Drew Canole breaks down fear as something society amplifies and shows how to move through it: acknowledge it, write it down, reframe the story, breathe, visualize, prepare, and act. The real security comes from inside, not from controlling everything around you.

Everybody's got that fear guy, the fear gal who is rearing their head, coming up to the front seat of the car and kind of trying to take the wheel of the driver's seat. And you see it all around. You see it in Australia, you see it in Germany, in Europe. Some of these protests that are happening now, you see it in the States as well. People are getting fired up. And there's this fear that is very real, it's very eminent. The fear of not being able to go anywhere without having this. This quote, unquote, pass, this thing that's happening. Their kids, their children, they have to be jabbed in order to live life as a citizen. And all these fears are coming up and it's. It's totally beautiful. But I do think there's a higher level. I do think there's a level of consciousness that we get to go to that is so safe in its own inner security. And I believe that the only place we can feel secure is within. And it doesn't matter what's happening in the outside world. I mean, everything could be going to hell in a hand basket. But if you have your inner security, you have your inner faith before the seen image happens in this material realm, I think that's when you can truly start to have harmony in your life. But if you're basing your security on something outside of you, your safety on something outside of you, you are chasing a lie. And I think that's what we're up against. I think that's part of this whole shifting in the consciousness. And the more and more people realize and wake up to the fact that they already have everything that they need. They're already leaning on the sustaining infinite. Then it's within them. Source, right, God, whatever you want to call it, it's already a part of your experience. It's already you. There's nothing to worry about. There's no fear in that. I think that's when we start to squash all fears that could ever come into our life. But I do think the default setting right now for most people is to go into this protective, fearful state. And it can rob you of intimacy, it can rob you of success. It can take away from your own purpose, your own passion. And the only reason I'm talking about this is because over the past year, during this whole entire thing, I've been feeling exactly that. What's going to come from my children, my future children, the generations to come? And if I don't stand up now, what's going to happen, right? And Having the trauma back in the day, it's almost like these little navigational beacons are alarming in my brain. Like, drew, you gotta do something, buddy. Come on. And I've been feeling the fear, but I think when we feel the fear, we start to put so much of it in our body and we can't take action with it. So in this podcast today, if you get anything at all, I'm going to show you how to lean more into your fear so that you can go beyond it. Because anytime we choose safety from the external world, we're reinforcing the fear, if that makes sense. So fear is generally something that we think about happening in the future, right? It's not here yet. So we're going to fear it. And it could be the fear of failure. It could be abandonment, rejection, intimacy.
Marianne Williamson has a beautiful quote in regards to our own fear of success, our own light that actually scares us the most. I know you've heard it before, so I won't repeat it here, but another fear, right? Scarcity. Being broke, not being good enough, not being loved, feeling cut off from the tribe. Because back in the day, being cut off from the tribe meant death. So they're using all these tactics to convince you to be part of the tribe, and that's how we become consumers in this world. It's because you want to be part of these tribes, these products. You consume products over and over and over again, attaching little labels and badges on your jacket of consumerism, and you're part of all these tribes because it makes you feel like you fit in. And who are you without all that? Who are you without all the labels from the world? Labels from religion, labels from dogma of the past, labels from past relationships, labels from past business, things that you did, different jobs that you've had, labels from your education, right? Who are you without all that? And when you start going back to the root of what you are versus everything that you've created in this experience or your future experience on this planet, then you start to come into a place of peace. You start to become the perceiver versus the thinker. And a lot of people are just in this place of thinking. And the mind will create all types of illusions. We are literally living in the house of mirrors, my friends. So illusion casted here, illusion there, illusion there, illusion everywhere. And how do we break past that? Illusions are based not in this reality, but in fear. That limbic, reptilian brain. Nostradamus said in, like, the 1400s that there will be a zombie apocalypse. In 2021. Now, is it going to be like walking dead? Probably not. But are people going to be so forced in their limbic brain because of the media, because of these things that are happening, the fight or flight to where they don't have access to the left and right hemisphere, sending that information up, that energetic spark. Spark up to the cerebral spinal fluid, you know, into the brain, opening up the pineal gland, rushing blood into the prefrontal cortex, the brain. Will they really be able to see in 2021? And I think that's what he was pointing out. I think people are blinded by their fear. Cbd.

Off. So the first step in beating your fear, my friend, is to simply acknowledge it, not bypass it, not ignore it, not pretend that it's not there. But the fear is very real, right? It's here. It's in my life. So acknowledge it. Build a relationship with it. Right? It's that, like I said, everyone has that fear guy and that fear gal that's in the back seat. Sometimes it tries to jump up to the front and take the wheel. But it's our job to let it know, hey, it's gonna be okay. I got this. I've done this before. Done this hundreds of thousands of Times, actually. So we got this. Breathe. And then another thing that's helpful is to simply write it down. What is the fear? When I externalize this fear, I acknowledge the fear. I bring it out into the light. And if it's hidden in the dark, if it's lurking in the dark recesses of your mind, then it still has power over you, my friend. So where have you giving your power away to fear? Write it down. Take it outside of you. And personally, when I write it down, I feel much more empowered when I have this in my hand. And I've had many death ceremonies with things that I've written down. And what I mean by that is simply burning it, taking it outside. Unless you have wildfires around where you live, which is not a smart thing to do, do. But literally burning that piece of paper, sometimes it's. It's good to actually leave it up too, to remind you of what your fear is. And then on the other hand, so you would literally leave it on your fridge or whatever, and then next to it would be the positive outcome of breaking past your fear. Because we want to impress it upon your unconscious mind that it's already done. That makes sense. So once we've acknowledged it, we acknowledge that the fear is there. We've written it down, feel it. Right. I'm a big proponent of.
Leaning into it a little bit more and asking yourself, is there anything wrong with having this fear? Who else has this fear? How can me having this fear make me more relatable to the world? How can I have compassion for the other people that have this fear? And also, how can I have compassion for the people that are projecting this fear onto this material plane? And then it starts to dissolve. You start to breathe a little bit differently.
Breathe from your belly.
Another thing I've done is asking myself, what's the worst thing that could happen with this? Right? Get another job. Move. Maybe you're rejected by somebody. Well, maybe it wasn't the right person. I think when we understand what the worst thing that could happen is, you, you always know that you're resourceful. You always know that you'll find a way to make it happen. I know my life is living proof of that. So many times a bad thing would happen, and immediately I would try to look at it as a positive thing. What's the best thing that could happen out of this? And when you start to look at it as a reframe, as something positive, the universe literally will start to align in your favor to the quality of your thought of the thing. That have happened. And 99.9% of the time immediately right afterwards, oh, this is the best thing that could ever happen. And I breathe into my belly, right? This is the best thing that could happen. Wow, I'm so blessed. God is so good. Righteousness is walking before me. Like, I know this is gonna work out perfectly. And sometimes I would even put a time limit on it. Within 24 hours, I'm going to see even more favor in regards to this situation. And I'm so excited. I'm so expectant. I am so looking forward to what is going to happen in this eternal now moment now. And as I'm saying this, I'm feeling it in my body as if it's already healed. So we went from the worst thing that could happen in our body into the best thing that could ever happen in our mind, which then changes the alchemical, you know, biochemistry of the body. We start to magnetize more with our heart field. Our heart field starts to expand, that magnetic field starts to expand. Then we start to feel the fear go away. We start to feel possibility in our body and ourselves. Then we can lean into it. So if there's something we've been holding back, I would say the next part would be just get out there and do it right. Once you've magnetized yourself, maybe it's speaking in public, right, Everybody. That seems to be one of the biggest fears. So if you feel yourself leaning into it, it's already done. You're already visualizing yourself and people coming up to you after the speech. Hey, that was the greatest speech I've ever seen, man. Like, what does that feel like when you are in that state? Because if you can put yourself in that state in your mind, then that starts to squash some of the fear from the present moment of actually going up in your doing it. Then you're leaning into the just doing it phase. And then also preparing yourself. Most people are farly unprepared. They're just not prepared. The concentration right now is about 20 seconds in the average human, maybe less. Swipe left, swipe right. You've heard me talk about this. So how do you prepare yourself through the power of concentration? Focus on it. Look at all the angles. Observation, standpoint from the perceiver, not just the thinker. You practice it, Practice a little bit more. And then when your skills start to help out with the plan that you have, then you'll start to feel much more peace, like you've taken control, right? And when you start to take control in that, then you start to Build up this vortex or this momentum of energy.
And I think that's the biggest thing. Because when you start to conquer your fear in any situation in your life, you start to gather more wisdom. Because leaning into your fear, there's a reason you have the fear. It's wisdom, it's innate wisdom that's like little buckets of energy that are waiting to be unlocked in your body, but you have to lean into it. And the more you do it, the easier it becomes. So right now we are at a point in the world where there's so much fear happening and people are letting that fear. Because let's face it, Dispenza talks about this, right? It's the neurochemicals. It's the payoff of feeling the fear. Most people love the feeling of being in this fight or flight state so much that they don't even know what it feels like to be grounded this moment, knowing that those neurochemicals would actually be more positive and more favorable for the overall health condition of your physical biological body. But because we're so addicted to the fight or flight response, the limbic brain, we continue to create stories and drama that keep us in this state. And what I'm here to tell you today, my friend, is you don't need to do that. You can let go of all that.
Come back home, come back in your body. You could have heaven on earth right here, right now, or you could have hell on earth. And you can create it in your mind. And you've probably done it before, you know what I'm talking about. So bring heaven down into your reality now. Use that Christ like consciousness to absorb any of the darkness, any of the fear, and use that light to transform all of that so that literally you walk around with more peace, with more equanimity, with more serenity in your life now. And that's what the world needs. Individual pockets of transformation in the collective consciousness, one by one. The more we have safety and home is in our resident field, the more the fear machine will be shut down. Because, you know, I could go off for days talking about what this energy is actually doing and other dimensions and what type of entities are feeding on this energy and everything else. But it's almost sound like I'm a loony bin guy. So let's keep it simple. Focus on the quality of your thoughts. Eliminate the fear. Replace it with love. How much love can you handle? How much joy can you handle today? How much good can you experience? Ask yourself these questions. And when you ask a question in the universe, you inverse it must deliver it to you. So ask good questions and watch what happens. I hope this was helpful my friend. I was inspired to talk about fear just because I'm seeing so much, so much of it playing out and know that the collective consciousness is created by the individual consciousness. So powerful stuff my friend. And if you love this, go head on over to the Drew and you'd podcast page on itunes. Leave a review and hit me up on Instagram. Let me know what you think.
