Drew Canole shares stress-reduction strategies including sleep improvement, organic food, exercise, and breathing techniques. He discusses programming water with positive intentions and promotes Organifi Green Juice and CBD supplements.
Hello, my friends. Welcome to another Drew and youd show. I'm excited about today's show as we're going to be talking about ways to deal with your stress as we enter into the quote unquote holiday season. Stress levels are generally on the rise. I want to talk some about some ways that I lower stress in my body. And I was just meditating on this, actually, I was listening to a 639 binaural solfeggio frequency. and it just came to me. So this is the frequency of creativity and everything in the known universe is frequency. If you've listened to me for any amount of time, you've heard me talk about this on past podcasts, mindset Mondays and everything else. So one of the things I was thinking about the biggest way that I lower my stress. And if you were on Jeopardy and you had to answer this, what do you think the answer would be? the biggest way to lower stress. Now, they're not gonna really tell you about this and anybody that's trying to sell you anything because this is absolutely free 99. It doesn't cost you a thing. And this is the most important thing, I believe, with your overall health and when it comes to defeating stress levels. You see, most people are tired. Most people are feeling weathered. as they go throughout the day. They're nonstop. And they could only be getting five to six hours of sleep. Maybe they're getting eight hours, but their sleep is so bad that they're not fully recovered, they're not fully restored. So I'd say the number one thing when it comes to lowering your stress would actually be getting adequate amounts of deep, slow wave delta and REM sleep. All sleep is not created equal. and when you wake up feeling rested and restored, I know it's a completely different day for you. So how is your sleep? Right? And if we want to develop a sleep ritual at night, I've done podcasts on this. Check out my sleep ritual podcast. There's things that you can do to induce more of a Delta slow wave sleep. One of the things I love about organifi gold is I've actually tracked it against, you know, placebo being nothing, and it definitely increases my REM and my slow wave sleep when I track it with my aura ring or my whoop or my Garmin or other sleep tracking things that I have. So sleep is number one. How is your sleep? Scale of one to 10. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you hydrated while you sleep? Hydration is a big thing when it comes to heart rate variability because your blood volume and the thickness of your blood actually can make a difference in how quickly you drop in. to sleep. Also being colder, most people think taking a hot bath before bed is like one of the big things to do to relax you with Epsom salt, but it's actually the colder your body is. I've learned this way back in the day when I read Tim Ferriss's book, 4-Hour Body. It's actually better to have cold before bed. So sometimes taking a cold shower before bed isn't a bad idea or jumping in your cold plunge. It's another thing you can do. A Dark Room, as Shawn Stevenson has talked about this, a podcast that we love at Organifi, when he talks about Sleep Smarter, his book, I highly recommend it for everybody that's struggling with sleep. Your skin, long story short, basically has eyeballs, and if there's any light in the room, it actually keeps you awake on a small level. So, eliminating all of the darkness, or all of the, yeah, that too, eliminating the darkness, but getting rid of any light in the room while you sleep. sleep is super powerful. I wear eye mask. Sometimes I wear earplugs depending on what room I'm sleeping in. Having background noise sometimes like a white noise or a pink noise even better today can actually help as well. Musically enhanced sleep so Solfeggio frequencies while you sleep and also taking a nap. I take a nap every day. Maybe it's a minute, maybe it's 18 minutes and 18 seconds, whatever it is. I am taking a nap to wake up feeling rested and restored so that my stress levels continue to go down. And it's just hitting the other side of the veil. I do a lot of lucid dreaming. You've heard me talk about that. I process a lot of things in dream time. I wake up and I have answers that I'm actually looking for. So sleep and naps is a great way to lower your stress. Try it out. Let me know how you do. next up would be programming water. I know this is an interesting topic to talk about. You know, most of the stuff when it comes to lowering stress would be a little bit different than this, but this just came to me this morning. And we know that water actually stores information. The greatest supercomputers on the planet, the quantum computers, actually have water disks in them that actually store information. And there's no greater storage device on the planet than, I believe, than water. So when we drink water, what kind of things are we putting into it? Are we impregnating our water with positive pure thoughts of light and joy? And when we drink it, if you're stressed out, maybe we need to focus on ease and relaxing, right? Maybe it's putting that in your water. And sometimes I'll even write words on water, like the snowflake experiment, where it's saying thank you, I love you. And it's a constant prayer every day. scientists with the greatest MRI machines on the planet are now discovering that the water, the body in the water is like 90%. So you are Chris Deline in nature. How are you programming your water to help you reduce your stress levels? Super powerful, super potent. You do any of these things, sleeps, naps, musically enhanced water programming, it's going to help you lower your stress. Next up would be organic food. Are you eating all organic food or are you eating the highest quality food? because if your gut's in all kinds of disarray, the lost land of Egypt is in your gut, and it's going to cause neurochemicals like into the suppression of serotonin to be released in your mind. Right. I think there's a lot of battles going on for our digestion. We have billions of microbiota cells that are all rooting for our health, that are rooting for the best evolutionary pathway of these human meat suits, these multi-dimensional suits that are miracles. And there's a lot of. residue, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, glyphosate, all these things that are attacking our gut. And if you're stressed out in your gut, how could you ever have the information that can travel up your spine, their cerebral spinal fluid to open up the gateway or the eye, right? Your first eye, as I like to call it. So how can we eat high quality food that's loaded with nutrients, enzymes, aminos? Remember, the body is a human juicer. So the less we have to break down something with 40 ingredients into one thing, the easier it's going to be to thrive in that sense. You want good digestion. I would track your bowels, your movements. I would also look at what your stool looks like. I would become a mad scientist with your own body. Nobody's gonna do it for you. You are your own doctor. I know a lot of people are putting their faith in people in white coats, but I believe you first and foremost make your own decisions with your health. I love body sovereignty. I love knowing that the decisions that I make on this body are my own. I love having a board of advisors for my body. I'm not just taking advice from one person. So every single board of advisors for this body we call Drew in this multi-dimensional suit in this time space would say organic food and making sure it's the highest quality. I'm talking local farms. If you can develop relationship with farmers, even better. go out, meet them, meet the animals, right? And, if you're a vegan vegetarian, then you do the same thing. Know what's being sprayed on your chemical, on your plants, and also know what's in the soil. We are soil beings, right? So do soil tests if you're growing your own food. Do water tests in your own house. Make sure you are getting the highest quality nutrients, liquid, all of it in your life. There's always another level too. so start small, start somewhere and move forward with this. A year, two years, 10 years from now, it's going to look completely different, right? When I first started eating organic food, I had an alkaline water machine. I thought alkaline was the name of the game. And then I switched to mineralized water. So a mineralization machine, reverse osmosis, adding minerals to my water. Now it's spring water structured through this 24 karat gold ring, right? With sound infused into the water with different light therapies, depending on what I need in the water. and also clearing the energy from a tray of biogeometry. Like there's levels of this. You don't have to start at the ultimate level unless you want to, but just work your way into it, right? So it's a constant evolution. Next up for stress, I would say exercise. Exercise can lower stress. I believe one of the fastest ways to get out of a funk, to lessen the depression in your mind would be to work out. There's so many neurochemicals that are sent to our brain when we're in the state of out. We're expanding our brain. We're pushing more blood flow to the prefrontal cortex. We're thinking differently. With hormetic training as well, we can push our bodies to a certain stress point. And it's not just the muscle, it's the central nervous system. We're expanding the central nervous system. And once that grows, we give it a break for a few days, and then we do it again. And then over time, we become stronger, we become more resilient. And I don't know about you, but everywhere I look, I feel like people are actually becoming a little softer. It's like the Walking Dead out there. So, hormetic training is super powerful and weight training. I work out five days a week. It's pretty intense. I train with a trainer two or three times a week and I'm pushing myself to another level. I am in the best shape of my life. I'm stronger than I've ever been. My cardiovascular health is better than it's ever been and I'm 40 years old. So this is a super powerful place to be in. and we can continue down the path. We don't have to subscribe to the archaic belief that the veil of humanity, as. As men, women age, we degrade. There's this degression that happens, and we're. It's a program. So we can break out of that program. We can know that we're becoming faster, stronger, smarter, more intelligent, more evolved, more div, more divinely inspired. Men and women are always at their Zenith. their perfection. The eternal noon is here now in this eternal now moment. So know that. And next up for lowering stress, and I know this is kind of the reverse thing, but you got to build up a little willpower and a little motivation. So I like to do stuff that freaks me out every once in a while. Things that stretch my limit. I was afraid of guns. be it two years ago and at the start of the pandemic, I wanted to get real competent, real fast at shooting guns. I don't know why. It was a message from Spirit. And Jesus says, if you have a cloak and you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and get a sword. And that verse kept coming to me and I was like, okay. So I went and got my first gun and I started shooting like three, four days a week. The fear went away. It was stressful at first, of course, the loud banging and having a weapon like that. But over time, I became more competent with it and it doesn't freak me out anymore. And I teach other people how to shoot now. So there is, there's benefits to doing things that freak you out. What once scared you doesn't have to and you can move past it. And I would say the last thing that came to me this morning when I was writing this for you, this daily, you know, podcast, this personal episode, would be think about how you're breathing. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and he said, Numa was over the water in a version of the Bible. I forget which one it is. I think it's the Aramaic version. And Numa is breath. It's prana, it's chi, it's life force. So the breath went over the water. How are you breathing over your water? Your body is water. and what's your breath like? Your breath says everything about the state of being that you're in. Is it shallow? Is it upper chest? Or is it Hara? Is it coming from your gut? Is it coming from your perineum? Is it coming from the earth? Are you plugged in? So breathe differently. When you start to breathe differently, your body starts to relax. It goes into parasympathetic, which is rest and digest. you can do this every day. In fact, I've tested this before I go to bed. I'll take three or four big belly breaths, and my HRV when I wake up the next morning will be up 10-15 points. Just something as simple as that. It takes 20 seconds telling my body to relax. And it's easy. Left side is parasympathetic if you want to do some alternate nostril breathing. Right side is sympathetic. So if you're trying to relax, maybe try to breathe through your left side. There's different yogic yoga things you can do to where you can breathe psychically through your left side or right side. You can tell your unconscious to use the oxygen in your body, become aware of how the oxygen is actually impacting your mitochondria and the energy, the ATP of your body. You can send your breath to areas that may be in a little bit of pain, like a headache or maybe a little knee pain. You can send the oxygen to that level and visualize it. This is what we called yoga nidra body scanning and the practice of sending your Prana to that area in your body. Super powerful. And your breath. is your spirit. Breath, the wind, the spirit. It's the spiritual side of you. So if you're stressed out and you're breathing from your upper chest, well, are you connected to your spiritual self? Are you connected to your soul? And the more you slow down and the more you just focus on your breathing, the more oxygen you have that will go to your brain, the more ideas you have that'll be more centered, grounded, and you will feel better. I promise you that. So this is just a list of six things I wanted to share with you this morning. If you do any one of these things, you will notice a dramatic difference in your stress levels. On top of this is the seventh one. I would say you can always add adaptogens, Chinese mushrooms, superfoods into your routine. And one of the greatest things that I take every single day when I have it would be Organifi Green Juice and it's the ashwagandha that's actually in there that does that. Clinicals with the dose that we have in there lowers stress up to 29% which is super powerful. When I drink a glass of Organifi Green Juice, I feel calm, I feel relaxed, I feel zenned out. It's like meditating for 20 minutes and the only thing I did was drink Organifi Green Juice. so you can add foods in. It doesn't have to be organifi green juice. It can be different foods that help you lower your stress. You can muscle test it. You can ask your soul, hey, does this food lower stress in my body or does it actually increase stress? And maybe it's that fried chicken sandwich with the french fries that you're watching a movie and just eating whatever's in front of you. And you can ask your soul, hey, what would be better for me in this time? now and then do that. So over time you'll get more attuned to this. It'll be easier to make these types of decisions and you'll notice your stress levels will go down. I believe when our stress levels are low, we can impact more people because we're not in this fight or flight dorsal freeze state. I believe when our stress levels are low, we can develop more of a radiant golden shield around us. It's an invisible realm of protection. When we're not stressed out, guess what? All the crazy parlor tricks that people are talking about with manifesting parking spots and getting the tickets that they wanted at an event, having somebody call you back in a business deal that you wanted, like all these things start to happen more frequently when there's no stress. If we're stressed, if we're depressed, we're actually forgetting our avatar selves, our true state of being, which is peace, which is joy, which is love, which is the preserver and the witness consciousness. It's aware that we're aware. Because if we're stressed, then we're in our body. If we're stressed, then it's very much about us, the personal self, the personal identity. So back off the stress train. and realize that there's so much more going on and there's a greater place to exist in this time, in this now. So, if this was helpful, head on over to iTunes, my friend. Give it a five-star review. I give out Organifi Green Juice once a week to a person that leaves a review on iTunes. And I just thank you guys so much for watching this. This helps get this podcast in more people's earlobes. And yeah, it's a beautiful thing. So take a big breath. Let it out. No more stress. And as always, remember we're in this together. I'll see you soon. Before I go to bed, I take a thousand milligrams of CBD.
