Hey, what's up? Drew Brideway here, head of product and design over at Growth Day, founder of Next Level UX, and host of Practical UX Weekly, a learning series on LinkedIn, learning just about product and design. So, y', all, I'm really excited that you're here because on this channel, I'm going to be releasing new content, new videos about the tips and tricks and best practices I know that I've learned from working deep in the product trenches at companies like Facebook, at LinkedIn, at Envision, at the late, great Linda.com and now at Growth Day, which is a startup around personal development and building your growth systems. So something I'm super passionate about. But, you know, let's just rewind for a second and think about all the things that we do as creators, as makers, and as builders. And that's what this channel is all about. It's about supporting you in that vein, in that spirit of making things better, the spirit of becoming a high performer, the spirit of having a team and a support system that's going to help you grow every single year. And not just every year, but every day, every week, every month. So I'm here to help support you along that journey. But let me just tell you a little bit about that journey now. It all started. It all started when I was a senior in high school, and I started realizing, like, I love design, I love graphic arts. I got a baseball scholarship to go to school in Cumberland College in Kentucky, got my degree, ended up finding out that I really needed more. So I ended up getting a full ride to play baseball at Savannah College of Art and Design, got my BFA in graphic design, and then realized that, you know, in order to get to that next level, in order to really excel, you got to surround yourself with incredible people. You got to understand what they're doing. You got to understand what they're doing well and what they could be improved on. You got to be so much more aware about the things that are happening around you. That includes learning the systems. That includes learning the routines of what successful people do. That means mastering and understanding the systems, the rituals, routines and habits that the best teams in the world follow. And I've been very grateful and very lucky to master and study those practices across companies, across many, many companies. When I was at Envision, when I was at Facebook, when I was at LinkedIn, getting to really understand what those teams were doing and really study them. And that's something that I'm going to deliver in this channel. So I just wanted to give you a big shout out for being here. But I also, I want you to participate in this channel. I want you comment down below. I want you to ask questions when you have them, and I want you to feel free to reach out to me. And let's grow together, y'. All. It's going to be so much fun. So as you maneuver through all the videos that you see here on this channel, be sure to ask any questions that you have. I'm here for you. I'm rooting for you. And I just wanted to wish you a beautiful rest of your day, y', all, and I'll see you in those videos. All right. See you later, Sam.
