Drew Canole talks with Luke Story about his path to sobriety and his work in biohacking and wellness. They discuss EMF radiation, peptides, and health optimization techniques, with Story sharing personal stories and practical advice from his background in fashion styling and wellness.
Okay, perfect. Well, you guys, this is the Drew and youn podcast. You know this. We got Luke's story, my brother from another mother. He also goes by Luke Skywalker on this, which I absolutely love. Hopefully you're watching the video. If you're not, you're actually missing out on one of the most handsome humans you could ever see in your life. He used to be, were you a fashion model at one point or like you had your own clothing line or.
Something like that back in the day? Oh, you know that's like you did some work. It's funny dude. When I first moved to Hollywood, I was 19 and I was a pretty boy. I was a little rocker. I had really long hair. long hair. I was super skinny, not because I was trying to, I just didn't eat much food. And I did have a couple modeling jobs, but then I went, so I got like a test shoot and stuff, and then, which is, you know, you just take photos to go shop an agent. And then my girlfriend at the time, who was about 10 years older than me and worked in the industry as a fashion stylist, she set me up with a meeting with a big agent to rep me as a model. and I thought, Cool, that's better than selling weed and waiting tables. So I went to a meeting with this agent and he's like, Kid, you got a great face, but you gotta go to the gym and get muscles and you gotta cut your hair super short. You know, 'cause this is like 1989. There weren't really long-haired rocker models. And I was like, End of meeting, definitely not cutting my hair, bro. And nor am I ever going to go to the gym, which I've still only been maybe five times in my life. So that was the end of that.
We've been to the gym together, so I was one of those five times.
Yeah, no, I'm just kidding. I mean, I work out. I just don't like doing it in a gym. But anyway, what happened was, since I met that girl on a photo shoot doing some modeling, then many years later, when I got sober, when I was 26, I was totally unemployable. I was homeless. I was basically just couch surfing around Hollywood. I was a total train wreck. And my now friend, Kikai, hired me to house sit for her and I became her quasi kind of personal assistant. And by that time she was a massive celebrity fashion stylist. And so she hired me as her assistant and our first job was Aerosmith. And so I worked for Aerosmith, which was really fortuitous actually because I was very newly sober. I was, I felt so out of place in Hollywood. I felt so uncool. And here I'm working for what was like the biggest rock band in the world at that time who who incidentally were also very publicly sober and proud of it. And so I got to hang out with them a bit in a work context and had one really special hangout with Steven Tyler where he kind of coached me on how to be a rocker and playing a band in Hollywood, which I was doing at the time, and also not do drugs and destroy your life. And then I went on to be a fashion stylist for 17 years after that.
17 years as a fashion stylist.
So basically for people that don't know what a stylist is, You're the schlep with the good eye that goes out and gets clothes for celebrities for red carpet events, photo shoots, music videos, tours, things of commercials, things of that nature, advertising campaigns and such. So I did that for a really long time, worked with hundreds of artists and just retired from that about seven years ago before I started my podcast and kind of moved into the health and wellness space.
Yep, the Stylist Podcast. He's a biohacker extraordinaire, you guys.
The life, the life. The life. to the podcast. Hey, it's funny. I got one for you, Drew. Right now, I bet if you look, if you, if I look in the tag in your hoodie, it's made by a designer named Neil Barrett.
Actually, you'd be really, you would be close. Oh, no way.
I do have a Neil, I have.
A Neil Barrett shirt just like this. Okay. But this one is actually Aviator Nation. Oh, man, dude, they copped the lightning bolt. That's fine. I know.
It's not, I mean, it doesn't require that much talent because Neil Barrett has produced So many clothing, pieces of clothing with lightning bolts on it. So I failed that test.
Okay, there we go. We're off to a great start.
Well, then if this was Neil Barrett.
This would be probably $3,000. It'd be a few hundred, yeah. Yeah, this one is literally Aviator Nation.
Which I love Aviator Nation too. Don't get me wrong.
I can tell you've got the hat. I hope somebody's paying you for this. Oh, of course. At least a dollar or two. Oh, that's great. So tell us how you got into biohacking because I know you have, you've helped tens of thousands of people. In fact, the Organifi squad. If I was to ask them, what are some of their top favorite podcasts, you would definitely be up there. They listen to you vigorously and they follow what you're saying. So tell me how you got into the whole biohacking podcast game seven years ago, dude.
That's nice to hear, man. Well, really it started about 25 years ago when I had just completely destroyed my life on the streets of Hollywood. As dramatic as that sounds, that's really what happened. And I got sober, I checked into a treatment center and checked out and thought, now I'm gonna have an amazing life. I got rid of the drugs and alcohol, which everyone was telling me was my problem. But then I realized I was extremely toxic, I mean not just mentally and emotionally and spiritually, but my body was just wrecked. So I got into fasting and infrared saunas and making kombucha and getting colonics and doing all that juicing, all that stuff that was kind of big in the late 90s in the health scene. and I continued to explore all things alternative health, herbalism, healing, et cetera, for the entire time that I was working in Hollywood as a stylist. So I kind of had a double life. I was really focusing on my recovery and learning meditation and yoga and going to India and doing a lot of inner healing work, but also just cleansing my body. And so by the time, almost seven years ago when I kind of left the fashion industry and started my brand, in health and wellness. I think Dave Asprey takes credit for the term biohacking, which may or may not be true, probably is. But before that, you were just kind of called a health nut, right? You were just the person that read all the labels on all the food and hung out at the health food store in the tonic bar at Erewhon. And I had been into that for.
The best place in the world.
Yeah, and the most expensive. You got your $25 elixirs. But I started to realize that more and more people were becoming interested in these topics and that it was becoming less fringe and that this kind of subculture of what's now termed biohacking was really catching on and that I had amassed a lot of experience and discovered a lot of things that worked to support your health and vitality and also discovered a lot of things that didn't work. And so I started sharing that on my podcast, the Lifestylist, about six and a half years ago, and I just continued to be extremely passionate about staying out of a hospital. You know what I mean? It's just, I just don't like being sick. I love having tons of energy. I like to have the physical stamina and strength to perform at a high level. And really what performing at a high level means to me and kind of the whole purpose of the physical health is to fulfill my mission here on Earth, which is a spiritual mission. And so the way I view what people term biohacking is very comprehensive. A lot of it has to do with just mindset, a meditation practice, having spiritual practices, so not just taking care of the body, but taking care of the body with the purpose of evolving spiritually and healing and growing mentally and emotionally.
I love it. So I think about many ways that you could help somebody heal spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, all the things. and one of the biggest would actually be, you know, our talks centered around frequency, centered around radiation, centered around what's happening in the world. And at the beginning of the pandemic, you moved quickly out of LA into Austin, where you have more freedom and there's more space and land. And I see what you guys are doing there. You got a whole, you know, commune of people that are like-minded and whatnot.
Yeah, we're just waiting for you, bro. I love your new house in California. It's beautiful. So it'd be hard to leave. Thank you, brother. And you don't find too many houses that cool in Austin, I'll be honest. But we could really use your company out here.
Well, the crew is there for sure. Every time I see your guys' videos and whatnot, I get a little FOMO for sure. Or Jomo, the joy of missing out, maybe?
Yeah, I like that. I like that.
I'm taking some nootropics right now. I'm working on a formulation. You'd love this. I know you're a big nootropic guy. Here we go. My brain's about to get lit up. Pretty natural. Bacopa, Ginkgo, DMAE, phosphal, still Serene. I don't even know if I pronounced that right. And then of course, Hooperzine. So basic formula.
Nice. Is that something that you guys make it organifi?
Not necessarily. Organifi is an organic Trademark. So we don't produce anything that is an organic at this point.
Oh, cool.
We are dabbling with the idea of working on some high quality formulations that may be, you know, not quite 100% organic, but still glyphosate residue free. Still all of the important ones because there's so many levels to certification, as you know, man. I mean, we, yeah, it's a lot.
You know what? I'm totally deviating from any and all form here, but you know what? Because I've been using organifi stuff for years and you guys have sponsored my podcast off and on, which I, of course, I've loved. But I've always been like on the Organifi Gold, the Organifi Green. And then I've had the red around, but I like the taste of the green and the gold better. But then I realized that the red is a great vasodilator. And so I started making my pre, during and post workout drink using the red, the Organifi. And I'm not trying to make a commercial for Organifi, but it's an awesome product. And then I'll put Ben Greenfield's Kion Aminos in there. And I just, I put like creatine and glutamine and all the stuff. And dude, I swear to God, when I drink that, I'm way stronger and I get way less fatigued. Cause I do like this ARX machine that just, it's about 12 minute workout and it just annihilates you. It's like a robotic resistance training kind of thing. And if I don't drink that and I do that workout, I mean, like my ears are ringing when I stop, I'm just totally smoked. But when I do that red and my little combo there, it It fucking works. It's amazing.
Well, there's rhodiola and cordyceps, which are, as you know, amazing 1000% Vikings used to use rhodiola back in the day.
When they'd go to war.
Oh, cool. I didn't know that. Drink the rhodiola before traveling across. And, the cordyceps, like a lot of the Chinese women, they won like eight gold medals back in like 86 Olympics or something crazy. And, they thought they were on steroids.
So they tested them and it turns.
Out it was cordyceps. No way.
That's crazy.
Yeah, the mushrooms.
Because I didn't even think about it. Yeah, I didn't even think about that. I was just thinking about the beetroot powder and just the, you know, the blood flow that you get with that. But yeah, that's actually interesting that it.
Has those other two herbs in it as well. Well done. Yeah. Thank you. And the berries, we added the highest concentrate of berries that you can find in the world. And berries, as you know, help with stem cell generation naturally and all the good stuff. So yeah, we put a lot of effort and time in our formulations, and now we're glyphosate residue free, which was a huge win for us. as well because there's glyphosate in absolutely everything that's just jacking up people's microbiomes which is a big problem. Brutal, dude. So, as you know. Yeah. But, let's talk a little bit about let's because I know people are going to be like, well, what about, you know, the EMFs and the 5G and everything that's happening? And, I know you and I are on the same page with that stuff. So, let's dive into that. And, I know you also have a course. So, if you guys are interested in picking up Luke's course to shield your house, It's definitely something I have used and I would recommend as well.
Thanks, bro. Yeah, lukestory.com/emfmasterclass. The reason I got into EMFs was, again, going back to the late 90s, I was studying all these kind of fringe alternative doctors and biologists and physicists and all these people that were into natural healing and very contrary to the allopathic path of treating a symptom. And a lot of these doctors, like Dr. Klinghardt, for example, would be one, we're talking so much about EMF and really focusing more on that even than in many cases what you're eating, right? Their perspective as a whole was, yeah, don't eat glyphosate, don't eat pesticides, but there's a massive problem that no one's addressing and that is the electromagnetic radiation in the world. So, that's when I first kind of got clued into it. But, to look at it from a very common sense point of view, what we're talking about is electromagnetic frequencies or electromagnetic fields. And electromagnetism is natural and present in. In our world, in the universe. Right. I mean, the sun is radiation. There's a magnetic field that emanates from. From the Earth. We're on a magnetic ball.
Right.
Well, some might say we're on a magnetic plane. You know, whatever it is. Whatever.
I was gonna ask you about that.
Hey, I don't know, man. I've seen some compelling arguments on both sides. I'm not going. to discount either one at this point. You know, and if you take, yeah, you and me, both. I mean, I've taken 5MeoDMT a number of times, and every time I do that, I'm like, they're all right because this thing is totally made up. It's a total projection. But anyway, that's another conversation. So, you know, oftentimes when I talk about EMF, I'll post something on Twitter and someone will troll me and be like, what about the sun, bro? EMF helps you or whatever. I'm like, no, but see, the, the Defining characteristic here is whether it's a native EMF, meaning a natural EMF. The Sun is so powerful and so healing and great for us. Magnetism, the magnetic field that the Earth produces is extremely health supporting. What we're talking about is non-native or alien EMF. These are frequencies that not only don't exist in the natural world, but the combinations of them that we now see definitely don't exist. And we're talking about 100% different frequencies. So first we had, you know, LTE, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and everyone freaks out about 5G. But most of the 5G that we have now is it's just a different frequency. Some would argue that it's more harmful. But the 5G that people are really concerned about, which is less prevalent and mostly centered in cities, is the gigahertz range of 5G. And those are the short range transmitters that emit tremendous amounts of radiation. but don't go very far. And this is like the smart grid, the smart city thing, which to me is just absolutely terrifying because those frequencies are the ones most associated with tumorous growths and cancer and all that. But the fact is that our world is just full of it. And unless you want to go live in the middle of nowhere, and even there you'd still be getting some radar and other forms of radiation that are just in our atmosphere. It just kind of is what it is. So my recommendation is, A, if you can avoid living in the middle of a highly populated area, do. Move somewhere where there's just less concentration of it. But there's also very practical, well, not so practical, but there's kind of common sense things you can do, such as having your home tested by an EMF mitigation specialist or a building biologist, and they can recommend different shielding paints and materials that you can put inside your house that at least block all of those frequencies from entering into your house. And specifically, what I did on my house here is I did the bedrooms and if and when we had kids, I would also do the kids room. So at least when you're sleeping, you're in an ancestral environment that would mimic the environment that we would have been in 300 years ago before the advent of electricity. So that's kind of the overall thing. But there are also different types of EMF. So everyone is kind of panicking about 5G, but oftentimes in your home, there's also very harmful magnetic fields that are created from bad wiring. There are electric fields that are created from all wiring in your home that actually-- Dirty. Yeah, dirty electricity. Also from bad wiring or for having smart meters. So it's just ubiquitous, it's pervasive, it's everywhere, and it comes in many different forms. So my approach and really what I teach in the EMF masterclass is to avoid going into the fear and panic and anxiety about something that you really can't stop and you can't control. I think someday down the line, there'll be legislation and enough science will be available to people that we're gonna eventually figure out, wow, we can still transmit data and have electrified homes without killing ourselves. But for now, it is what it is. So it's just a matter of a little education and a basic understanding of how this stuff works, and then taking some steps to protect yourself when you can in the most sane way possible. And there's a lot more to say, but that's kind of the basic deal on it. But I also think that the EMF levels on our planet right now are infinitely more dangerous than whatever diet you happen to be on, honestly. I mean, everyone's more virus. I mean, yeah, everyone. Yeah, yeah. Especially that. But everyone's, you know, arguing about being paleo, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, whatever. And it's like, dude, you're probably sleeping next to a Wi-Fi router. Like, it doesn't matter if you're eating lima beans or steak. Honestly, like, you're radiating your entire body and your brain all night when you're sleeping, or you're living next to a cell tower, which is. what led me to my current, you know, focus and passion on EMFs was I was already aware of this stuff for two decades and, and, you know, an EMF safety advocate, an educator, telling all my friends and family about this. And unknowingly, I went and lived, in an apartment in Miracle Mile in LA, and I was living under two massive cell towers that were pointed right at my bedroom about a hundred, about a hundred yards away. And when I was living there, I was already Mr. Biohacker, super healthy. never got sick, felt amazing all the time. When I was living there, I started getting colds and flus and waking up with excruciating headaches. I started to have to wear glasses. I had the gnarliest brain fog imaginable. I was seeing all of these doctors and specialists and healers trying to figure out what was wrong with me. And one day I discovered that I was living under these cell towers that were covered up by this faux wall, like a decorative wall. otherwise I never would have moved in there. So I moved out within a week, hightailed it up to Laurel Canyon, tested the neighborhood where I found this house, and then also did a lot of further mitigation on the house. But really what happened was I got radiation sickness, I mean plain and simple. And it really, really harmed my health and I'm still recovering a few years later, to be honest. I mean it set me back quite a bit.
Yeah, I think Radiation sickness is happening to a lot of people right now and it starts in the microbiome. It can disrupt your thyroid as you know, your brain. If you're waking up with brain fog or you have it throughout the day, that can be a huge thing and a lot of people have skin issues. You know, a lot of people reach out to me and they're like, Hey, I'm developing this rash. I didn't know why I had this rash and you know, any remote view in the world can literally look at what's happening around their house and say, Hey, you have two new 4G towers. I don't even think 5G exists yet in a lot of places. I just think it's 4G ramped up, which is penetrating their house and everything else. So radiation sickness looks a lot like some of the sicknesses that they're actually telling us are happening in the world. And then if you read the work of Arthur, I think it's Arthur Fischburn, Invisible Rainbow, Fistenberg. I know you read this book. You may even be the one that told me to read it. But dude, that opens up your mind to a whole new world of possibility of like what's really happening in the world.
Well, if you, it's crazy. If you, like how he describes in that book, if you look at a graph of human health and pathology over the last few hundred years, you see there's a huge decline with the advent of agriculture. That was the first tank. Our teeth start getting crooked, we start getting scrawnier and more sickly and susceptible to disease. So that's, you know, that's cultivated food versus wild food that hunter-gatherer folks used to live on. And then with the advent of electricity, and then incandescent lighting, there's just this massive drop off and increase in all of these diseases that were formerly either non-existent or exceedingly rare. So when we electrified our homes, World War II, we invented radars, so people living near military bases, even soldiers, a lot of soldiers were getting- Spanish flu. All this, yeah, all this stuff, yeah.
Invention of radio, like radio waves disrupted people. That's when the Spanish flu took off.
Yeah, yeah, and television, all of this stuff that's in our ambient environment. And the thing about EMF that's really frustrating is that because it's not visible, unless you have very expensive meters in most cases to actually read the levels and which frequencies they are and what type of EMF it is, because it's invisible, it's very easy to write it off as tinfoil hat paranoia. Whereas, you know, if you buy some non-organic food that's sprayed with pesticides, it's quantifiable, right? You could have your lettuce tested and they see that it has glyphosate, but It's very difficult to determine the EMF in the environment unless you're a qualified, trained professional that has the equipment to do so. So this is kind of all this hypochondria around, oh, they're like a tinfoil hat person, they're paranoid of EMFs. And I mean, I've heard Elon Musk talk about it on Joe Rogan, and he's like, that's a conspiracy theory. You can put a cell phone, you could tape a cell phone to your head for a week and nothing would happen. I'm like, really, dude? Like, you are definitely, part of the opposition. And this is someone who's presumably intelligent, right? So it's just, it's very easy to, you know, categorize someone as paranoid or delusional or a hypochondriac because EMF is invisible. You can't see it. But man, I'll tell you what, if you have a building biologist like my friend Brian Hoyer, he's got a company called Shielded Healing. They do great work. If you have them come in your house with the meters, the meters make noise and they have lights all over them. And man, who come in your house and it's like, you know, and then you get to actually see something that was formerly invisible, or at least the quantification of something invisible. And that's what really got my attention. I was like, oh my God. I remember we tested around my bed, even when I moved to Laurel Canyon in a less populated area, and there was bad wiring in the house. There was an insanely high magnetic field right where the bed was. And my sleep sucked when I lived there. And magnetic fields are really difficult to shield, actually, unlike RF, which is relatively easy to shield. So, It's a real thing and something that I think we would be well served to build more awareness around.
Yeah, every house I've owned, I've literally shielded it, Orgone Towers. I actually put copper pipes in the ground and like, I do the whole thing.
Yeah, you're the real deal, dude.
Well, that's the tinfoil hat guy.
Well, that's the thing. There's also, you know, there's the more scientific way to deal with EMF is shielding, right? You like put your phone in a Defender shield case. You paint your bedroom as a Faraday cage with the shielding paint.
First, you first you turn your 5G off. Yeah.
Make sure your cell phone doesn't have that on. Yeah, you can do that. I figured that out of my iPhone. But then there's the energetics, like what you're talking about. I mean, there's a whole other realm of dealing with EMF, which makes them less harmful, and that's in the harmonizing space. And this gets into kind of the quantum realm. So, even more susceptible to, you know, judgment from people that are very linear thinking, but Everything is energy and what we're talking about is energy. So, in my office here, I have a thing called the Soma Vedic.
I have another thing called- I love that.
I have one of those, too. Yeah, the Leela Quantum Tech Infinity Block. I've got the Blue Shield Scalar Wave Generator. And, I also have something called FLFE or Focused Life Force Energy that's assigned to this specific suite in this office building where my studio is. So, I have at any given time five or six things that aren't blocking the EMF, but they're harmonizing those waves that are extremely chaotic and unnatural and non-native into creating a more harmonious environment.
Okay, I need links to all this. I'm ordering the rest of that right now.
Dude, you can get FLFE on your house. It's like $35 a month. You could also put it, I don't know if you guys still have corporate offices, but you could, for $35 a month, you could do your entire Organifi office suite. and what it does is it raises the consciousness of that geographic location. And one of the benefits of raising the consciousness is that it makes everyone less susceptible to EMF. They actually imbue the frequencies that they send to you.
No way.
Yeah, they imbue the frequencies that they send to your house with organite or. No, I'm sorry, shungite. So they. They program the frequency. Everything is frequency. Everything has. frequency signature in the universe, right? So, they program Shungite, which is a.
Really great mitigator for EMF into the.
432 hertz into the FLFE frequency. And so, your whole house is basically bathed in the frequency of Shungite, which is how the EMF protection works with that focused life force energy or FLFE.
It's incredible, man. All right. We're going to leave show notes in links in the show notes, you guys, for all these things. Every time I hang out with Luke, my CPA calls me. They're like, Hey, we just want to let you know that you spent X amount over the past weekend. Is this normal or was one of your credit cards stolen? And I'm like, Hey, I was just hanging out with Luke's story. This is what happens when you hang.
Out with a fellow biohacking brother. It is, man. But the thing is, I always remind people is that really the most powerful things I think you can do for your health are free. It's just that they require discipline. So ice baths, sun gazing, naked Sun Time, breath work, prayer.
Do you son your genitals, though?
Yeah.
Audience wants to know 100. So you go outside and you do perineum, is it called?
I mean, I don't like, you know, put my ass up to the sky. Like. Like Troy, you know, it's a butthole, Sunny.
No, I have our buddy Troy.
I've not done that, but I. I have these little. I forget what they're called, but they're kind of like tan line proof little shorts that I got on Amazon. They're called trokinis or shit, I forget what they're called.
But of course it's a trokinis.
But basically they let, you know, all the UV spectrum in. And yeah, I've been, you know, sunbathing naked for years. I've never been sunburned. I have a really strong solar callus, probably from sun gazing and also mitigating blue light.
People don't, I've noticed sun gazing helps.
A lot with that. It does. And also if you start blocking the blue light in your environment at night, it also helps you to build a solar callus and become more resilient. Blue light at night, the exposure actually makes you more susceptible to getting sunburned.
It's crazy. I was, for a while I noticed I was waking up like at 2:00, 3:00 in the morning. And it's, number one, it's because the EMFs or the Wi-Fi router was actually close to the new house that I was in. So I just unplugged that, unhooked it. it. And I noticed my dreams, my ability to astral travel or my ability to have an OBE or a lucid dream was, like, greatly minimized. And I would wake up and I would look at my phone and, like, see what time it was. And all that blue light was hitting me. Now I have the. The red light thing on, as you have to, right? You can actually turn the red light thing on. Yeah, but it. It was jacking up my sleep. My thyroid was off. I looked at a blood test. I'm like, what is going on? So I had to completely engineer and biohack myself from everything that I knew but I wasn't implementing because we can know it but if we're not doing it then it doesn't matter. So like you said, the best stuff is free stuff. It's sun gazing, it's full body sunning. It's, you know, what would be your top, I would say three or four supplement stack that you take every day that really helps you be an optimal Luke story right now.
Oh man, you know, that's funny. They actually change a lot. based on kind of what my goals are. And I get asked that question and then I'm like, I can't remember. But you know what? Actually, I do know right now. It's funny because I'm thinking about what I'm trying to visualize my kitchen cabinet where I keep all my supplements. But lately, I discovered this guy out of Florida named Dr. John LaRocca and we've become friends. He's been on my show a couple times and he's got a company called MitoZen. and Mitozen make a number of different products, but they specialize in nasal sprays and suppositories. And the nasal sprays are great. He has this thing called Zen spray, which is like a Amazonian hot base spray, which is really beautiful. But he has glutathione sprays and things like that. But his suppositories are incredible. He's got one now that's made with methylene blue. He's got another with high dose NAD and the, and in the two NAD precursors, he's got glutathione. It's got all of these products that come in these little suppositories, which are basically like something made out of palm oil about the size of an almond that you put in your key, you keister, put in the old rear end. And what's incredible about suppositories is weird as that might sound, they're used in the medical industry a lot in pharmaceuticals often come in suppositories. And the reason why I find those to be most effective and just more fun, let's face it, is because you get.
You just say that in an accent.
Yeah, I'm just kidding. Like, when you go get an IV, you get an NAD shot or IV, like a Myers cocktail, nutrient, micronutrient IV. You only get blood plasma, like Peak blood plasma level for one to two hours, and then you just stop metabolizing it, and the rest just kind of goes to waste. When you take a capsule or a pill, same thing, very low blood saturation. When you do a suppository, at least if they're made right, you're getting five to seven hours of peak plasma of that nutrient. So if you like today I did one of his polyphenols ones, it has all these, you know, kind of antioxidants in it called Lusitol and it's just incredible for brain inflammation and brain function. It's awesome. So I'm gonna get like five to seven hours of that nutrient just slow dripped into my system through this very permeable wall of your colon. which is like a mucous membrane like the inside of your mouth. So many supplements, you know, you take sublingually and they basically go directly into your bloodstream and you're bypassing the metabolism of your liver and your other eliminatory and digestive organs, et cetera. So I would say the MitoZen are probably my most consistent daily supplements at the moment and they just happen to go in the opposite end. I love that.
I just sent you a link, Zen nasal spray, miteozin.com.
Yeah, that's my guy.
Perfect. The guy looks healthy, man.
Oh, he's my age. I think he's like a year older, maybe 52. He's ripped. He's super healthy. And he had Lyme disease. He had mold poisoning. He's been through hell and he's like a really healthy guy. And his products are just insane. I mean, he's like you with Organifi. John Laurence again is his name. he's just obsessed with quality control and efficacy. And, this stuff's not cheap. I mean, the suppositories and whatnot are pretty expensive, but you're not just getting expensive pee. Like I said, they're so absorbable and your body has such an easy time utilizing them because of the delivery. But, he's a wizard, man. His formulations are just nuts.
I was actually going to start a suppository line a couple of years ago because I was using glutathione and I was looking at different forms of gluten, NAC and the things that the FDA is trying to outlaw now.
Yeah, yeah.
Bioavailability.
Anything that works. Yeah, exactly.
So that's interesting.
And also, I've been on the peptides, too. I know you're a peptides guy.
Oh, yeah. Talk to me about peptides. Whose are you using?
What are you doing? What's your ritual? I went to see, I've had this chronic pain in my hip and lower back for a long time and I'm sure people on my podcast are so sick of hearing about it, but I've been able to fix just about everything in my life except that. I've had improvement, but it's not totally gone. So I went to see Dr. Matt Cook in San Jose, California. Dr. John Laurance was actually there with me that we stayed at Matt's that weekend and just partied and listened to the Grateful Dead and then went in and got this hydro section injections where they put you under ultrasound and they do ultrasound guided injections where they put peptides and growth factors and things like in the fascial plane. It's really fascinating. So you're laying there and you're watching the monitor, the ultrasound monitor, and you can actually see the needle going in and splitting the fascia apart and getting these growth factors, stem cells, peptides, et cetera, right in there. It's really incredible and it definitely helped. I'm gonna keep going back until it's fixed. So Matt recommended that I get on a really solid peptide regimen. So I'm doing, God, I wish I had the brand. One of the companies I use is Peptide Sciences, but there are two others and I'll have to look at the bottles at home because they're ones that are new to me, but I do BPC-157, TB500, that's a combo. And that's where I'll inject locally where I'm having pain. Like I've been having some weird bursitis in my right foot and so I've been injecting those between my toes because they're incredible anti-inflammatory. But man, putting a needle between your toes is not fun. I'm just gonna admit that right here.
That sounds terrible.
And then I'm doing four other, oh, then I'm doing GK. what's it called? GK.
You probably know the other growth hormone one.
Yeah. And it also has copper in it. GK1, maybe it is. And then also doing.
Oh, for hair. For hair.
Yeah. But it's also. It's really good for tissue regeneration, too. That's why I'm using it. I could probably use it up on my head, though, too. And then I'm also doing piney pineal. I think it's called pineal. For your pineal gland?
Yeah.
And so those are the ones that I do locally. Then there's a bunch of other ones I can't pronounce.
I'd have to send them to you. Wait, are you injecting the pineal one.
In your pineal gland? No, no, that I use the same needle. I put those four that I just mentioned. I put those all in like a, I guess a hundred CCs it is needle, like an insulin needle. And I just do those all in one shot locally wherever I'm trying to work on a regeneration. And then there's four other ones that don't remember the names of. And they're for ones for your liver, ones for your heart. They're more for your organs. I'd have to look at home. I've just got on those.
Moti. Moti is a good one for your heart and cholesterol and everything else.
I'm not on that one, but I'll send them to you.
Lots of heart stuff going on today, man. Lots of people are having heart stuff.
Yeah, no, I wonder why.
We gotta speak in code. We gotta speak in code on this podcast.
It's probably because so many people are getting the seasonal cold.
Well, it's a seasonal cold and climate change. Climate change is a big thing when it comes to heart. Oddly enough, oddly enough.
Yeah, it's definitely smog is definitely prone to causing heart failure. Yeah. So yeah, the peptides and the suppositories, I think if I'm going to spend a decent amount of money on something, I want the most powerful stuff that's going to work. and then aside from that, you know, as I said, I kind of fluctuate my, you know, my oral supplements and things like that. But pretty basic, you know, I take K2 and just things that you don't really get enough of from food and then various Nootropics. I'm always playing with different Nootropic Stacks and things like that, whether it's Qualia or Alpha Brain or whatever one I happen to have laying around.
Have you heard of Dr. Carnover?
Yeah, Craig Carnover. Yeah, he was just out here in Austin a couple weeks ago. We were hanging out. Yeah, great guy.
Yeah, he's got some great peptides as well. I've been doing his fast vitamins for a couple years and I've noticed huge results. It's literally a whole IV in a three-minute push.
Dude, I did one out here, man. It was intense.
How'd you feel?
I felt great. It was amazing. I mean, I actually prefer just kind of getting it over with in one fell swoop versus sitting on an IV for 30-45 minutes. Yeah, he has them here. There's an incredible center here called Kuya. K-U-Y-A. It's next to the Onnit headquarters. And they do ketamine therapy and float tanks and ice baths and saunas, and then they have a whole functional medicine division and IVs. It's a really cool model. Hopefully, if you come out and visit, we could go hang out there. But Conover is one of their medical directors, along with Dr. Dan Stickler and Dr. Dan Engel. So they have just a rockstar team there. And this guy Gunter is one of the founders. And Just beautiful space. You would love it. It's so well done. It's just like you just want to hang out there anyway because it's so awesome in terms of just the aesthetics, but they're doing all the cutting edge stuff, including Craig's fast IVs.
Yeah, the fast IVs are great. I'm on his Apex right now.
Oh, what's that?
Which is one of his pet. You would actually love this. It's Hexarelin in the AM. It's MGF, BPC 157 SEMAX, which is a neutral.
Oh, right, right.
And then it's got the GHRP-6. and then at night, you do 40 units of Epithalon, Pineal and like you said, BPC-157 again, Thymosin Alpha 1. I think there's Thymalin in it, TB-500 and then Celank at night. Let me tell you, I sleep like a baby. Yeah, it's so good, man. You would love it.
You know what he sent me was some DSIP, the deep sleep inducing peptide in a nasal spray, which I've been using a bit.
That's really cool. Yeah.
Dr. Conover's, he's just cutting edge, dude. He's so cool. He's just got, he also, you know what he sent me too, which is really cool, is some thyroid capsules. And I don't even remember what he said, but he's like, just start with one a day. And dude, my energy on those fucking things is insane. Like I usually would, not that I have to, but I like to take like a new calm meditation or a short nap in the afternoon around four. I usually have a slump and I just take that as a time to kind of regroup. and have a little recovery time. And I've actually fell out of the habit of doing it because I just have energy all day. It's just crazy. I don't think it's something he sells per se, but it's wild, like the difference in my energy. So I must have like a sleepy thyroid or something, I'm guessing, because by adding that, it's just like, whoa, massive energy all day.
Well, one of the biggest things with Austin's loaded with towers, right? Like when Trump rolled out operation warp speed, it was more 5G, 5G, quote unquote, 4G turned up in Florida and then also Austin, Texas, and all those other areas. And, I think what I'm guessing is that can really jack people's thyroids up. Oh, electromagnetic frequencies, as you know.
Yeah.
So, you wear something to block it, too, right? Like the bio geometry thing.
I have the bio geometry stuff in the house. This is a little capsule made by Leela Quantum Tech, the guys that make my Here, let me show you.
Yeah, you guys wearing something to block you.
This is the Leela, this is the infinity block. And it's really cool. You can, I have an intention in here, which I'll keep private, but I put my intentions in here, but I also put objects in here and charge them with quantum energy. It sounds crazy, but it, I need to stay on the mic, but it actually works. So those guys make this little capsule and it doesn't block EMF But again, like with all of the kind of energetic technologies, it harmonizes the field around you and it said, and I believe it with some of these products, not all of them on the market. Obviously there's a lot of bogus like quantum stickers and things out there, but it actually makes you stronger and more resilient. So I'm a huge fan of all that stuff. Me too, man.
I've been using the biogeometry trays to charge my water. I've been getting into Tachyon. Have you gotten into Tachyon?
No, I haven't. I haven't. That's in the periphery. I keep hearing about it.
I'm going to send you something. It's a nano tachyon spray that you spray in your mouth five times. Oh, cool. And the research that I'm looking at and how this stuff works, like I literally just started it two days ago, but I'm already noticing a difference. I'll get you a bottle of that as well. And I'll talk about it more on the Drew and youd show later on, you guys. But let us let Luke and I test this first.
Well, and then we'll get it out. The thing is with geeks like us, and I'm just going to include you in that indiscriminately. Yeah. is that it's often, it's hard to quantify what's working. You know, it's like, you know, Dr. Conover or Mitozen or any of the stuff that I'm adding to Leela Quantum Technology. People ask me, well, does it work? And it's like, yeah, I've looked at the studies, I've looked at the research enough to believe that it's valid enough for me to spend my money on. But sometimes I wish I kind of had the discipline to just stop doing everything, just eat steak and water for a week. and then add something and see what it does. You know, like, I definitely noticed that thyroid that, that I got from Craig that my energy went up. Because after a couple weeks, I'm like, huh, something's different. Did I change anything? And I definitely know that I added that into everything I'm already doing. But do you find that it's kind of difficult sometimes to tell what's working? Because you just keep, you know, going nuts with all this stuff.
Yes. And I like to muscle test before I do anything. I'm like one of the weirdos. I do a simple.
This muscle dude, would you teach me that?
I've been, it's so easy.
I've been needing and wanting to learn muscle testing for probably 15 years since I discovered the work of David Hawkins. And I just like, I have friends like you and a couple more that know how to do it. And I'm like, teach me. And then we forget and it never happens. Not like it will happen with you because we don't live in the same city. But I'm like, I think muscle testing is so brilliant and underutilized, generally speaking. Not many people know about it and fewer people even know how to do it reliably.
Muscle testing works. And then you just get to a place where it's intuition. Like, I know, and I know 1000%. I don't know if anybody else was watching this video, but also being a projector, like, and maybe that's not what it is, but it's just, I grew up gifted as a kid, and I know what works for people. Whatever that thing was with the three, the pyramid looking thing.
Yeah.
That's really good for you, man. Yeah. Like, I saw the energy coming off of that, and I'm like, all right.
This is really helping. Well, you know what's cool about this? this thing. And I'm gonna do a video on this is if I close, I mean, I need to have someone else do it for me, but if I just close my eyes and put my hand inside of it, I feel the energy. And what I want to do is get my wife to take a video of me where it's like I'm blindfolded and she puts it over my hand and takes it off to see if I can really tell if I feel the energy. But I swear to God, when I put my hand in here, I can see it. It's like a buzzing feeling. It's totally crazy.
Your hand almost looks like it's phasing back and forth in the video, even.
Really?
Like it's wild. Yeah. There's like something happening there.
Yeah.
We need you and I need to build like a office chair that you sit in or you just sleep in.
Like a top or tomb. Totally.
You know, like that.
Well, you're one of the rare people, Drew, that I know that as you said, you have a gift for energetics and I remember when I interviewed you for my podcast, the Lifestylist, the way you were talking, I remember thinking, oh, this guy's probably done a lot of plant medicines. You're tapped into the quantum unseen realms. And I asked you, I was like, have you done a lot of psychedelics? And you're like, no, I've never done anything. I was like, that's so interesting. You've found a way to achieve subtle awarenesses of the energetics without actually having to take anything from outside of yourself to awaken those powers. Most people I know that are able to do things like that have had to really not only cultivate it but usually get a boost from some sort of shamanic experience of some kind, which has been the case for me. I mean, my six senses have definitely been awakened and I've become much more aware of them as a result of plant medicine experiences and things like that. But, you're a rare breed. You just kind of seem to have been born with it.
Yeah, I was. I grew up with a lot of trauma. You and I have talked about that. Yeah. All the physical abuse, the torture. And I think trauma is stored fuel. So the more I unlock that, the more I. I wake up and the more I realize that this. And I've always known this was a dream or an illusion, or this is a simulation, or this is a projection, like you said earlier. So it's how can I play the game within the projection, not being too attached to it, but to see all the subtle energies. and I think working with a Toltec shaman for the past 13 years has been powerful as well. In dream time, I'm a big dreamer. I started lucid dreaming when I was five. So, I've literally done thousands of ayahuasca ceremonies. I've died hundreds of times. I've been trapped in water. Water is like stored memory. You know how powerful water is. In dreams, where I've seen every single person in my life who I love and I'm no longer in the earth plane and how grieved me after I've gone stuck in water molecules.
That's very Ayahuasca.
Yeah. I've been on the Rainbow Bridge a couple of times, crossing the Rainbow Bridge and shaking because all the emotion, all the love, all the people, all the places, the things that I would remember in every human experience, every incarnation, I had to let go and leave. And it was so painful that I just couldn't do it and I just threw myself back in my physical 3D body. and dude, it's been nuts and it's so much growth, you know, I mean, you've done the journeys, you've actually done the medicine. So yeah, you've been there.
Well, I find it interesting, you know, that you have been able to explore those realms just within yourself. And it it brings to mind a really, I think, important teaching when it comes to plant medicines and psychedelics in that the substance that you take and I'm talking about very intentional, not recreational, but intentional healing work, right? And spiritual work. prayer time with medicines is that it's not that the medicine is doing anything to you. It's just that it's, it's allowing you to do something that's already within you, that you, in your normal waking state, most people at least just don't have access to, you know, and I think that's a really important distinction. And I think also helps one not get too attached to those Peak experiences and become dependent on them. as the only gateway into, you know, the Unseen Realms or the only Gateway to Spirit. They're really just lifting the veil and assisting you in seeing what's already present within you and around you, and that your experience is proof of that.
And.
And my wife, Alison, is the same way. She's a shaman and very rarely works with medicine. She sits at her altar, and I'll talk to her, say, what's happening? How you doing? And she'll tell me about a journey she went on just like you. And she's not doing any kind of medicine. She just, you know, she knows how to drop into a certain state that makes her receptive to messages and, and, and, and Realms that are outside of the dimension that we are able to access purely with our senses. There's, there's other senses that we have that are kind of untapped, which is really fascinating.
Yeah, I love this stuff, man. Every We're so blessed to be able to travel multi-dimensionally like into that. And I loved your work with the plants and I love your relationship with Allison. It was cool to witness and see you guys in Sedona. And it was at the beginning of your love affair. And now it's like this full-blown synchronistic partnership that you guys have.
Oh, man.
And I know everybody that's witnessed that has been blessed up.
It's wild.
Thanks for being a demonstration.
Yeah, it's wild, especially especially for me, having had such a difficult time with that area of life for so long, I just, you know, like you mentioned, trauma. I mean, the trauma that I experienced in my childhood just, it really, really scarred me. And I had such a difficult time with codependency and attachment issues and love avoidance and sort of, what's the word? Just understanding the purpose and nature of my sexual being and, you know, how I misuse that and other people and just so much stuff I had to work through. And I spent years and years doing so in a really committed way. And the culmination of it with Allison has just been the biggest gift. It's like, It's a real confirmation to me that doing the work pays off, that it's all worth it, you know, and getting back on the horse after having your heart broken or breaking someone else's heart or breaking each other's hearts, however it plays out, like closing your heart to the experience of love is never the right answer, I think, you know? And so just having the courage to keep exploring and allowing myself to become more vulnerable and receptive to true intimacy and trusting another person and trusting myself to know that I can trust them and all of that. It's been incredible. It really is just like a fairy tale of a relationship. I'm astonished every day by how easy and healthy and fulfilling and fun it is. I literally couldn't have imagined that this was even possible.
It's just like, wow.
I mean, if I heard myself talking right now five years ago, I'd be like, I'm sure you guys are fighting and whatever, you know, it's just like, no, it's just cool. There's a mutual understanding and it's also different than what I thought, you know, a healthy love would look like. It's more of an alignment than it is an infatuation. It's not exciting in the classical sense. Like, the exciting part of it is that it feels so safe and so comfortable, and it just feels like home to be with her versus the anticipation of like, she was just out of town for 10 days or so, and a couple of people asked me, Did you miss her? And I said, yeah, of course I missed her, but not in the way that I was used to experiencing, because it's the longest time we've ever been apart. It's not the way that I'm used to missing someone where there's like a part of me has been ripped out and I don't feel whole and complete because they're not physically present. It's like I missed her because life was just a little more flat and there was just, I missed the experience of her company, but it wasn't like missing her as an attachment or missing her as a possession. It's just like, oh yeah, things are just a little less fun because I come home from work and she's not there and I think about her and of course I miss her, but It's not in an addictive, needy, possessive energy, which is the only way that I've ever experienced missing someone, for example.
Yeah, in my experience, it's the dopamine versus oxytocin.
Oh, that's good. I like that.
Yeah, so it's the flashy, quick high, get the hit, the drugs. You know, the molecule of more versus the molecule of love. and consistency and commitment. And it's not as exciting all the time, but it feels like home. Yeah. You're a walking hug when you're around this person. There's just so much love animating you and, and animating the space. And I've seen it. I've witnessed it. I remember the fact that you're still in it. Yeah.
I remember my dad telling, he's on his third marriage. It's a very successful one. They're very happy and in love and have been, been together 20 plus years or something, and. When I used to call him, you know, licking my wounds, trying to get an elder's guidance after another breakup, you know, he'd always say, Luke, you did it again. I said, what? He goes, you, chased excitement. And I was like, well, what else is there? He said, Luke, when you meet a woman, what you want to look for is a feeling of comfort, not a feeling of excitement. And I remember him telling me that and I'm going, what? I don't want to feel comfortable. I want to get high. It's like, comfort, that sounds boring. And now, you know, I'm 51 and I'm like, ah, the old man Tina was right once again, you know, he really, he learned a lot in his, in his, you know, life lessons. And it was such a beautiful lesson, just that feeling of the feeling of home rather than the feeling of a drug, you know, and it's, it's not only so much more rewarding, but it just, it's so balancing to one's life. I mean, I feel like my life is just so on purpose. And I just have a sense of balance and groundedness that I've never had before because that kind of pair bonding human need is being fulfilled in such a stable and safe way that it's like all of the energy that I used to put into the pursuit of excitement or even pursuit of excitement disguised as a pursuit of fulfillment is just done. It's full, like box checked, were good. And so now there's all of this excess energy to go be of service in the world and not be bleeding my energy into the pursuit of excitement or novelty or any of the things that used to be so motivating and ultimately so draining and destructive to my life and also to the lives of many people that I interacted with, unfortunately.
Yeah, the wounded boy always has to be cleaned up after. So the decisions and the mistakes that we make when we're all wounded and all the things I could totally relate to you, man. Chasing the dopamine high and dating girls that I knew it wasn't for me, but for whatever reason, I was addicted to the wound on wound or the trauma wounds. Yeah, trauma bonding, man.
It's a real thing. Yeah, it's a real thing. I remember Neil Strauss telling me about that. He's really good at psychology. He's an author, he's a friend, and he's been on my podcast. And he's the one, I think, that turned me on to this concept of trauma bonding. It took me a while to really unpack what that meant because I could read about it and get sort of an intellectual understanding of it. But then I started to really notice that I was having the experience of it. And that was when, you know, I would meet someone and there was just this overwhelming excitement and anticipation and it just felt so right, you know, and then I started to see over time, especially having extricated myself from those behavior patterns based on my trauma and my wounds, especially in the context of being with Allison, it wasn't that when I met those women that it felt right. It was that it felt familiar and that I was, I was acting out these archetypal dynamics that were either more based on my relationship with my mother when I was young, which, which played out a lot of, a lot of times. And then I started to see that and heal that and also heal the relationship with actual mother. And then I had a relationship in which the dynamic between my childhood relationship with my dad was played out. And both of those just broadly speaking were more of the first leg of that being kind of me being the love avoidant and trying to push away someone who I perceived to be kind of more in the needy dynamic. In other words, that person wanted more from me than I wanted to give. And then I kind of turned the tables and went to the opposite. That was which my, with my dad, when I was younger, he was much less available and I was more in need of his love and attention and care and softness and emotional availability. And he was unable at that time to provide that. And so I unconsciously sought out a partner who fit that archetype perfectly. And then I was like the needy one wanting more and not getting it and being met with with frigidity and coldness and such, right? And that after experiencing both of those spectrums, I was really able to see that phenomenon of trauma bonding. Like it just feels so right, but yet it's painful for both parties and you just can't stop. You can't get out of the dance. You just find yourself on the dance floor again, picking a new dance partner and doing the exact same moves and going, how did this happen again? What's going on here, you know? then there's one common denominator and it's me. It's not that, oh, those women, you know, she was a or she was a this. It's like, no, no, no, no, no. There's something unhealed within me that drove me to seek that experience in order for me to be able to bring it to the surface within myself and have the ability to heal it and move on from it. And I think that's what's so interesting and novel to me about my, my current relationship is just none of those things are at play with either of us to any measurable degree. Yeah. It's crazy.
You found a medicine woman.
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Yeah.
And you became the medicine man.
Yeah.
Like attracts like.
Yeah, it's true.
And that's so cool, my friend.
Yeah.
And I love hearing that. I know my audience is definitely going to want to have you back on the show. We're at about an hour now. Where can the Drew and you family find you? What's the best place to go? I know we mentioned the EMF protocol. People are going to want that. I'm going to list the links for all of the EMF harmonizing stuff. But where else can they find you?
Well, you know, the main thing I'm excited about right now, the EMF course, the EMF Home Safety Masterclass came out about a year ago, and two weeks ago I just launched my new blue blocking eyewear brand. It's called Gilded by Luke Story.com, G-I-L-D-E-D, gilded by Luke Story.com, and I made some really cool, fashionable blue blocking glasses that I'm really excited about. So those are kind of the two offerings I have, and then of course my podcast, the Lifestylist, on which you've been a guest, as we said, and many other incredible people. And then you can find all of my stuff at lukestory.com. yes. And message me, you guys.
You're gonna have more questions for Luke as well. I like bringing on repeat guests. That's kind of the goal. So people get more familiar with you, too. So maybe in the next quarter or whatever, we can have you back on and we'll address some of those questions.
Yeah, I'd love to.
Let's go deeper. Let's go deeper into relationships, deeper into the quantum realm. and just take everyone on a journey.
I love it. Yeah, I love it. Well, we covered a lot of ground in an hour today. That's pretty good. I mean, we jumped around a lot, but I think both of us are enthusiastic and fast talkers, so we nailed it. I'm really excited we got to share some of this stuff.
And get yourself some of those glasses to you guys. I have a couple pair. They are awesome. I like the yellow because I wear them during the day and I have more energy. It's almost like there's more, I don't know what it is. You probably could explain it better than I do, but I wear these yellow glasses is my mood's improved a little bit. I noticed everything's a little bit brighter. It's a little bit more saturated.
What's the theory behind the yellow glasses? You wear the yellow glasses, you still are able to produce some cortisol, so they don't make you sleepy, but they are more calming because the unnatural non-native spectrum of blue light that we get through windows, like through glass and emanating from our computers and devices, like EMFs, that spectrum of blue light literally doesn't exist anywhere in the universe. Sunlight is a full spectrum spectrum light. So that's just calming your nervous system. And then when you put on the more Amber or red colored glasses, those are for night time. And after a few minutes of wearing those, you actually stop producing cortisol and start producing melatonin. So they, they actually will make you tired. I mean, I wear mine out at parties just because it's a bunch of blue light. And if I put them on, I start getting tired and I want to go home. It's, it's crazy. It really, really works. And then the minute you take off the red lenses at night, you'll start producing cortisol again. Cortisol and melatonin. kind of co-conspirators. If you're producing cortisol, it shuts down melatonin. If you're producing melatonin, it shuts down cortisol. And our biology is regulated by our relationship to the color spectrum of light to which we're exposed. So makes sense that when you wear the yellow lenses in the day, your nervous system calms down a bit.
That makes sense. And then the red at night is good, too.
So, yeah, man. I've been wearing the blue blocking glasses for years. I used to get them on Amazon and they were like these big construction goggles. Maybe they were for golf or something, I don't know. But they were so lame looking. All my friends would make fun of me. It was super embarrassing. But I would wear them anyway just as an ego deflation technology.
I remember that. You were wearing them before Dave Asprey or any of these other biohackers?
Yeah, I was willing to look like a douche lord just to get good sleep. And I noticed that they worked but then some brands started producing them and I just didn't like the frames. I wanted some cool glasses that I would wear in real life that actually block the right spectrum of light and that's why I just decided to make my own.
I love it.
If no one else is solving your problem, you just solve it yourself. Yes.
All right, you guys, make sure you follow Luke's story. Thank you, brother, for coming on. Thanks, dude.
Connect. This was great for us.
To catch up.
I know, dude. Rather than, like, talking on the phone every few months, we should just do a podcast. And we're gonna talk about all the same anyway, minus maybe a couple personal details, you know? Yeah.
They want to hear the personal details. That'll be in the next one. All right, dude.
All right, dude. Much love.
We're in this together. Me, too, Drew. Good to see you, man.
