Welcome to the Drew and you podcast. I'm excited for today's show. I was talking to my dear friend Jocelyn here at the house in Sedona, and I was thinking, you know what? What would the people want to hear based on some of the podcasts that we've done in the past, based on what's happening in the world today, based on maybe the way you're feeling in your heart over the past month, two months, I don't know. But I'm feeling this collective energy and it's a frequency of feeling like you're lost, like you don't know what to do, almost like you're losing a little bit of energy. Maybe that's you. Maybe you're feeling like there's hope that's dwindling and you kind of want to recharge your soul, you want to recharge your batteries of your life, you want to build up momentum or just engage with everything life has to offer in this moment, in this eternal now experience. And I'm here to tell you, I'm right there with you, my friend. Gosh, over the past year, there's been a lot of feeling lost, a lot of red pills that I've consumed, and no joke, I mean, being the Aquarian that I am, I think my diet has been primarily red pills over the course of the past two years. And there's been a lot of awakening in and there's been a lot of shedding old layers of Drew in the personality, the ego, the meat suit, as I like to call it, to go beyond the meat suit and to really connect back to that we consciousness versus me consciousness. And I'm going to provide you some tools, tips and strategies in this podcast that you can use. We're going to provide a found frequency on this. You may feel a little bit different after the show. You may feel more energy, more clarity listening to this. And it's happening beyond language. Just so you know, there's a lot that takes place beyond just the words that I'm saying. I think English language is actually kind of useless at times. I think there's tremendous power between the letters, between the words, in the silence and the space and in the collective field that you and I are co creating in this moment. So know that you are listening and observing this experience and you are embedding everything that you came here to get in this moment now. And it's already applied. There's nothing that you have to do. It's already taking place. That found frequency is happening. So if you're Feeling lost? Take a big breath.
And let's get on with today's show.
So, number one, and this helps me out a lot because I'm Mr. Positive. I'm like the Lego guy. If you ever meet me in person. You ever seen the Lego movies where the guy's like running around high fiving people? Everything is awesome, Everything is cool. When you're part of a team, then the wheels start to fall off the bus and I'm like, everything is awesome. And then I just force it to be positive. I think there's a time and place for that, but there's also a time and place for being okay in the okay. It's embracing all of this suckness, right? Just holding space for it to suck and for you to realize that this isn't the vibration that maybe you want, but it's the one you have. And it's a beautiful lesson, it's a beautiful teacher, so we can lean into that even more. I'm okay being okay. What is this grief? What is this pain? What is this sorrow? Here to teach me like a lover that you left behind in the past. And now it's here to show its face again, this beautiful face of sorrow, of pain. What can I get? What can I learn? What message can I embody so that I can go forward with more light, with more energy embodied, so that I can change my life? And then by doing that being the transformation for other people that witness it. So it's okay being okay.
Take a big breath and just feel what that feels like. I'm okay. You don't have to make a story up about being a victim or about how somebody hurt you or about this, about that, the situation, the, you know, the years and years of indoctrination that you've gone through through mass media programming or whatever. It is like, all of that. It's okay to be okay. And you can use that. Number two would be, you can use that feeling alone, feeling stuck, as kind of like a travel agent or a travel guide. You can tune into it because that feeling, that resonance that it creates in the body, once you pay attention to where your body feels, feeling what it feels like to be alone or lost, you can start to shift it energetically with your mind. You can go there in your body. You can open it up and give it more love, which I love to do. That wounded little boy inside of me, he kind of exists in my solar plexus and I just put my hands on him. What do you need, little Drew? And I'm here for You. I know. There's been so many times when I turned my back to you, when I didn't listen to you. You were hiding behind the tree in the park. Whatever it was. I saw you, and I came up to you, and I want to let you know that I'm here, and I'm here now. So what do you have to teach me? How can I support you? And then most of the time it's, hey, adult Drew, you are taking yourself way too serious, and you are just so hard on yourself. And what I'm here to teach you is that we get to play more. That little girl inside of you, that little boy. Like, when's the last time you just played? Right? So when we're feeling lost, oftentimes we're disconnected. We're feeling depressed. As you've probably heard the quote before. It's. We're taking a break from the avatar. Like, the avatar has lost itself in the personality or the id. And we've. We're more me expressed versus soul, expressed versus we expression. So when in doubt, focus out. We can use loneliness as our guide to help us get back on track. And we can feel it in our body, and we can feel the change in our body, because what does it feel like in your body to be free? What does found frequency feel like in your body when everything's in alignment, Your soul, your mind. Your mind's activated, your soul's aligned, your body's awake, it's alive. What does that feel like? We can start to visualize it. Imagine it. And embedded in the cell's current, real time, present moment. And then number three would be, realize that feeling lost helps you face the truth. Maybe there's been some ineffective ways, inefficient ways, that you've been showing up in your life that it's time to change. And you've stacked so many bricks. What I call bricks are the emotions, the guilt, the shame, you know, the ego's compensation for making stories up, narratives, victim mentality, all the judgments that you have about yourself, all the times you let yourself down. You didn't live your soul when you were living in the ME. And that's okay. There's no judgment. But we stack those bricks on our back, and eventually the bag's gonna break. It just opens up, all the bricks fall out. That's what we would call a midlife crisis. A crisis point or a choice point is probably even better. We just have options. There's endless options. There's so much possibility in this life. The last thing you want to do is fall off the wagon of ambition, which is what Robert Collier talks about in his book Secret of the Ages. He said most men and women. He didn't say women because this book was written in the 30s, and I think he was using that type of grammar. But I'm going to add that in because this is super powerful. Most men and women fall off the wagon of ambition by the time they're 40. And I think what he means by that most of the time, what we do when we reach that age is we're living our life with unconscious programs. And we've received all these programs from people that maybe didn't have the highest alignment in their own life for their own soul's expression. So we just take them on. They could be our parents. They could be the teachers, they could be the leaders. They could be the people that we looked up to, the people that we made our gods, the government. It could be anybody. Law enforcement. It could be doctors in white coats. It could be attorneys. And when we make those people have power over us, power of our own life, seniority over our own life, then we really give up our own soul's expression, and we start taking on what they think our life should be. That breeds inauthenticity. When we look at celebrities, right, we want to buy the things that the celebrities have because they tell us that if we have it, we're going to be more than enough. And that's just one more step on the game of the land of the lost. And when we wake up from that, we grab our personal power back, we let go of the bricks, and then we go into the land of the living. We start to wake up even more. With each step that we take on the game board, we're waking up more and more. We're realizing that it's maybe not all about us. Maybe we are the only one in the universe, right? Universe, One song, or you inverse, which is you are the universe flipped inside out, and you feel the interconnectedness of all things. You start to have psychedelic experiences in every moment because there's no ego to hold you back from thinking, hey, this isn't normal, but what the hell is normal anyway, right? Life is not normal. And you don't want it to be. You want it to be an exciting adventure. I think if you're listening to this podcast. So next up, be aware that you have so much control in what you're perceiving and creating in your life. Now. What do I mean by that? If we're feeling lost, then we're looking through the lens of lack. We're looking through the lens of maybe it's scarcity. We're looking through the lens of the right opportunity hasn't come into my life. We're looking through the lens of maybe this person that I work for hasn't seen. Seen me, hasn't given me what I need. Whatever it is. We're looking through that lens. So our perception. Our perception creates the reception or our perception. Sorry, our perception creates the projection which creates our reception. So how are we using the control of our mind? You've heard me talk about this before. The fourth dimension is the mental realm. You know, we bring down into the 3D those images, those thoughts where the mind exists, which is outside of the body. I believe. I think it's actually the collective field of the mind connects to the invisible formless realm that's all around us. And just because science is just now starting to prove this with quantum physics or quantum mechanics or whatever, doesn't mean that we haven't been here before. 18,000 years ago, 22,000 years ago, whatever it is. So knowing that you have a lot more control over your mind. 50 to 80,000 thoughts a day now. How many thoughts do you have per day where you're like, oh my God, I'm living the life of my dreams. I'm in such gratitude that I'm in full rapture. It's elating. Like, I sit in my car sometimes and I literally just cry at the beauty of the birds, at the songs that they're singing, at the grass that's worshiping like. Like the, the nature of your being, your soul as you're walking across it, you know, the many myriads of colors and the sunsets that we see every single day, like, it's so profound. And to just marvel at the beauty of every present moment, not to be in the future of the past, but to be here in this experience, fully alive.
That's when you really start tapping in. So how are you thinking on a daily basis about what you actually want to create? When's the last time you spent 30 minutes thinking about what you wanted to create? People are sloppy with their thoughts. They're watching Netflix for four hours a night. They're scrolling on the Internet. Men are watching porn non stop. They're addicted to it. They're throwing their life force out the window. The chi, right? They're just tossing it out. We're squandering time, gossiping about other people and things that we do want in our life, and then only to See it show up, because what we focus on becomes reality. So if you're in a car and you're driving down the road and you're. If you've ever gone to like a racing school or anything like that, one of the first things they teach you is the car will go where your eyes go. So if you're driving the car, you never want to look at something that you want to hit. You want to go where the direction of the car is. So what's the direction of your vehicle, AKA your meat suit that you want it to go? And how much time are you actually spending dialing that in all elements, physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, material. What about each one of those buckets, right? Are you spending maybe an hour or two hours a week getting clear on your life mission, your purpose, your soul's work, how you can align all those things? Because that's a missed opportunity. I think the next one that's a good breaking point because I just totally lost my train of thought, by the way. We're talking about being lost and I just lost my train of thought. Hilarious. Acknowledge where you are. Now, a lot of people give their power away because they think they need to be somewhere where they're not. But if you start to acknowledge where you are, if you start to realize that the life work that you've created, Even if you're 18 years old or you're 180 like myself, right, you acknowledge where you are and you give appreciation for this moment. What you appreciate grows appreciation. We can really start to get a handle on how far you've come and when you can have compassion for where you are in this moment, then the whole universe starts to align and it becomes synchronistic with you. You'll hear the birds differently, you'll see the sunset differently, because it's the appreciation of life. You are life. You don't have a life. You are life. And by being open to that, you'll see unseen miracles. Situation, circumstances start to present themselves to you just because you've changed your perception and you're in this moment really acknowledging what you are, this multi dimensional soul traveling through space at 80,000 miles an hour, whatever it is, there's so much more going on than we could even ever imagine. And it's beautiful, it's beyond beautiful. So acknowledge where you are, my friend. Maybe write yourself a letter for where you are. Maybe it's a letter of gratitude, a letter of appreciation. And do this for other people once, you do this for yourself because for the past 11 years, I try to send at least three texts, three videos, three audios to people that I love, acknowledging them. And like attracts, like light attracts light. And it just comes back. So the more appreciation you have for others in this universe, the more words of acknowledgement, the more praise that you're going to get from everything around it. It is law. Do this for seven days, watch what happens. One of your love languages is words of affirmation. Start giving out more words of affirmation. Focus on other people. And then the whole universe will conspire to focus back in regards to you as well. It's powerful. Don't do it for that, obviously, but know how powerful these laws are. And then also don't forget how precious time is. Okay, so one thing that changed my life is I had a near death experience, dream. I actually died in the dream. And I was at my funeral and I saw like six people. And the six people knew me because they were taking care of me in the life right, that I, that I died in. And I saw that as a perfect opportunity. It was a timeline that I didn't want to create. So I knew in that moment when I woke up, I'm like, holy shit, I've been a total turd ball, turd bucket, douche clown, whatever you want to call it. And I realized that I had to say, start helping more people. Giving of my talents, my skills, my soul's purpose and desire, if I ever wanted to experience death differently from an observer of my own death experience. And that changed my life. So imagine you were to die, right? And that's one of the things here is I've been listening to Francis Weller stuff and we'll bring him on the show. He doesn't know it yet, but let's manifest this collectively because it's such powerful work. He talks about the initiation of the soul. And so many people are uninitiated in their life. And a lot of these bush cultures, a lot of the indigenous people, they have initiations. And to be initiated is to actually experience a death like situation or experience safely, right? But it's pretty gnarly. Like they're burying people in the ground for 24 hours. They're being fed and watered by people that are in this experience with them. And we don't do that. So Francis Waller talks about how we have all these adolescents, these child adolescents that are governing the world. And when a child's governing the world as an adolescent adult, what do you think happens? All the shit that's happening in the world that we look at and we're like, how did this ever come to be? Right? All the sex trafficking, all the raping, Earth, taking so many of Earth's precious resources without even thinking about how we're going to return it, you know, robbing the indigenous people of the land that was once there is like. And the list goes on. Okay? And I'm not here to tell you the 1482 things that have happened over the past 50 years. It's a lot of red pills and you probably puke after this podcast. That's okay. But what I am here to tell you is.
The work is so powerful. We must initiate ourselves on this journey to become those adults, you know, a self actualized human. Which is probably why you're listening to this podcast, because we're in this together. I'm a guide on the side. I'm not your guru. Remember that. And it's about your life. So if you're feeling lost, if you've been feeling lost this past year like I have, what can we do together? Right? Remember that things happen for a reason in your life. There's teachers, there's lessons, there's things that maybe presented themselves to you that you didn't listen to. And what I like to say is you can get hit by a feather, a Mack truck, or a wall. It's your choice, energetically speaking, right? So I would much rather have somebody hit me with a pillow full of feathers or man, just a little baby feather fall on my head. But I've been hitting by a wall because I've been so dense in my head that when the universe delivers a lesson, I don't see it and I continue to go on my way, then I get hit, right? It's not comfortable. These are the points in your life that just derail you and can take you completely off course, off grid. Now, luckily, I haven't hit a wall in 11 years because I've been tuning into the subtle energy bodies of what does Drew's soul really want to express?
And this feeling lost over the past year is part of that. And I know that I have to take it to the next level. You know, what is more of the me that I get to let go of and what is more of the we that I get to participate in community with? Because I know that when my soul is in its highest calling, I'm actually working with other people in community. I'm not a lonely man on an island, or no Man Is an Island by Thomas Merton, which is a great book, as you know. I like to give you Book references. Because I see hundreds of books sent to my Instagram every day of some of these people are reading them all over the world. And I think it's so powerful. But remember, sometimes we can give our power away to reading other authors works. Remember, you are the author of your life and you are writing the living book of knowledge that's within every cell of your body. So just feel that dropping code and it's in you. So stop giving your power away to gurus and authors and mystics and all these other people that you look up to. Start looking up to you, right? You are divine miracle. 50 trillion cells produced every single second you're here. You're alive in this eternal now moment. That's powerful. So. And I'm glad you're with me because I don't know what I'd do if we weren't on this team, the dream team. There may be few of us, but we are strong, right? Another thing you can do to if you're feeling lost. One thing that has helped me is journal. Not just journal about the present time of feeling lost, but journal as if you're your past self. And then journal as if you're your future self. And you can start to see similar patterns and things emerge from your writing of wounds. Maybe it's ways that you've shown up for other people that you can start to eliminate change around. Just take, take notice of those. That would be one of the final things. And this is all impromptu by the way, so I'm really. I was in the flow a little bit earlier. Maybe you felt that and I've slipped out. Jonah, I'm blaming it on you. Actually, I'm not blaming on myself. And there's no nothing to blame as you know. But the last thing that I would say is, and this is the hardest one for me when I'm feeling lost. Oh, this is the hardest one for me because I'm such a lone wolf and I love doing things on my own. You feel like that I can do it better. I don't know if I trust anybody to do this.
It's a lot to ask somebody for help, right? You feel that it's a lot to ask somebody for help. I feel like when I was five years old I had to be the dad because I was, you know, you've heard my story. Lots of child trauma and everything else. So I had to be dad real quick. So my last resort is to actually ask somebody for help. But what I've mastered over the past 11 years and I'm still working on it. I use the word mastered lightly. Here is enrolling and asking other people for support and help. Not from a taker perspective. But what can I give, what can I offer this other person that I could use some help with? This thing here in this experience, and it's changed my life. You can't run an orchestration organization, your own business, you know, a successful family unit, right? If you're too afraid to ask for help because you'll be bitter, you'll get resentful, all the things. And trust me, my go to of my shadow self is actually bitterness and resentment. I get it, right? Being the martyr, being the victim. Oh, I love those neurochemicals. But do I though, right? They're so addictive, you guys. And when we break ourselves out of that, when we unleash those chains, when we let go of the way we've been showing up in relationship with other people and our family, with our loved ones and our business, whatever it is. And we can see with witness consciousness as the observer of our own life, that those ways of being have been ineffective.
What would you be in the new experience if you were just deleting code in a computer program and inserting what you wanted to see and show up, what would you imagine yourself to be like? Right? Maybe it's more giving, a little more authentic, asking for more help. When you need help. Whatever it is, imagine what that feels like in this moment now. Paint a picture for the vision of the future and just apply a few of these things, right? I've given you a lot of information. It kind of just comes like a faucet sometimes. And I love it because I think there's going to be one person that's listening to this, maybe more, but one person that I'm focused on that will have something in this show to where a penny dropped or a new insight, inspiration. And it changed the way you feel in your body. Because feeling your is the secret. You feel it, you've healed it, you're moving forward with more momentum right here, right now. So we're in this together. As I always say it, if you've been feeling lost, you feel like there's no hope. Whatever it is, that's an old, old, old program that we get to let go of today. But just for the purpose of moving forward, it's okay to be okay. There's so much love, there's so much light for you now. And I'm just excited to be on this journey with you at this crazy time. And Earth School continues to get better and better every day. Life is easy. Feel it. Remember it. I'm Drew Canole. And as always, remember, we're in this together.
