can feel inspired or motivated or ready to create? Like, this, to me is true design clarity. And I just want to leave you with this as you start planning out your quarterly goals for the next half to finish off the year. And I'm sure you've already done this, just revisit those things and reevaluate. Are they serving you? Are they working? Are the things that you're doing on a week to week basis actually working? And are they actually serving the team at, in a holistic, like, beautiful way? Like, is your team able to function? Is your team able to accelerate in what they're doing and are you supporting them in that? And as a designer, it's our job to bring clarity, design clarity to all of our projects, right? It's like we, we can, we are the connective tissue and we are driving these projects forward. So if we're doing that, let's make sure we bring our entire team along for that journey. Let's make sure that they understand why we're doing things. Let's make sure they understand the timelines and the deadlines and why they're there and what your customers are waiting for and why they're waiting for them. Like, what problems are we solving? Do they understand all those things? And I'm sure you all know this, this is all muscle memory. And this is all something you, you do every single day as a professional. But just remember, like, it can always get better. Design clarity can always get better. And the way we interact and the way we holistically work together can always improve. So I want to leave you with that this week. Definitely. Feel free to comment down below and let me know if you have questions or comments about really about anything around design clarity. I'd love to chat with you. All right, have an amazing rest of your week and enjoy the weekend. All right, See you.
