I said, routine is key. Your body is a temple. And go outside and see. I said keep calm. Yeah. Because it's time to learn some new habits and crush this lockdown. Yeah. It's the Drew new show.
Let's go. Alright, guys, feeling extra peppy this morning. And I wanted to talk about something because I get a lot of messages about this. How to stay positive during a lockdown. Whoa. Okay. This might be pretty tough to go, but there's a lot of people in the world that feel locked down.
And I want to say, first of all, I understand and I feel you. See you. I know times can be frustrating. It can be a little hard at times to feel this way. But I want to let you know there's a great book I read long ago at the start of my journey. It's by Viktor Frankl. I think it's called Man vs Man's Search for Meaning. Yeah, we will put that in the show. Notes, guys, again, all these podcasts are actually impromptu. I'm just really developing that authentic line with you. I'm feeling you in the moment. I'm really working on conjuring up what you need to hear. And I think sometimes scripts, sometimes information that's already predetermined will cut me off from source. It will cut me off from the true information or the intellect. That's actually going to come through for you. Yeah. So here we are. We're talking about ways to stay positive, ways to stay joyful, ways to stay upbeat in the full expression of who you are when the outside situation is looking a little meek, looking a little bleak, whatever you want to call it. I want to tell you, for me, number one, routine is key. And that's why I'm such a big fan of morning ritual. If you haven't listened to my morning ritual podcast, definitely check that out. But having a routine, doing something every day, this is what monks do. If you've ever been to an ashram, there's a reason that we do things every day together. We build this togetherness. So even having a group of people that do a routine, you can be virtual. But checking in with yourself and saying, hey, in other people in your group, in your morning ritual will be absolutely powerful. So, as I've said before, I wake up real early. I move my body, I move my lymphatic body, I move my energetic body. I tune into the voltage body by gazing into the sun. I'm working on every body I have outside of the physical body of Drew, expressing dominion in the gym for this physical meat Sack, yes, this multi dimensional vehicle. But I'm also fueling it with the world's greatest hydration. You know, that I know of at this time because things are always changing and we're always up leveling our game. But I'm adding minerals in too to help with that energetic electric body. The water is so important in the morning. Drinking, lots of it, taking care of myself. So routine is key. First thing in the day. How you start your day is how you start your life. Maybe you've heard me say that before. And then those tiny microhabits. Great book, Atomic Habits and another great book by buddy Darren Hardy is called Compound Effect. It'll help you build up the momentum, the motivation or mo your friend to push through it. And I know Robin Sharma has a lot of great books in regards to this routine setting and whatnot. There's so much juice out there for this, guys. My buddy hell Elrod actually wrote the Morning Miracle, which is probably the best morning ritual book too. So check out that. Four books in one routine is key. I think when we're looking at the world and the outside world of ourselves is in disarray, sometimes it can affect our inner world. So I actually doubled the amount of time. So let's say I was meditating for 10 minutes, now I'm meditating for 20, right? If I was working out for 45 minutes in the gym, now I've added 45 minutes of yoga or something to balance it. So it's always being kind to yourself. It's always looking for ways to impact and increase your actual overall vitality so that you can handle anything in the external world. But it starts with your internal world. Hopefully that makes sense. And just know that going through this, your body is a temple, right? So it's so important that we honor it. There's every day I'll take 10 minutes and I'll go lay on a massage bed that I have. I call it my altar. And I literally just visualize me working on me. I don't need a masseuse to do that every time. Even though a massage is great, if I'm not able to have a masseuse, guess what? I'm still doing the routine. I'm still doing the ritual. I'm still imparting the love for myself as I lay on that altar. And I think that's super important. And if you don't have time for it, make time for it. You guys having the flexibility to pour love kindness into you is super powerful. So you've heard me talk about Cold showers and sauna treatments. And giving myself a massage every day is super important with ayurvedic oil. So Banyan botanicals actually has this really good ayurvedic oil. Depending on your dosha, you can use this and give yourself a massage. And as you do it, just thank every single part of your body. So my favorite area to think on my whole body is, I like my toes. I do. I think I got great toes. Could be a toe model, if that even exists. So I give my toes a little massage every day. I know it sounds weird, but do it. You will feel so good when you do this and just embrace your body as a temple. So number three would be. Sometimes emotions can drag us down. They can be a little erratic, they can be a little chaotic, Especially when we're watching the constant negative news, when we're tuning into a news channel that is outside of the immortal mind of you. And in your mortal mind, that can be like a bag of bricks that you're carrying around.
So my goal for you is just to simply release. Release that bag of bricks. Embrace them. You gotta embrace it to release it. So how do we embrace those negative emotions? I think it's really sitting with it. It's asking the questions of what would my life look like? As Katie Byron says, if I turn this around, I need more money. I'm in lockdown. I need more money. What does that thought even conjure up in your brain of needing more? What do you see when you think about needing more money in your brain? And this is all. This is part of Katie Byron's work, you guys, which I love. I'm gonna have her on the show eventually as well. So if you know her, you want to bring her on, message her. I'd love to commune with her. I know the whole organifi squad has read her works, and we use it when we're negotiating or when we're talking and when we're communicating and we're building the collective consciousness of the organization. So super powerful stuff. What does it look like when those images come in your mind of needing more of anything?
Think about that. And then what would your life look like if you actually turn that around.
Right here, right now? Do you need anything? Are you completely safe in the moment and really look around at the environment that you're in? Take a big, deep breath. Your nose.
Don't you already have everything that you need? Need?
There we go. Yeah, you have everything that you need, and it's already here. It's ripe, it's ready and what would your life look like if you knew in the moment, every moment that you go into, Cuz that's all there is. You were safe, you were whole, you were complete. And you didn't need absolutely anything, anything in the external environment. Sometimes we think we need it.
Yeah. How good, how much better would your sleep be? We're in the land of chasing things to get things. And inside of you is an electromagnetic force of your heart that's far more powerful at bringing it into you than anything you could ever imagine when you're tuned into it. But it takes being okay with where you are in the eternal now, right here. And think about this. This could be number four is how much extra stuff do you actually have? So if you think you need more during this lockdown.
What do you have around you? I look around my house, I have board games and I have more musical instruments than probably most music stores. And it wasn't always like this. I would say that when it comes to having an abundant of toys, I have way too much and most of it I don't even need. So what are the things that you don't need? I'm at my best often when I just have a journal and I'm writing in it. I'm at my best often when I'm just in meditation. Don't even need anything.
So when you start from that place, everything else is added unto you.
And starting from a place of not needing any external stimulation or anything, thing is a very powerful thing to focus on.
And if it doesn't bring you joy, get rid of it. So less is more.
And number five would be get outside. I've used this time to just get outside to be in nature and just be in this glorious land that we call Earth. Wherever you are, there's so much to see. If you're really present, you could tune into a simple flower, like Buddha says, and just experience complete satori of looking into one little flower. Just rapturous awe coming over you. And I've done this before. I love birds, so I'm a bird watcher. I'll go outside. I got binoculars and I got a little thing and I just stare at these beautiful flying creatures. A little cardinal comes and visits me every day here in Sedona. And it's such a regal bird. I've seen it dozens of times. Fly into my bird feeder here, grab a seat, sit there and wait for his woman to come over and he feeds her first. It's the most beautiful thing, the monogamous cardinal. Just if you get if you go down the rabbit hole of really experience experiencing what that feels like in your body, it'll bring tears to your eyes. It's powerful. So get outside, go in a garden, plant some, plant some live food that'll that will distract you. There's all kinds of things that come with learning to plant live food, maintaining the soil, protecting it from the different predators that are out there to eat your food. It's really interesting and it's such a great thing to invest your time in. Now I would say next up would be.
Read more. Invest in your education during this time. What can you read? What can you do? All those things are going to add value to you. Masterclass online. Learn from some of the great teachers that are there. Buy some courses if you want to learn about marketing or you want to learn an instrument. Like there's so many YouTube videos, you can learn basically anything. Right now we are sitting in a living university at the palm of our hand. Everything I need to learn is right here in this supercomputer that we would call our phone. So jump into that. Don't be so stuck on going on social and seeing all this doom and gloom and how upset people are. People are upset.
And there's this titration that's happening. The timelines are diverging. There's going to be more and more people that live in spontaneous awe, rapturous joy. And there's also going to be people that can't deal with the frequency of the planet. The Schumann resonance is going through the roof. So remember that. Be on the appropriate timeline for you. Choose in every moment who you want to be. Talk to your future self and allow your future self to come to you.
That's a powerful practice. Try to see things that your future self actually sets up for you to take part in. Allow it to happen, receive it, allow it to come into your experience.
And one thing for me that I like to do is, like I said, music. So any old habit that I've had in the past that I didn't complete or I'm not 100% tuned into, I like to jump back into it. I like to explore.
Those new habits. Oh, that future self thing just gave me a big yawn. Now my ears are ringing too. Getting downloads, man.
I love you guys so much and I want to know that. And I want you to know that I'm with you. We are with each other in this great opportunity. There's transitions that are happening, there's things that are working themselves out behind the scenes and we're in this moment, we're safe. We're in the now, and it's a beautiful place to be. Put your hands on your heart.
Take a big breath. Let it out with a smile. Smile.
Today is going to be the best day you've had all year. Here we are. Focus on what's important. Focus on what brings you joy. Be a joy junkie like me. How much good can you handle in any moment by moment? And how much good can you give to somebody else? That's key.
So if you got anything out of this message, it's about time for me to meditate, and I'm gonna go deep into this. So if you're meditating this morning, feel free to spend 5, 10 minutes. Let's hang out in the other dimensions together. Get a little woo, throw some, sprinkle some woo flakes on it, and let's go from there. I think today is gonna be a powerful day. Head on over to Amazon. Give me a refreshment. You. You guys, if anybody else in your life needs to hear this message, wants some ideas, things that they can do during this interesting time we're living in on the planet that's getting better and better every single day, do that. And what we're creating is a ripple into eternity. So I'm just grateful to know you. I'm ecstatic for the possibility of what's to come, my friend. In any event, I am Drew Canole, and this is the Drew and you show. As always, remember, we're in this together. Make it a great day.
