Yo, guys. Welcome to the Drew and you podcast. Today we're talking about adaptability.
I did a series of reels on Instagram talking about how to be more adaptable, talking about the cadre of adaptogens that are in organifi and why adaptogens are some of the most healing botanicals, you know, adaptogens, Chinese mushrooms, all of these things to really transform and upgrade our life. So today I wanted to talk about five ways to be the most adaptable person in the room. Because it is not the fittest that survives survival of the fittest. It is actually the most adaptable person in any environment. So to become an adaptable person, number one, you have to recognize life is a game. This is the apparition, the illusion, the matrix, the loop, whatever we want to call it, we are in this divine simulation to learn at Earth school. And when we're in the game and you recognize that your avatar, the character that you're witnessing play this game, it's hard to take it so serious.
And you can laugh at yourself, because we take ourselves way too serious in this game, in this school called life. So start viewing life as a game. What if it was a game? How could you win the game? Right. For me, I just imagine all the love that I give out, all the life that I speak out, all the encouragement that I'm surrendering in every moment to everything around me. I'm picking up, like, magical coins in Mario, you know?
And as we go throughout our day, the more coins we collect, the more personal power we pick up, the more we bring back our seniority, as my don would say, right? And then we just. We just can enter that stillness much, much easier if it's a game. When we're not in that game state, when everything is personal, when we feel attacked, right? When our people around us, we don't feel safe because we're not having that mentality, it can be really, really, really hard. So if we look at life as a game, then what's the best possible outcome of this game that you have? In any moment, how can you set an intention or segment, intend for the most favorable opportunity to happen? Right? One of the things I've talked about in the past is any room that I enter into, and I know there's 10 to 100 to a thousand, it doesn't matter how many people are in the room. I go in mentally first. And I would imagine what it feels like to bless every single human being I come in contact with, but not from the true personality, from the divine manifestation. Of source that's animated through me, and that's what I'm focused on. So as I go throughout this game that we call reality, it's a lot easier. Life is meant to be easy. Life was never meant to be a struggle, baby. Far too many people are struggling out there. They're on the treadmill of life because they take it so serious. I got my serious face out. It's just so hard, right? So. And how do we do that? So, number one, this is a game. Remember that. Stop taking your self so serious. Shake it off every day. Just shake. If you're taking yourself so serious, breathe that prana.
Ah. Let it out with an ah. Give a massage to your organs, to every cellular tissue, the matrix of your body through the audible ah. And just let it go. This is so much fun. This life is so much fun. And when you look at it like that, things start to shift. And number one, outside of that, I would say would be adaptability. How adaptable are we looking at it as a game? And then what's our thought process around that? How can I change my thought process if I'm up against a wall? How can I, instead of trying to climb over the wall, how can I just simply step around it? What are the opportunities, situation, circumstances that I haven't seen? Please show those to me now, unconscious, higher self, God, please show these opportunities to me now. I will be vigilant about looking today. So change your thought process. This is easy. It's not hard. It's going to show up. Numbers are down. Well, numbers are going to go up. I need a client. The client's coming to me now. We're $400 off on our taxes for the year. That $400 is coming to me now. It's on the way. Feel conviction in your body by changing your thought process first. If your thoughts are empowering and your thoughts carry a high resonance in your will, right? Your will, backed with an intention, creates your reality. So that's what you must get a handle on. Your willpower muscles, your intention muscles. And you can change your thoughts, you can change your reality, you can change your beliefs. You can be beyond your beliefs. You can create anything that you want in this life. And one of the biggest universal truths is you are the only person in this universe. Sit with that. I'm dropping code today, my friend. Do you feel that.
Number three would be forcing yourself to take risks? You want to be adaptable, you got to take more risks. You're on the wagon of complacency. Robert Collier talks about it in his book Secret of the Ages. He says men fall off the wagon of ambition by the time they're 40, most of them. We adopt this complacent mentality. We do the same thing over and over again. It's like Groundhog's Day. And then we wake up and we realize that, wow, life is really short. It's a breath into eternity and it's gone. So what risk can I take today? Who's that person that I haven't called in a while? Who do I need to forgive? What do I need to let go of? Where do I need to go? What's the dream vacation that I always wanted, that I haven't done yet, but I have the money in the bank, and for whatever reason, I'm just sitting on it, and I could go on this vacation and radically transform my life. Those are the questions we need to be asking, right? What's on my edge? What has me fear? Death. How can I lean into death more? Because when you lean into death, you become fully alive. It's not how many years you can live on this planet, but how alive can you live in each one of those years? And we have to take more risks, my friend. Number four would be encouraging. An open mind. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs says environment is at the bottom rung of the pyramid. So what's the environment of your mind? Are you a possible Terrian? Do you believe in possibility? Do you believe in the infinite? Do you believe in the sustaining infinite that's within you? Or do you believe in the limited mortal man, the man that is corrupt, the man that is delusional, the man that is just sequestering energy from everyone and everything, versus being a conduit, a beacon, a lighthouse. Because I see you as that. I see you as the lighthouse, which is why you're listening to this podcast. So we must have an open mind. And last but not least, my friend, is to embrace learning. Learners, readers are leaders. I've read thousands of books, and every book I read, I integrate more and more into my life. So it's so important to embrace learning. What can I learn today? Asking that question and expecting the universe to deliver it to you? What situation, circumstances, and events can align up today to teach me at this point? School of Earth. And then how can I apply that? Because it's all about embody it. Embodiment, the mentality of being in your body, taking this knowledge and applying it. There's so many people that buy books that just sit on the shelves. They don't do anything with them. And then all of a sudden they don't learn. They're not expanding the neurons in their brain, they're not creating more BDNF, brain derived nootropic factor. Then one day they turn 70 or 80 and they have dementia, they have Alzheimer's because they weren't a student. They weren't a student of life. They weren't a student of themselves. The greatest thing we can understand and embrace learning is to actually turn within and understand who you are. This multidimensional suit that you in house, in this life experience, you are far more powerful than you ever could give yourself credit for. But we forget that we have amnesia when we enter the earth plane. So go within, learn who you really are. Because to know thyself is to be known. You will have access to far more information than you could ever dream of when you really start to embrace what you really are and understand that we must embrace learning. So these are the five things to be more adaptable, my friend. Let me know what you think. Head on over to itunes. Leave a review there. Much love.
