38: Tap Into The Power of Your Brain with Jonathan Rickert
2 Aug 2021 · 52 min
Podcast interview (Drew Canole with Jonathan Rickert) about neurofeedback, neuromeditation, and advanced consciousness/health technologies. Rickert describes using EEG and neuromeditation that maps to long-term meditator templates to give instant auditory feedback and accelerate meditative skill; outlines brainwave bands (delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma) and highlights gamma in advanced heart-centered meditators (Tibetan metta practitioners reportedly showing very high gamma). He discusses geomagnetic/temporal-lobe connections, the God Helmet/Shakti device (pulsed magnetic fields), biofield measurement tools (Sputnik, Bio-Well), and several therapeutic/augmentation devices (Biocharger, Therafi/Therafy/Quantify, Metatron). He also mentions practices (yoga nidra, open-focus, heart activation) and runs a site awarenessascending.com for his work.

All right, guys, today's show is super exciting. We got Jonathan Reichert here. He is an expert on neuro and biofeedback. He's a trainer in reading electrophotonic imaging of the human energy field, which is so cool. You probably heard me talk about the Sputnik and some of the other ways to analyze consciousness in our own personal vibrations as we go through this earth experience. He's an expert in all this, and he's an expert in trance formation, self mastery, and all things that we love. On the Drew and you show, he's a brother here in Sedona with me. When I first met Jonathan, it was just like a family member, a soul brother that I. I remembered. I had instant remembering of who this man is. And he just beams vitality, radiating health, joy, all the things. So let's get today's show rocking and rolling. Jonathan, let's do this. So let's just set the intent that whatever they're meant to hear on the podcast, between you and me, brother, is, is what they need to hear to till their own soil, to water their own seed. And that's powerful. So thanks for showing up today. Thanks for being here. Thanks for being a fellow light warrior, as you are, you know, on a mission, on a message. I love your. Your place in outside of Sedona that you told me all about where you hook people up and you do all the neurochemical training and the neuro. Like, let's just get into it, man. Give us your back, give us your story once again. Because if you guys, if you're listening to this, unfortunately we had an audio malfunction. So this is our second time recording this podcast. And there's nothing worse than for a creator to like redo something. It's like the original inspiration comes through. So I'm just envisioning that this is our first time chatting once again, and we'll get with it. So tell me, tell me the story.
Well, first, thanks for inviting me on and it's honor to be here. I really appreciate that. So what I do now, doing a lot of two things actually. So I do a lot of coaching and research around the topic of awakening and understanding what that means. And so from a toolkit standpoint, when I'm working with people, I use kind of the conventional tools that have been used so far in this work. So I have eeg, which is electroencephalogram. You know, you can kind of see that on that side there's a 19 channel cap. And so what we can do with this is really measure brain state. So we can do, we can do actual cues which is like doing a map of a person's brain. But mostly what I do is something called neuromeditation. And so what neuro meditation is, we know what the brains of 40,000 hour meditators look like from a variety of traditions. So we create a template of their brain and we basically ask someone to start working towards that direction in their brain. And so as they, as their brain starts firing in the right areas at the right frequencies, they get oral feedback because they're doing this with eyes closed that you know their brain is doing it correctly. And when that happens, there's really two parts of your mind that are engaged. So you have your, we can call it the subconscious mind or the unconscious mind that is constantly seeking reward, feedback. And so that's the more powerful part portion of your brain that you don't really need to do anything, but it's going to continually seek that auditory feedback. And so it's in a way it's rewiring how your brain works. So it's highly neuroplastic and it's seeking to create the frequencies that we're asking in regard to this meditation tradition. But on a more conscious level you have a meta awareness of when it's happening and when it's not happening. This is really powerful. I think it's the most powerful point because it tells you immediately if you are doing the meditation correct or not. And that is a big question that many people have. Because if anybody's actually tried meditation, it takes four, five, six months of daily practice, sometimes twice a day before you actually get the state that that meditation is meant to deliver. And so that's a pretty big timeframe. That means you got to do many repet of that practice before you get feedback that you're actually doing it correctly. Well this, you can get it instantaneously. And then the second thing that happens is that it very quickly accelerates your skill set in doing that kind of meditation. And we can kind of break it out over five different categories. So generally speaking, most meditation traditions start with five or with focus, just basic, like can you stay mindful of breath or mindful of a visual image or mindful of a sensation in your body and stay on task with that in a relaxed, easy way without mind wandering. So that's like basic focus. And that is sometimes the biggest challenge for people is just doing that.
Another type you're telling me the biggest challenges for people to stay focused today.
The swipe, swipe right Swipe left, swipe up. All this social media is conditioning us to have no focus at all.
Yeah. And not surprising. And it's getting, you know, it's getting harder and harder. And so it's very difficult to maintain a state. So this is why most traditional types of meditation, whether you're going the Buddhist route or the yogic route or something that's more from a native people's, you know, orientation of altered states is really, if you can't hold yourself in that state, then you're not going to be there for very long. And so meditation, the focus, focus type meditation really is meant to just steady the mind. It's not actually the experience. So that requires some training because like you pointed out, there's a lot of conditioning that people are doing unconsciously going the opposite direction towards distractibility. And so that's really the kind of the starting point for a lot of people. But we can also train different states. We like a quiet mind state, kind of your quintessential stereotypical meditation, like Zen. We can train Tibetan loving kindness, which is heart activated states, which has an impact on the brain. So there's a lot of different avenues that we can go down.
Yeah, talk to me about the heart activation because I believe that, that we're here on the planet during this Aquarian age to be more in our hearts. So how does one achieve more heart activation in this given hectic, hectic, you know, the program, how do they escape the program and be in their heart?
Yeah, that's a massive question. And so I can kind of come at it from two standpoints. One is all right just from the research itself, like if we look at the most heart activated people that have been studied, okay. Doesn't mean that they're the most heart activated people on the planet. But the Tibetan monks that practice Metta and within the Tibetan tradition, there's many different types of meditation and they usually focus on one style. So if you look at the monks that have been focused on meta, they have two areas of the brain that are highly activated and they're both exhibiting gamma. So this is really interesting because all the research is in neuroscience. So they're looking at the brain going, all right, what's going on in the brain for these people? But the practice itself is a felt experience physically and emotionally in the heart area. Okay. So they're practicing this like heart focused intention. And I can get in a little more detail what they're doing, but it's having this massive impact on the brain and it's making the Brain go into gamma. So just to give you some perspective.
Yeah. Tell them about Gamma, theta, Delta and the other things. So they get it.
Yeah. So. So gamma is right now kind of the most interesting frequency that everybody's researching because in the past, people didn't really understand what it was, so they didn't really it. But as we got an understanding of the slower frequencies, Delta being the slowest, 0.5 to 4 hertz, theta being a little bit faster, 4 to 8 hertz, alpha being a little bit faster than that, 8 to 12 hertz. Then you have a relatively large beta range from, say, 12 up to maybe 30 hertz. And then you have gamma 32. We'll call it 120. So it's also a bigger range than that. But so as the brain speeds up, magical things start happening. And they're happening in different regions as well, different frequencies. But this is a very specific state experience. So these Tibetan monks have this fast brain going on as a result of this heart practice. And their resting baseline before they actually start is 25 times higher than the average human being.
25 times higher?
Yeah. So just sitting there, like if they were sitting here talking to you, their brain would be exhibiting 25 times more gamma than the average human being. And then when they start doing the practice, they have to readjust and recalibrate the meters to even measure it.
Monk goals, you guys. Tibetan monks are the same group of amazing. You know, many of them are just so powerful. Like, they walk in a room and I see a Sputnik behind you.
Yeah, right.
You're recording the consciousness of the room. Is that a bio. Well, on the other side as well.
It is. So that's one of the tools that I use. And the Sputnik's great for doing, for measuring, like, group meditation or group ceremony environments over time. So you can see how people's intention can impact the environment in the room.
Yeah. So like a monk would walk into a room and it would just throw the whole thing up. Like, literally that, like we talked about earlier, the. The 200 level and below, like the urine state consciousness that's actually dipping down even more through the fear states that the media is pushing and everything else. Somebody who's awakened or a Tibetan monk who's been meditating for 30, 40 years, or even somebody who's been a trickster, and they recognize that this is the simulation, this is the illusion. Right. They're seeing the dream awake. Like they walk into that room and it changes absolutely everything. Because I believe it's all in the Magnetic field. Right. So the soul rests in the magnetic field, which actually impacts the field of every single human being in there. And if we look at gamma beta delta, if gamma in your brain speeding up, well then your shield, your magnetic shield that goes around your body like into a toroidal field we could call it. Actually has more protection from picking up states from outside. We'll call them visitors. Right. People that want to project different states on you, different illusions, cast spells on you with the words that they're saying, or cast viruses on you. So it's all frequency based, which is why I'm so obsessed with the work that you're actually doing. Because if we can get more people in that type of state where they're 25 more activated in their heart, imagine what that'll do on the planet.
Yeah, I like how you described it. And I'm right on there with you. It's interesting because recently. So in the regard of research, I mentioned that I do a little bit of that.
Yeah. Which I love.
Yes. So this is fun. It's. And it's also a personal, sort of a personal interest for myself. I. Finding people who actually have the physiological traits of awakened consciousness in different ways. And it's really interesting to just watch how they see the world and interact with reality, reality as we know it. And. And so a really interesting researcher that recently passed, his name is Michael Persinger, and he was one of the first neuroscientists involved in the CIA remote viewing programs with Al Put off and Russell Targ and Elizabeth Rauscher, Ingo Swann and all them. So he was. He was mapping their brains, going, what's going on here? Can we actually see something? And he was seeing in this area right here. They call this the temporal lobes right here on the sides of the head, just above the Earth.
And is that below the pont medulla.
Reticular function, I don't know.
Or the midbrain, like relative to the midbrain.
So relative to the midbrain, it's above, it's the cortex. So it's the outermost layer just above the ear area.
Okay.
Specifically on the right side. He was measuring that these people that had really good remote viewing capabilities were. Had high magnetic field activation at the Schumann resonance, specifically on the right side. And when he dug a little deeper, he found that there are actually cells in the temporal lobe that are producing the Schumann resonance. And what these people are doing is that they're connecting to the geomagnetic field of the Earth to gather information. And so they Happen to be accessing the geomagnetic field with a visual, in a visual context. But you can access that and navigate with different types of sensory abilities. So you can, you could use that to basically download information like some of the innovators throughout humanity, the creative people that are looking for creative insight or astral travel, out of body experience, lucid dreaming, trance and all that states. Yeah, this is like the theta range, which is, is interacting with the geomagnetic field. And the other thing that he found was that it takes about eight to 10 minutes for a memory that someone has to be uploaded to the cloud of the geomagnetic field. So once it gets uploaded, it's essentially a recorded data bank of all thoughts and memories of all humans throughout all time.
Invisible, formless.
Yes, exactly, exactly. And so he built a little device that he made open source called the God Helmet. It was dubbed the God Helmet. But they, you know, where can I order one?
Come on, prime it in, let's go.
Yes. So if you look up the Shakti helmet.
No way. It's actually a thing.
Yes, it's a thing. And he made it open source. It's relatively inexpensive and it's pulse magnetic fields. And so what he did was create an array of mag pulse magnets that are around this area to basically mimic what was happening in these high level remote viewers. And when you, when you put on the headset, go into it, it's like, it's pretty wild. I did a session last week and it was pretty, it was pretty wild.
So like X Men, when he rolls out into the world, you know Professor Xavier.
Yes.
Powerful. So tell us about the experience.
So to be honest, Theta is not my skill set. I have developed skills into the Alpha range. I can discuss that a little bit later, Gamma. But Theta is a bit foreign to my constitution. And so what I experienced was. So I would say I'm not very skilled at navigating Theta and the experiences that come with that. So I'm laying on the table doing this and I, I started to drift off into a state of hypnagogia.
Yeah.
And I was immediately aware that I was dreaming. So I had full awareness.
Perfect. So you're lucid.
Well, not in the sense that I can control it, but I'm witnessing it. Like I'm just watching a movie and I'm aware and I'm analyzing and I'm data banking and I'm bookmarking and I'm entertained and all that kind of thing. Like I'm just like, I'm Watching a movie. So that went on for a period of time. And then later on when I went to sleep that night.
I was able to, towards the end of sleep, when you are producing a little bit more theta, I was able to just go in and out of the dream with relative ease. So I could wake up go, yep, I was dreaming. I was aware I'll go back to sleep again.
Every single experience.
So for me it was like that. It was very much about witness dreaming. But some people have full unity consciousness experiences, which is why they call it the God helmet. And then all next day I was in this very theta experience. I felt like what I should be doing was just sitting on bell rock for the entire day. If you've been to Sedona, you know.
A Bell Rock is 100%.
But I didn't have that option. But so that, that was my personal experience with it.
Yeah. So bell rock is a vortex rock, you guys. It's more masculine in nature, wouldn't you say that? Meaning the vortex is an orientation to push your energetic meridians upward. So it drives you up into the ionosphere or into the formless, the invisible realm. In an experienced meditator sitting on Bellrock, I mean, you'd have some pretty remarkable access to what you could channel, what you could pull down. And isn't that. I forget the guy's name. Aaron. Dottie, good buddy of mine has been following this guy Bashar. Bashar, the channel who said that on top of Bellrock there's like this mother alien ship in a different dimension. Other things. Star wars is a documentary by the way. Guys, this is real. Okay? So it pushed you into that theta during the next day with the pemf. I love pulse electromagnetic field therapy, by the way. I think that's like the missing element. There's actually a book called the Fifth Element and they talk about pemf. So if you're interested in that also. Another thing I want to mention is the zero point field. If you've studied any of Ikzak Bentov's work, he wrote a book called Stalking the Wild Pendulum. And that's all about consciousness. When we enter that state of nothingness, when we forget about our personality, we go within the zero point field. I've had many dreams about a fifth chamber in our heart connecting us to what we would call like a merkabah. Our energetic, you know, our buddhic body, the buddhic field, which is that formless all knowing, all timelines integrating together, having full access to all the information that ever existed. And that's like the negativa approach versus the positiva approach of kind of how the pendulum swings. You know, there's people that would study books their whole entire life and read thousands of books and you talk to them and it's like a hundred story building of information in their brain and they have access to it. That's positiva, like adding things to the mind. These Tibetan monks are the negativa where they just go and sit in silence for so long that they get access to that Akasha, that formless information. And if you put these two people in a room debating who do you think is going to win? Always it's the person. The person in the negativa already knows what you're going to tell them before they even say it. Like they've already seen the timeline and they're sitting there like into a doctor Strange moment where they push you out of your body. It's like, wait a minute, I've already been here before. Which is where we're headed, I believe with these new frequencies and codes that are coming in, it isn't any wonder why they're trying to disrupt us so much right now. But there will be people walking around with access and just great works they'll be doing right now. It's already happening. I feel that. So thanks for sharing that, brother. I love that you tried this godhead helmet on. I definitely want to try that out. Big fan of the PEMF and also accessing the zero point field. Like, I've had many moments in dream space where unity consciousness is a thing where I wake up in a dream and all of a sudden I look around and I'm in the ocean and I see a vertical ascent of dolphins and whales swimming around me on like this light highway, right? Like into probably a psilocybin portal. I've never done mushrooms, but if I did, you know, this portal that's already inside of us, this mushroom portal, and I'm hearing instruments, I'm hearing trumpets, I'm hearing the sound of like angels sing on this highway with these aquatic sentient beings. And I wake up with tears in my eyes because of the information that I was receiving at that time. It's all around us. It's everywhere. But how aware are we? Are we in the future? Are we in the past? Are we in the monkey mind? Or are we silent enough to really hear? And modalities likened to this helmet and the other things that you and I do help us realize that it is within us. Like we have access to this and now you have scientific data.
Yeah. And it's a. I think it's a skill, you know, if you weren't born with a gift or you didn't have a master teacher to hold your hand to develop a skill, it's like many people have heard of these different abilities, but it's kind of like, how do I access that? You know? And traditionally, you would go look for a master and study with that person, and that's how it would be bestowed to you. Technology is really interesting. It's definitely not anywhere near where it can be as we kind of pursue this path a little bit more. But there are definite, as you mentioned, like, PEMF is a good tool when it's done in a precise way at the right location, at the right dosage, it can really change people's state experiences. Neurofeedbacks, more of a gentler, softer approach, because you're training the brain just like you would train muscle at the gym, where you're asking the brain to rewire itself based on its own learning and its own access and that. So I mentioned having more access to Alpha. So Alpha, there's a really interesting network in the brain called the default mode network, and it's a 4 nodal network. You have basically a front and back node and two side nodes that are all networked together. And when anyone is having thoughts, this network is active. So you can train that area to become inactive. And then you don't have any thought, or you have thought, but it's out in the background to your side. It's not the focus of your attention. And when you get down into the 8-10 Hz range, then it's literally sighing. You're just pure awareness. And so that is like your quintessential Zen or even transcendental meditation state. And. And that is a big doorway into full unity consciousness. Because when. When you. You can only become aware of yourself in your own thoughts when you are outside of source, when you're fully inside of source, you're not aware that you're there because you've totally unified with it. And so it's like, it's really. You don't really know until you've left unity consciousness that you were just there. Right. Because you can't be aware of yourself. It's. Everything is one. And Alpha is a really good state to be practicing. When you can get this nodal network, the default mode network, to calm down and you build that skill so that it is when you want it. Obviously that's not functional when you need to get things done during your day, especially if you got a lot of things to do, you need to be having a lot more beta, frontal lobe activation, executive functioning, that sort of thing. But whenever you want to be able to be calm, flipping on that switch is a really, really helpful skill.
So tell us how to flip the switch on three ways to flip the front. What is it? The nodal network, the default mode network. Default mode network. How do we do that?
Yeah, so probably, you know, the way I like it, because I also teach yoga, is to feel your body. And so feeling your body is a way to start producing this frequency of alpha. And we call it alpha synchrony, where multiple parts of your brain, this area of the default network, is in sync, producing the same frequency of alpha. And so a good example, Les Femi, he's somebody I studied under. He created a style called open focus, where he starts with the hands, because the hands have more sensory neurons in it than any other part of your body. So if you just begin by feeling the space inside your thumbs as your initial point. So if you move your awareness and your attention into your thumbs and you feel that more than you're thinking or hearing sounds or any other stimuli, you're just feeling that, and you begin to move more into a sense of feeling, you can begin to feel into all of your fingers, the space that's inside all of your fingers. And as you do that a little bit more, you can now begin to feel the space that's around your fingers as well as all one space. So you begin to identify with the space around and inside your body. And that when you do that as an experience, as a feeling will create alpha synchrony in this default mode network, and you'll begin to go quiet. So that's probably, as far as I know, the most direct way to do it. But many people are, like, visually focused. So you could use a flame that you can cast your gaze on, a very soft focus. You could use a yantra. Some people like doing that. And then there, of course, there are more kind of complex ways like we talked about with pulse magnetics or with neurofeedback.
Yeah, I love that. I love the yoga exercise of coming in your body. Most people are in their heads. They have trauma from the past, they're thinking about the past, the future future. So coming in your body is a lot like coming back to your heart, in my experience. And when you feel grounded, you feel the presence. And I think that's. You can't really effectively have access to the astral, you know, other dimensions if you're not in fully your multi dimensional vehicle. So I love the aspect of feeling that taking time every day to do. Is it called Nidra yoga?
So yeah, yoga nidra is.
Basically it's an entire practice where you're in shavasana or corpse pose and you are being moved through different sensory experiences. Whether you're feeling your body hot, you're feeling your body cold, you're feeling, you're recognizing light in your body or darkness in your body, you're feeling sound, you're feeling these different states in your body. As a body, your body's the vehicle for changing your state. And usually if you go to yoga nidra class or you listen to an audio, it's 60 minutes long, where you're basically being taken through a sequence to move your brain slower and slower. As it slows down, you're thinking less and you're starting to move into different states of experience.
And what's powerful about this practice, you guys, is when you do this and you do it enough, your brain slows down, you can start to project your consciousness into other elements. So not only are you in your body, but you become one with, let's say, copper, right? And you feel what it feels like to be all the copper on the planet, or you feel what it feels like to be oxygen or carbon. And then in the ancient Ayurvedic text, they would say that the earth is your body and the sky is your mind. And your what is the earth, your body? Sky is your mind and the wind is your breath.
And the outside that's holding it all together is your gut. So as you look, you become one with the dream. When you do this enough and you'll be able to literally feel what it feels like to be any element, any wet, like even weather. Like I've done this with rain clouds, trying to get it to rain. I'll project my consciousness in the cloud and I'll feel my whole body get wet and I'll just be like dumped, you know, rain or whatever. And sure enough, like it starts raining, you know, maybe it was supposed to, to begin with anyway, who knows? But I believe we are more powerful than we could ever imagine. And these practices, there's a reason why they've been around for 5,000 years, you know, giving us the tools.
Yeah. So you, we've had incredible amounts of rain here in Sedona. I don't know if it's gotten over to your way and, but it's amazing. And so I was Talking to one of these. That I'm doing a research project with one of these superhumans. And they were saying, yeah, we haven't had this much rain in 10 years. We just had, you know, we had all these people doing rain consciousness work and they just forgot to turn it off.
And that's what I was doing when I was there for, like a month. I was outside with my elk drum, dancing every single day, hearing kids laughing. Like, I was trying to create the consciousness of, like, these children giggling and, like, running in the rain and wow. I feel it. I feel it in my hands right now. But, yeah, and now it's. It's crazy because there was so many people doing the work. There was so many gifted healers. There was so many children. There was, you know, Sedona came together as a community, you guys. Like, this was. I mean, it's not normal that the whole entire place comes together and we needed the rain so much. We were in, like, this historic drought. We haven't had monsoons in three years. So now it's like, back with a vengeance. There's been flooding. There's been. And I've been in San Diego for the most of it, but I can see. And I've definitely been updated from different friends, sending videos of flash flooding and cars drifting down the street.
Yeah, keep it coming. Fill up that Hoover Dam again, too, while we're at it. Give the rivers in Colorado as much rain as she needs so that there's water for all the agriculture that's being done. Because right now Lake Powell is almost empty. All these places that we really value. And California is a desert, but people don't realize that, so they're moving to these big cities in Southern California and la, and we get to bring more water in for all that as well.
Thank you for your service. Drew, we need.
Yeah, yeah. Well, I'm just one of the oneness. Like, we're all together in this. We are in this together. I'm convinced. And thanks for your service too, brother, for making it happen, for being a light.
So where can people find out more about what you have going on in Sedona and how can we support you?
I have a website called awarenessascending.com awarenessascending.com and this is a platform for some of the research showing the content of some of the research that I'm doing as well as other people. There's a up a whole host my. My old podcast, the Quantum Yoga Podcast, is on there with different frontier scientists in the field of neuroscience or biofield science or biophysics, explaining what they do on their links to some of my meditation programs are on there, as well as ways for people to get in contact with me regarding coaching.
Yes. And if you're in the Sedona area, you guys go to his facility, even get a bio well test. I know, it's so crazy and I was trying to explain this the other day. You'd probably do a better job at explaining this. But when America in the beginning, 1900s, we kind of went down the biochemistry route, whereas Russia was going down the electromagnetic route. Tell us about that and why some of the modern technology that we have now that people are unaware of. What can they do?
Yeah, that's exactly what happened. And it was really like the onset of the iron curtain that, that put up that wall, that information wall as well. And so while the west was tinkering around with pharmaceuticals and brain chemistry and whatnot, everybody in the Soviet Union, their focus went to electromagnetics. So one of the things that came out of that was heart rate variability training. And they were monitoring one of the cosmonauts, I forget his name, he was meditating every single day at the same time. And they notice these, like, abnormally these anomalies in his heart field, in his heart pattern with heart rate variability. And so they thought something was wrong with him and they were asking what he's doing. So I'm meditating. And so that's spurned the entire field of heart rate variability, which is mostly used for athletics performance and that kind of thing now. But it's also a good measure of just generalized, well, being specifically in regard to the vagus nerve. And so now when that informational wall came down in the west took it over. It's obviously still being used everywhere, but we have a lot more information about how the heart communicates with the brain as a result of heart rate variability. And there's two ways to look at it. Like, I think you have one of these. This is my aura ring here. Yeah, the aura, yeah, yeah. And so there's two ways to look at heart rate variability. There's, there's the time domain, which is more simple. And this is what aura uses in like, whoop. And a lot of these other consumer grade devices use that as a generalized metric of how recovered you are or how effective your breathing practice was, how effective you. And so as you have greater variability in the heartbeats, then you have a healthier cardiac neurology system. Okay. And so that is basically the time domain. But when you break it out and look at the frequency of the heart, you can actually see the frequencies that the vagus nerve is outputting, and that's in its impact on the heart. And so this also is a way that you can train heart activation, because the vagus nerve is sending more information up to the brain than it is sending down to the heart from the brain. And so when you start to invoke positive emotions, powerful positive emotions, that will actually shift the brain into producing more alpha and then eventually gamma, which is what we see with the monks. So that's one technology that the Russians developed talking about gas discharge visualization. Now they call it epi. It's based on Kirlian research. But basically what they're doing is they are measuring the biophoton emissions from each fingertip and then mapping that over the meridians. And so you can see the overall energy field of, of the meridians. And the algorithms within the bio well are interesting because that will break down segments of the meridian as it flows through different organs and glands. So you can see if an organ energetically is producing excessive energy, which can be read as potentially inflammation, if it's deficient energy, which could be measured as like a blockage in the meridian, or it's optimal. So you can get kind of both sides. And this is what they call predictive medicine. It's a medical device in Russia.
Love it.
It's pretty awesome because you can see things before they show up physiologically, before they show up as chemistry in the body.
And yeah, I've had the metatron, I've had a bio well scan, and I'm always blown away with how much, even more accurate it is than the blood test that I get. I get a phlebotomist that comes to the house once a month because I'm on it. Right. I'm a data geek like you. I love the aura. I've had the whoop, the apple, watch every heart rate variability device there is. But there's so much truth to this science of the electromagnetic body and what they're finding. And you explained it a thousand times better than I ever could. So thank you for that. I love it. And these devices, I mean, some of them can cost an arm and a leg, but most of them aren't really that expensive. Yeah, right. But it takes somebody, it does take a little bit of skill to facilitate some of the stuff.
Yeah, the Metatron is a pretty amazing device. I think that's probably, if anybody has a chance to get a scan on that. Definitely, definitely take that opportunity because it is probably the Most sophisticated diagnostic, it's using torsion energy, which is a different kind of energy that is not electromagnetic in nature like scalar. It exists outside the electromagnetic field but influences the electromagnetic field. So it's very accurate. And, and people find things all the time. They had no idea about their body like I did for myself. So we just had a friend, practitioner come here through the office. He comes.
Different guy, his name's Ken Curris. And to your point, I think that. So the device is one thing, device is really powerful, but also what's powerful is a practitioner that's running them 100% right. Because there is an interpretation of the data that's presented that's important and each person is going to interpret that differently.
So yeah. And what were you going to say?
Well, so I think that, you know, I've never had a scan with James, so I don't know. But Ken has got a lot of grounding in biochemistry so when you're reading that information you can, he's, he's pretty good at being able to assess what steps to take because gathering data is one thing. Taking action on the data is an entirely different thing. And that's a, that's a really unique practitioner skill to see someone, to see them in person, to see their, to feel their presence, to see their energy, to feel their emotions and then get all this data from the machine of the Metatron and then come up with an action plan on how to optimize or improve or recover from some chronic illness.
So true. So many people are just giving away their personal power to these quote unquote healers, these quote unquote influencers. They told me to do it, so I did it. And then they end up with something even worse later on. So I agree, I think it's very crucial to meet somebody one on one and ask your soul, you know, is this person in alignment with my soul? Like should I be following what they're telling me? And I love that he's into biochemistry too. James is a part of the Metatron scan is actually it looks at every system in your body and it also goes over your astrology and it relates it to real world, like what the planets are doing current, real time with your energy field as well. I mean it's so advanced. Like I remember the images scanning my tissue, my cells, my skin, like every surface area on my body that I could think of. And it was literally like five minutes and it had all this information.
So it blows me away, brother. Like the what we have at our fingertips and Also, what's being suppressed?
I'm curious, Drew, because you have access and have had access to a lot of different devices and tools and whatnot. What you are, aside from the Metatron, what you are like, well, this device, this is amazing.
Yeah. I'm so simple. I totally believe we have access to all the things what we know we need to do, right? So as an example, I wake up in the morning and sometimes I'll just grab a cup of coffee because I love coffee so much. But I know drinking 32 ounces of water and probably having triple the dose of magnesium in the morning is probably a good thing for my electromagnetic field, but I only do it 75% of the time. So it's really the small things, I believe that make the biggest difference in our life that we have such a hard time following at times. So once we get those, the machines that I love the most, number one would probably be my cold plunge. I'm obsessed with. I love the sauna too. Infrared sauna from sunlighten is one of my favorite things. So cold sauna, any type of heat shock therapy, whether it's a hot rock sauna or a steam room, or even a hot bath. Right? To heat your body up, to sweat, to get rid of some of the pesticides, herbicides, the fungicides, the environmental toxins that are all around us so that we can heal. I absolutely love the bio well right now. Like I. I love seeing that you have it back there. I think that's a super potent, powerful tool to use. I love massage. So my theragun is one of my favorite things. Like it's so simple, but giving myself, you know, the massage every day to like break up lactic acid or whatever stuck in my body. Energy wise, my hyperbaric chamber I use probably once a week. Right now it's a dedication. Like you literally have to go in this thing for an hour to two hours and it's a lot. So how much stuff can we use every single day? And those are probably some of my favorites. Red light therapy. I have a couple juvals that I got into for a while.
I loved it.
I like to stack things. So if I'm doing my morning reading and sungazing, I also have a joov wall that's this big and I'll just drop my pants and put that on my balls to get a little red light on the, you know, the private parts to help with testosterone production. Mitochondria move some of the prostate energy that's down there as well. I think that's powerful and I try to stack stuff. So I know I covered a lot in that answer. I'd be more curious to hear from you just because you have all this stuff in Sedona and you're a trained assassin with it. So what would you recommend people get into when it comes to self testing and. And whatnot?
Yeah, Another really interesting device. It's a higher end device that I recommend because we have a network here in this plaza that I'm in is called a Therafi.
I knew you were gonna say that.
Yeah. So good. It's really, really interesting. And the guy who created it is a very interesting person who has a long history in biofeedback. And it's basically rotating plasma that implodes at kind of the center of these two points and you lay on a table.
And so that produces a very different effect than something like the biocharger. And the biocharger is a little bit more. That's another device that's worth trying for people. I find that with the biocharger that it really needs. The recipe that they call it or the protocol needs to be very, very dialed because a lot of times people won't feel anything. But if it's the right match for what somebody needs, then it's extremely powerful. So as an example, I was seeing somebody who had a lot of tinnitus, really busy mind, like kind of migraines. And it would. It just after kind of circling around, trying to figure out what was going on, it was. Was like, okay, we just need to get you some alpha. Let's just get you some alpha in the brain and then we'll like take the next step. And that was like the biggest medicine this person had had in decades.
Wow.
It was so powerful for her that she went out and got one. She was like, I need to have one in my home.
And have she bought a biocharger?
Yes. Based on the. It was so profound. And so we.
She like 15 grand, you guys, Just so you know.
Yeah. So for her that was the right match, you know. And the therafy also, it's. It's more general. So for somebody like you that has the skill set of navigating the astral plane and using some of your toltec skills that you have, I think the theraphy would really just amplify whatever skill set you already have. It also has a really good. It bathes your body in this type of scalar energy. So those are two other devices that are really interesting.
Do you have the Therafi?
It's right next door. So one of our colleagues, Yos has it.
Yeah, yeah, I want to get one. Because you're like the eight. Like this is the eighth time I've heard about the therafy and I'm feeling it. Yeah, whatever it is in the way that you explain it, I think it would be really, really powerful. Especially with the scalar frequencies.
Yeah, this guy Dan Winter who created Therafy. So Therafi is like.
Oh, Dan Winter created it?
Yes.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
Dan Winner and Paul Harris, who. Paul Harris is kind of like an alchemist engineer, they got together to build these things. They build them by hand, one at a time per order. And so the therafy is for a single person. They came out with a newer device called the quantify which is a little less powerful, but you set it up in a room so that you can basically amplify, you can bring this energy into entire room for a group experience.
Which is really interesting and it's a lower price tag as well. So that's another device. And then my friend Don Estes who is in Santa Monica has some really interesting devices that he's built that are essentially modeled after so once called the Sensorium. He's actually working on a project right now to have a dome with about 40 of these beds in them that are basically they create out of body experiences for people. Very similar to strong plant medicine experiences.
Is it a vibrational hertz frequency or what is he using to push people out of their body?
It's a combination of multiple different stimuli, all resonating the same frequencies based on voice feedback. So you speak your name and you speak a little bit in the.
Oh my God.
So it's going to model your voice and determine where the. Basically, you know, one way to look at is like okay, the idea of soul retrieval, this is like a tech technology version of soul retrieval. So it's finding all of the elements from your voice that are missing and then feeding them back into your body through vibration, through sound, through light, all simultaneously. And, and so he is. And what happens also what's interesting, I got a chance to go down his lab a couple years ago and try it. But what one of the, one of the things that happens is it will map your voice to a spectral field that you can see, like a visual screen. And if the more evolved someone is, the more geometric patterns will start to appear as a result of the frequencies that are in their voice.
No way.
And so he did this massive study of. He had all kinds of enlightened People and awakened.
I got total body goosebumps right now. Dude, this is crazy.
So, yeah, so there's a lot of different things. Another guy who's doing really interesting stuff is Ibrahim Karim. He built an entire system called biogeometry. It's simpler, but doesn't mean it's any less powerful. It's just simpler. And so what he essentially did was study how energy flows. So when we. You look at chi or the meridians, you can see it move through the body in specific geometric patterns, if you look at it from the standpoint of geometry. And he builds structures that are basically totally harmonizing all the Qi flow in the body. So when you walk into one of the buildings that he's built, people have massive state change. So he did an entire study with kids that are on the autism spectrum walking in and basically becoming.
They don't have symptoms anymore.
And then they have them. And he was building structures to ammoniate some of the telecom RF frequencies that were coming that were using mobile phones in Switzerland. So the government of Switzerland hired him to build these structures all around the grazing land so that the cows were producing better, so that the farmers had more harmony in their homes.
It worked.
And he has pendants that you can wear that if you've got something like, going on with your liver, you wear the pendant and your body's basically going to harmonize to that, the geometry of the Qi flow through your liver, and then you will have resonance with that, and therefore the liver will function better.
Oh, my God, all this, all these people. I'm going to spend extra time in the show notes. You guys like, dialing this up for you. So this is great that you're bringing up all these brilliant brains. I am totally a nerd with this kind of stuff, so I love that you're sharing all these delightful minds. It blows me away at, like, the human potential. And when we coordinate it with other people that have been there, done that energetically with what they're creating, sky's the limit. So thank you for bringing that up, brother.
Yeah, yeah. I cannot wait to see what you unearth, you know, when you start digging into it, because that'll be a fun conversation to have.
Yeah. One thing I've been working on personally is expanding my own magnetic field through heart resonance and, like, trying to change the frequency in the room and then also bringing my electric body in more, because they're two very different feelings in the body, you know, Like, I can literally. I'm the guy that can create goosebumps on command. Like just I can think about being in my heart and, like, changing the planet and my hairs. Every hair in my body stands up with the magnetic field field, and then I'm working on bringing the electric. So understanding my different bodies is kind of what I'm focused on now and how that interrelates to other humans. So when I need to back off a little bit or, you know, use different energy with that. So I love that.
That's awesome.
It's been fun. And just being around Jedis like you, there's so much to learn. There's so much I could live a thousand years and still know, like. Like 0.1% of the information that's out there. So thanks for enlightening us today. Thanks for giving us some keys.
My pleasure. Thanks for having me on. Really appreciate it, Drew.
Thank you, my brother. Check it out. Go to. Go to Jonathan's website, you guys. I'm going to put that in the show notes as well. And much love to everyone. Remember, we're in this together.
Sam.
