So, headline how to have a rock solid morning routine that empowers you, that uplifts you, that inspires you to be the best version of you that you know you are right now in this eternal present moment. Let's go. So for me, over the past 11 years, my friend, I've had a morning ritual routine, we could call it. And I've interviewed hundreds of coaching students throughout the past 11 years. I've helped them position themselves to have the most uplifting morning routine possible. I've done multiple videos on YouTube in regards to morning routine that have over millions of views collectively. One of the biggest things that's changed my life is a lion chronotype. There's four of them. There's the dolphin, there's the wolf, there's the lion, and there's the bear. Rawr. All of them are beautiful and they all go through different processes in the morning. So for me as a lion, I like to wake up real early, sometimes four, sometimes five o' clock in the morning. That's when I have my most energy. If you're a bear and your most energy comes at 9 o', clock, then what can you do to utilize your energy to be the most productive? My most productive time should be in business. Checking emails, making contacts. As it has been said, get it done. Hustle, grind. My one thing is actually not grind, it's align. So the first thing, the most important thing I do every single day, it's to align, my friend. It's to forget who I am. The identity of Drew vanishes. And with the identity of Drew disappearing, the more room there is for that still small voice to speak up. And then when I allow that still small voice to come in, I get access to so much more information than I could ever imagine. Information that's everywhere, it's omnipresent, it's in the invisible realm, it's in other dimensions. But we're grabbing onto it, we're holding it, we're hearing it louder and louder. The more we tune into our antenna, the internal antenna, which would probably be classified as the human body, the miracle multidimensional suit. The more I purify the body biologically, the more I awaken the mind. So let's just call it aligning the body. In the morning, we awaken the mind and then we activate the soul. Those are the things, the three A's, I like to call them. Then we become the aligned Visionary, if we're in business, or the aligned vision setter for your own life. So we align the body and to do that, I go outside every morning and I look up at Father Sun, Father sky, and I plant my feet into Mother Earth. The reason I do this, guys, it's real simple. The human body is a battery. We're positive in orientation on the top, negative on the bottom of our feet. The more we connect to Mother Nature and the elements, the more energy we can get, the more autophagy happens. And autophagy is just the clearing of the cells. It's a clearing of the cells that no longer serve us. It's a clearing of the self that no longer serves us. When I say self and cells, they sound similar, but really it's all the same as above. So below. And this podcast isn't an episode for hermetic teaching or anything of the ancient mystics. It's really just about you. It's about your morning ritual. We can get off on that in another time. We can talk, we can go down the rabbit hole with whatever you guys want to go down. See, because this is about you. It's Drew and you. I'm just the moderator. I'm just the speaker. If you haven't followed me over on Clubhouse, check it out. You guys also Instagram, Drew Canole and Facebook as well. I'm drinking my organifi right now. Got the organifi. Golden chocolate. I love this stuff. Morning ritual, getting back to it, go outside, plant my feet in the grass. We're gonna look up at the sun. And while we do this, we're doing what's called qigong or tai chi. We're doing a little bit of both. We're breathing, so take a big breath.
And as I breathe out, I let it out with an ah.
And that ah has a smile on my face. Just by changing my face and smiling, it's changing the neurochemistry of my brain. It's putting me in a positive mood, washing away the fight or flight that sometimes we have as human beings that's stuck in our field and we don't even know it. It's the little tremors, it's the trauma that's stored in us, and we can just simply breathe it out, we can shake it out. And this multi dimensional suit that you have is beyond powerful. It knows exactly what to do. The problem is our mind gets in the way. And the monkey is the conscious mind and the unconscious is the elephant. The monkey most of the time has its way with the elephant because the elephant has been conditioned. If you look at an elephant at a young age and it has a little chain, if You've ever been to Thailand, which will break your heart. You'll see these massive elephants with these tiny little ropes holding on to it. They've been conditioned at a young age to believe that they can't be free. So that unconscious mind is conditioned, likened to the elephant. And it's conditioned by the monkey. It's conditioned by the indoctrination process that we've all gone through. The parents that told you you couldn't do it, or the teacher that pulled your chair out from underneath your desk and told you to sit down, or whatever the scenario or situation is, we've all been through it. So the indoctrination builds like skyscrapers. Inadequate, inefficient information in the prefrontal cortex of our brain. And then we live in a program. The program is reflected by our reticular activation system, which is the part of the brain that goes out and sees things that it's supposed to see. It scans the field. It brings things back in the moment. In the beginning, the morning ritual, it's important to free yourself of all that. I do that by planting my feet in the grass, staring into the sun. In the beginning, I close my eyes just a little bit, and I let those golden rays come through my eyelashes, just to diffuse it a little bit, versus going straight into it. Grounding in Earth is super important. PEMF pulse electromagnetic frequency. The Earth has its own right, 7.8 Schumann. And it's a frequency that actually is very healing for the human body. If you want to heal, if you want to put yourself in a parasympathetic state, just get outside in nature. Go on a walk, look around, forest, bathe like the Japanese people do. It's such a beautiful practice of just going outside naked, standing in the woods, allowing all that prana from the trees, all that life force from the ground. The fairy kingdom unites. And you just feel so free. So get outside in nature, even when it's cold, even when it's 30 degrees. Here in Sedona, it's still important to get outside. If it's a winter morning, go outside. I grew up most of my life in Michigan, 25 years, and it was hard because I wanted to be inside all the time. But super important to get outside and allow Mother Nature to do her healing thing. So after I go outside, I come in and I read. I believe readers are leaders. So I'm reading scriptural texts. And I learned this from Frank, one of my mentors, coaches. I look at him as a father. We don't get to choose the fathers that we have in this life. And I have an amazing adoptive dad, Jeff. But there's also other fathers that I've manifested and attracted in my life, and Frank is one of those. He's radically transformed my life. I spent many mornings with Mr. Frank and we would read scripture and we'd talk about the good that's all around us and we would reset our minds every morning. I did this for five years when I lived over in Tampa, Florida. Actually. I read the Christian Science lesson, usually with Rebecca, my lovely girlfriend. Then we get into other scriptural texts or ancient texts that can fuel and feed the brain. It's important to feed the brain. They've done research in regards to how agile the brain is later in our years, as we age. And the people that read actually experience much less dementia, much less Alzheimer's. So all of these things can be accomplished just by reading. There was a movie I watched called the Book of Eli. What I like about the movie is the books are all lost and nobody has access to the book. Books become like a prized possession. And that's the way I look at every book when I read. It's 20 years of somebody's life poured into a 200 page book. And I can have access to it and read it sometimes in 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the day. I read a lot. For a while I was reading a book a day. Now I read a book a week generally, and it's super powerful. Then I write notes of appreciation. I love writing handwritten letters. That's actually my favorite modality. I have a beautiful wax stamp that has DC on it. And it's such a beautiful ritual that I have. I have really high paper. I don't think it's called thread count thick. Nice paper, you guys. So that when you hold it, it has a higher resonance. The kind of paper I'm talking about, the paper that you just want to smell, is that weird.
Just smell the paper and you write it. In a way, I think one of the lost arts is actually our handwriting because we don't do it anymore. We're swipe left, swipe TikTok. Mundane society that we live in, Nobody's writing. It's actually an exercise in being present and pouring all of you into how nice can I make this capital A look. It's almost like a Zen practice of just doing to do it. There's not really an intent other than to bless and build up somebody else's life. Try this exercise. Go out and buy a hundred pack of notes. It's not much. Then just write three handwritten notes, get some stamps and send it out every day. It'll open your mind up. You'll attract so many experiences, miracles and circumstances back in your life because you took the time to bless somebody else up. I do this before I start the day, before I even get into business.
I think the next level for me in regards to that would be sending personalized gifts. I've always been fascinated with the world's greatest gift givers and one of my brothers from another mother, Mr. Matthew. He's the greatest gift giver I've ever met in my life. It's so thoughtful. It's things that you didn't know you needed that he's ahead of you. He's like in the future with your future self, looking back at your present self, being like, hey, what do you need? It's an emotional thing too. I remember he got me this necklace and I opened it up and it was just. It was tied to who I am as a human being. And it was a custom made necklace that was made from his heart. It just touched me so much I wept. A couple tears came out of Drew's eyes. It forever changed my life. Think about how we can gift up the people around us and bless them even more and think about what they need before they know they even need it. I think that's the ultimate gift giver also. One of the things I love doing is music. I love to play music, the guitar. I love to learn the piano. And am I a master at any of these instruments? Absolutely not. But I love to play every day. And I take time to do it. Fifteen, even 30 minutes, even five minutes if I don't, if I'm really crunched. But it just switches your mind. It gets you into a different part of your brain. They've done studies in regards to aging and playing music and learning a new instrument or a new language. Why is it as we age we forget to learn new things? Because by the time we're 39, what is it? 98% of the programs we're just running on and we don't do anything new. My buddy Joe Dispenza talks about this. It's like going into the unknown. So going into the unknown with instruments. I have ancient crystal bowls and gongs that I love to play for sound healing and the alchemic response to the body, our biology. When the sound resonates in our cells in a certain way. The guitar, playing it, listening to one of my favorite guitarists, estas Tony and really Embodying how connected to source he is being in that flow state. I think music is life. In the beginning was sound, and sound is everywhere. String theory, quantum physics, it's all around us. So how can we harmonize our own life to be more musical? I think if we look at the universe as music instead of matter, that's when you really start to begin what's around us in this holographic simulation universe that we're in. So I love looking at life as music. One of my favorite movies I ever watched in regards to music.
Have you ever seen this movie called August Rush?
And I relate to the boy because at about the same age August was adopted I was. And he sees, he compartmentalizes his mind works in such a way because of all the trauma that he had likened to my life. I was abused, I was tortured as a kid from zero to five. And I remember being in the backseat driving across the bridge in Michigan in the Upper Peninsula when I was like 4 years old. And my biological parents were fighting like they would always do, or they were high on drugs and heroin and all this other stuff, but they were fighting. I remember the song came on We Built this City on Rock. I remember being like a four year old and I'm dating myself, totally a four year old kid hearing this song and I just remember every single note, I remember every single sound and it just elevated my soul in the midst of chaos. I think that's what music can do oftentimes. Every house I've ever purchased anywhere I've ever lived, I've always had a speaker literally in every corner of the house. We talked about music and I'm glad that I brought that to you guys. I'd love to know what you play. You can leave comments on the page as well. I read all these comments and I just love connecting with you guys there too. I move on to physical. I move my body. And this isn't like qigong or tai chi. This is actually going to the gym and lifting some weights and building up bone density and supporting my nervous system. Because actually they've done studies in regards to people that could contain more energy, more frequency. And this was a Russian study. Essentially, the more you push your central nervous system by lifting weights, like a power lifter or weights or CrossFit or whatever, the more charge your cells can actually handle, which is super, super potent for what we're trying to do here as entrepreneurs, as moms, as dads, people that are out in the world having more energy. So that's when I go to the gym and I work out. Right now I work out four days a week. I love the endorphins that I get in the brain. And then at least three days a week I do a cold plunge and a sauna right after that. Sauna for 30 to 45 minutes. There's a lot of petrochemicals, herbicides, fungicides, different toxins in our environment today, glyphosate in the soil. And it's important to sweat the sauna. I love I have a sunlight and sauna. I can leave a link in the show notes for that. I've been using a sunlight and sauna for the past 11 years. You guys, I love the company, I love their mission. I'll drop a link for that as well. I just sit in there 30, 45 minutes. Temperature, I like to keep it around 130. For a while I was at 150, 160, going all out for two hours, three hours sometimes on the sauna. But this pitta, sometimes that's a little too hot. Especially being in Sedona this past summer it got up to 110 one of these days and I'm still doing the sauna yoga in the sauna, mind you, and I'm wondering why I have a headache. Then the cold plunge. And the cold plunge is about 45 degrees usually, unless it's winter. Right now it's 37. After the cold plunge, I have a trampoline. I rebound. It's important to get our lymphatic system moving in the morning. Hot cold moves your lymphatic system. I also do gua sha in the sauna too to move the lymphatic in my face. That's a natural way to anti age your face is simply do a little gua sha in the sauna. After the hot and cold, dry myself off, I jump on the trampoline for five minutes, which is one of the greatest exercises we can do. If you're not into working out, if you're not into pushing it like a powerlifter, like an Olympian, and you're just taking it easy, maybe you're just getting back into working out. Just jumping on the trampoline for five minutes is a phenomenal workout. After jumping on the trampoline, the hot and cold sauna, working out in the gym, sending three notes, doing qigong, doing tai chi, sun gazing and planting my feet into earth, I am powered up for the day. That is my current morning ritual. Now am I willing to shift it at any time? Absolutely. There's Been some great conversations with some dear friends of mine that do really cool stuff in the morning. I think I'm going to add oil pulling in. I heard that yesterday. So good for your gums, for all the mucus that sometimes we hold in our nose and our sinus cavities. Oil pulling with some Ayurvedic mix from Banyan, which is an incredible mix. I can give you guys access to that too. Really good stuff in this oil pulling set. It's important to take care of your teeth. I believe if you just floss every day, it's said that your heart actually you can live up to six years longer. I'm a big fan of meditating too. I wouldn't consider that my morning ritual. In fact, I try to be in meditation in every moment. So meditation isn't something I do. Meditation is who I am. And when we live in that place, there's nothing in the universe that can disrupt you, that can throw you off. When we do our morning ritual every day, when we form that habit, say it takes 17 to 30 days to form a habit. That powerful morning ritual when we're biohacking, when we're doing all this cool stuff and we look forward to it, you springboard out of bed because the morning ritual is that exciting for you. That's when you know you're making progress, you look back, and 30 days doesn't feel like a long time. I'm a big fan of stacking habits. There's actually a book called Atomic Habits. Great book. You start stacking things up. So in the car, I would very much be doing what I would call affirmations, or I would be listening to positive, uplifting stuff. Instead of reading, you sub it out. Instead of reading a book, we're actually listening to a podcast. We're actually in a clubhouse room with me listening to how to motivate your mind to get your mind correct. Maybe you're listening to an audiobook in the car as well. Well, if I'm really trying to reinvent who I am and I'm trying to impress upon my unconscious what I want to become, then I would probably have sticky notes in my car telling myself, you're worthy. If we're dealing with worthy issues or you're good enough to be loved, you are enough that have that sticky note in my car. So depending on what limitation you're holding in your mind, maybe you're fearful of an upcoming event. I would write a note as if the event is already done, and I would stick it in my car. I Wouldn't read it every day because I think that can become pretty monotonous. But listen to this. Your unconscious mind is picking up everything in an environment, always in all ways. We've gone over a ton of information, and this is a lot shorter than many of the podcasts that we'll do in the future. But in the beginning, we want to keep them short, we want to keep it sweet, we want to keep them actionable. Because I find that if it's just information, a lot of people stack information in their body, and then they get into what's called analysis paralysis. They just listen to listen and they get more and more knowledge. And as they get more and more knowledge, it's almost like we become heavier. Information will make you heavy, and you can't fly if you're heavy. I actually learned that from my shaman. As we go through time, we're going to call in more and more remembering for you, for me, in regards to what we really are, who we really are, and why we're here. We're going to go deep down the rabbit hole. But it takes getting your morning ritual in check, fueling you, fueling your mind, your body, your soul. And that's what I love the most. I love setting people up to win, and I'm here for that. You can send me a DM on Facebook or Instagram. You can leave comments on this podcast, on this thread, let me know where you're from, what you're up against. Let's connect. I've been saying we're in this together for the past 11 years, in every video, at the beginning and end, and it's so true, and it's more important now than ever. I think loneliness is the biggest epidemic. So whenever you can put yourself in a group or in a community or with somebody that has the same mind, share the same mindset as you, I think that's super important. I'm elated to actually start a podcast. I know I'm a little late to the game. There's thousands of podcasts that are out there, ones that you already love, you already cherish, which is absolutely amazing. And I just want you to know that I'm blessed that you're here listening to this at this time. I will honor you. I'll have deep reverence for who you are as a soul, as a spirit in this life. And if we ever connect in person, you'll feel that. You'll feel it on this podcast, too, in the audio. And I know we're going to do some special things in the future that haven't been done yet too. So I'm excited to share those with you. We got giveaways coming up. A big giver. Thank you so much for listening. You can go over to itunes right now, give it a big old five star review. Leave a comment on there as well, you guys, because this will get out to more people. The goal is to literally raise the frequency of the vibration of humanity. And to do that, we need our own individual transformations to change the world. You have to change yourself. So how can you change? You pick one thing today that you're going to start doing, come back, listen to this podcast again. And in the future, a year from now, we're going to be blown away with what you've become, who you've become, because you've committed and you've changed your life because of it. Congratulations, you guys. Drew Canole, as always, remember, we're in this together and we'll see you soon.
