58: Make Your Business A Spiritual Practice (Part 2)

All right, my friend, welcome to the Drew and You show. Today we're talking about how to turn your business, or what you do for work, into a spiritual masterpiece. Something that you're proud of, something that you're honored to do every single day. And it's just a few small things that you're going to get out of this podcast, you guys, in the next 20 minutes that will radically transform your outlook and how your business is done and handled. It's radically transformed my life. I've been to ashrams. I've traveled all over the world. I've studied with different monks. I've read copious amounts of books. I've been working with the don for 13 years, a shaman who is a Toltec, basically dreamwalker. I've traveled with him and all kinds of stuff. And I will say, when you look at your business as a spiritual act, as something that you are blessed to do every single day, it takes the pressure off of you, and it's one of the most rewarding things that you can do. So let's jump into today's show. First and foremost, one of the biggest lessons I learned from a mentor, Frank scheidler. This was 11 years ago. He said, drew, this is not your responsibility. And I'm like, well, what does he mean by that? Like, the business that I was running, I was running a credit and debt settlement company at the time. And this is before I started FitLife TV. He said, Your business partner has your back. And he said, your business partner is God. And I was like, wow, okay, I can get behind that. Right? I was a Christian growing up, and I understood that. I believed in God, of course, and I understood and source, spirit, whatever you label it as, there's a higher power that I felt in all aspects of my life. And I could see the little golden thread rippling throughout, throughout all aspects of my life. And when Frank told me that, it just hit. It was like, yeah, you know, I do have this invisible guide on the side, this business partner who has a hand in everything that I do. And the more I give ownership to that, the more that invisible hand is going to come in and assist and aid where the material realm is unable to, because there's the invisible and the material. Right? The fifth dimension is the spiritual realm, fourth dimensions, the mental plane. The third dimension is the reality that you and I are in right now. And luckily, we're phasing in and out of that. So.

Not luckily, but just matter of fact, Earth's going through her own ascension cycle, and I Know you feel it. Schumann resonance is through the roof. So paying attention to who's doing your, who's running your business, is it all you? Is everything on your shoulders? It lifts up a lot of the pressure. It takes the responsibility off of you. And that's a super powerful place to be. And how do I execute that? During the day, it's consistently reminding myself that this isn't my business, this isn't my responsibility. There's an invisible force that's happening here for good, right? Good is God, and all things happen to good that believes in that. So I spend time reading scripture, I spend time in my morning ritual declaring that I write as if I'm writing to God. The questions, the things that I'm struggling with and as if I had another business partner. I'm literally writing letters to this invisible business partner. And I'm waiting for my unconscious mind to piece together, like into a puzzle solutions that I'm looking for in the invisible realm and, and to bring to the forefront. And I'll tell you what, it's amazing the people that start to show up when you do this. It's like there's a knowing within them that feels you writing the letter as you're writing it. And maybe it's 24 hours later, maybe it's calling you right after your. I've written this letter before with the questions that I had for my business partner. And all of a sudden they call and they have the answer. It's like Twilight Zone going off. But the problem is most people aren't intentionally enrolling that, that aspect of that super self, that connection to God, the Godhead, the Brahma, whatever you want to call it. So that would be the first biggest thing. If you're not looking, if you're looking at your business like it's all you, it's all your responsibility. Well, then when you're looking at it like that, when your highs are high, you're going to be high. Oh, I'm a badass. I'm a Business Inc. 500. I've, I've done this. I've. Traveling the world. I have patents. And you know, you, you become like this machine man or a machine woman, right? It's all about the numbers. It's all about your. Your own personal success, yada, yada, yada. And the more you put into that personal sense, the harder it is to tear down, the bigger your ego is. Guess what? Ego's edging God out. The harder it is for source spirit to come in you and really operate and take you to the next level. Because even you are as big as you think you are sometimes, buddy. God has a much bigger plan for you. Let me tell you. Oh, if you're in your car, honk your horn, all those crazy people looking at you right now.

That is true. God has a much bigger plan for you. And when you start relying on that, your whole world will shift and change. So that's the biggest one. And I wanted to spend a lot of time on that because far too many people get distracted. They think it's all about them, it's all about my business, my success. And then when you're not doing well, the opposite is true. You beat yourself up, you pursue addictions, you self sabotage, and it can be pretty ugly for a lot of people. So that's been my saving grace. And it's been the grace of God that has gotten me through some of the biggest business challenges that probably anybody can go through.

So got to give credit where credit is due when we're talking about making your business a spiritual act. Number two is every single person you do business with is not just a person, but they're a human soul. And you, my friend, are on the same journey walking them home. There's a quote like that. I think it was Mitch, Adam, the five people you meet in heaven or something like that from that book. But we are all just walking each other home. And Wayne Dyer said, you can either live in a friendly or a hostile universe. The choice is yours. So why not look at everybody as if they're your brothers and your sisters and you have information to share with them and you truly want to help them versus trying to get something over on them, trying to sell them something that isn't good for them, something that's poison. Right? And there's a lot of businesses, not to mention any names, but there's some big businesses that circulate poisonous things into the mainstream public and then they sell other poisons because that poison that they sold them is affecting them in a certain way to where it's now damaging their body. And that's just bad business. We have to remember that we're all walking each other home and there's this thing called karma. So I would never want to sell something that wasn't the highest quality and good for my family, for the people that I love, for my brothers, my sisters. And I think when we approach business like that, you will be rewarded. So remember that we're all just walking each other home.

What can I do for another human being? Loving my neighbor as Myself, more or less. So next up number three would be money is just energy. So the acronym that I use for money is my own natural energy yield. And what is my natural energy? It's love. So the more love I have, the more money will be in the bank account. The more love I can give, the more loving education, the more loving information, the more loving ingredients I can put into products or whatever I'm creating in business. The, the more currency will come back, the more money will come back. There's a law of supply and demand, which is a universal spiritual law. With the right supply, there's the right demand. And if my supply is to provide love the highest quality possible, then the demand will always be there. Seasonality, ups and downs, whims of the market, that's all bullshit. There's higher spiritual laws that exist beyond this mortal plane and I'm living proof of that. So don't buy into the trap of thinking that there's certain calendars and historics and all this other stuff that's just impressed upon the 3D mortal mind. So when we start to break away from that, we recognize that there is this perfect law of supply and demand and we provide more love into the universe. More love actually comes back. So how can you play bigger? How can you have bigger thoughts about how to get your content out there or your product, whatever it is, and impact even more people?

So.

Making it a spiritual business with love, unconditional love, doesn't expect anything in return. So I think that's a big thing in business. You know, we invest all this money in marketing and different assets and different media channels with the expectation oftentimes that it's going to come back. And when it doesn't, guess what? We throw ourselves off. We get pissed, we get stressed out. So what if we remove that expectation? What if you didn't expect anything in return? You just simply gave for the sake of giving, you just simply love for the sake of loving. That's a huge thing that a lot of businesses don't look at. But you can totally transform your business when you start to look at it that way. So setting aside a budget to start, you know, 10 to 20%, it's almost like business spiritual tithing when you can set aside that budget for simply non marketing, non getting money back initiatives and that will expand tenfold. So knowing that you can set that aside and do that has been a game changer for me and the businesses that I've, I've been a part of in the past. So next up would be when things get off track, you're looking at it consciously from a metaphysical level. That's how you spiritualize it. Right? How can I see this as a symbol? How can I see this as part of the dream that I need to see what else is showing up in my personal life and what do I need to look at? So if business is off track, money's down, there's different things. My own integrity, my own personal power. The container that Drew has in my physical magnetic field participates in the collective magnetic field of Organifi. And if that's off, what is it in me that's causing that to be off? How do I complete that container? How do I have more presence in the business? How do I have more presence in my own personal life? What am I unwilling to look at that needs to be looked at?

That's a super powerful thing. And what keeps resurfacing in this dream, this reality that I haven't addressed? So these are questions you can answer later after listening to this show. But what's coming up in your reality and what do you need to stay connected to? Next up would be staying connected to spirit throughout business every day. All right, God, what do you. What do you want me to do? Where do you want me to go? Who do you want me to reach out to? And then trusting my spiritual guidance.

What do I need to do to be more receptive to that innate force that's inside of me that has far more information coming to it than the limited ego, personality, quote, unquote, Drew? And when I do that, I get information that's just so perfect, so spot on. So to get there, you can meditate more, you can do visualization practices. It's all about shifting your consciousness and taking care of your temple, feeding your body, organic food, non GMO food that's doesn't have all the herbicides, fungicides, pesticides, making sure that you're not drinking water with fluoride in it. All the things that you've heard me talk about for the past decade at FitLife TV and Organifi. So that's going to give you supernatural vision and connection. Far too many people disassociate themselves spiritually. And we're in the. What would be called, like the Kali Yuga, right, Where people forget that there's this other realm of divine. This divine realm. So we become limited mortal minds trapped in like a 3D prison. And we see that play out all over the world right now. There's so much fear. There's so much fear of death. There's so much fear of this, just the mortal reality in which we live. So to be uncommon is to keep, keep tuning into that spiritual center, your emotional guidance system, as Esther Hicks would call it. Why am I experiencing this emotion and how do I raise my vibration up so that I can truly connect to a whole higher level of consciousness? So it takes a lot of introspection to get to that place. It takes a lot of getting still asking often and making sure you follow it. Because if you've asked over and over and over again but you don't follow the information, then it's only going to push itself away from you. So next up would be get some help from a fellow Jedi, as I like to call it. So maybe somebody that's been there, done that, that has a spiritual practice, but they've also built a business and they understand the, the business side of things as well. I've been blessed and fortunate enough to have a few of those in my life and I consult with them every single week with what I'm up against. So it helps remove the blinders off of my eyes so that I can see. And if you don't have a person like that in your life, my friend, reach out to me on Instagram. I've given you at least five. I could go on for weeks about this. There's hundreds of things that you can do, tools, there's techniques that you can do as well, but these are the big ones. You know, looking at it as if it's God is your business partner, spirit is your business partner, making decisions together, recognizing that we're all on a journey on earth, walking each other home. Money is just energy.

Not doing to get. I think that's a huge one. When things get off track. What's the symbol in the dream that you're seeing. And is there anything in your personal life that can be fixed to alter the consciousness of the business? Staying connected to spirit all. All day long and then getting help from a fellow Jedi. When you start to do these things consistently, business will become so much easier than it is right now. You'll have more trust in your employees, more trust in your vendors, more trust in the people that are helping you with your business. All the individual wounding of the ego from the past, be it mom, dad, wounds, different business wounds that you've picked up and accumulate, will no longer be a projection because you're operating through the divine mind versus the, the mortal mind, the mind that wants to constrict you. Because constriction is safe for the ego, spirit is boundless. And when you really start to step into more of a spiritual role in your business, to be the spiritual advisor for the people that are starting on their journey in your life, maybe you're opening up their hearts and their minds to new potential and their own personal realities. And although it's not your responsibility to do that, it's interesting how the right people will show up at the right time for guidance, and you can be the guide on the side, grounded in what you know and who you're becoming. Because there's no greater pleasure in my life, my friend, than helping another human being evolve their own soul. And I think that's truly what organifi is about. We could say we sell the world's greatest superfood products all over the world, but when it comes down to it.

I take this. This mission that we're all on, this life that we all have together very personally. And I even believe that a lot of the adaptogens and the ancient Chinese mushrooms that we actually put in organifi with the ayurvedic technology opens up the biophotons that connect to the DNA using light code. So we're literally transmitting more light into a different timeline and a higher potential of the human that drinks organifi. And there's no greater act in the world than that right now because there's so many companies out there that don't have that in mind, that are just about the profit, they're just about the revenue, they're about, just about, hey, how much of this can we get out? And, you know, no judgment on that because their day will come. But I love what we get to do, and we do it each and every day.
