In this patient‑testimonial interview, Dr. Joshua John‑Ram Schacter speaks with 76‑year‑old Greg Fisher about his severe knee pain that limited daily activities and threatened the need for joint replacement. After learning about Dr. Schacter’s advertising, Greg chose to undergo autologous bone‑marrow stem cell injections combined with platelet‑rich plasma (PRP) at Pinnacle Integrative Orthopedics. The procedure was described as brief with only brief, short‑lived discomfort at the injection site. Post‑procedure downtime was minimal—about two to three days—and Greg returned to normal activities within a week to ten days. Several months later he reports approximately 90 % improvement in pain, no longer requires pain medication, and can walk, shop, and engage in daily tasks without the severe limitations he previously experienced. He emphasizes occasional mild discomfort if he over‑exerts his knees but notes it resolves with rest. Greg strongly recommends Pinnacle’s regenerative‑medicine approach to others, describing the experience as exceeding his expectations and worth trying.

All right, so today we have Greg Fisher.
Yes.
Greg, if you don't mind, would you, would you give me your age?
Yes, I'm 76.
76 years young. So tell me, my friend, what was life like before your treatment?
Well, you know, on my knees. My knees have been causing me trouble. Of course, I worked a lot on concrete floors, long hours, many days. I was self-employed. And got to where my knees were just shot, and I was at the point where I either needed to replace them or find something else to do. And that's when I discovered you on your advertising.
And we did stem cell injections. We used your own bone marrow. We also did PRP for your knees. What were you unable to do that made you upset?
Oh, well, you know, just the limitations on what I Could and couldn't do. It got to where walking was difficult, even walking across the yard in the house, especially if the weather changed. It was even worse.
Yeah. So what finally triggered you to come in here and meet me here at Pinnacle?
Well, it was time to do something, whatever that would be. And so I found you and your advertising, and I thought, let's give it a shot.
And What were your feelings? You'd been told maybe you needed a knee replacement.
Yes, both.
And what was your feeling about that?
Well, I wasn't ready to do that yet.
Okay.
You know, the surgery and, you know, the going under the needle and all the stuff that it entails.
What kind of concerns did you have prior to our procedures?
I guess as much as anything, just the educational part of it.
Yeah, yeah. So what were the procedures like?
It was fine, no trouble at all.
Yeah, any pain during the procedures?
No. Well, you know, when we did the stem cells, there was a little bit of pain there, but I mean, it was short-lived.
What kind of downtime did you have after our procedures?
2 or 3 days, 2 or 3 days. Not bad.
And then when did you go back to doing what you normally do?
I'm not sure if I understand that question.
When did you go back to your normal activities after we had done your procedure?
Oh, within a week, 10 days.
Yeah.
I mean, I could tell from the start it was helping.
Great. And how much improvement have you had so far?
90% anyway.
Fantastic.
90%.
Fantastic. And we did those procedures months ago for you.
We did. It's been several months ago.
So what's life like now?
A lot better. Not where I was when I was younger, but, you know, I'm able to walk. I'm able to do the things I want to do. The pain is not like it was before. Now, I do know this, if I overdo things, if I— late in the day, if I'm— and I'm an active person, always was— if I Stay busy on my knees, walking, doing things. In the middle of the afternoon, 3 o'clock, somewhere like that, sometimes I get pain, but if I sit down, the pain goes away again. It's completely gone.
Was that the case before you had your procedures?
It was not, and I was, you know, I wasn't taking them every 4 hours, but I wasn't taking some Tylenol, different things, at least 2, 3 times a week.
How often do you take medicine now?
I don't.
That's great. So what are you able to do now, Keith, that you weren't able to do in the past?
Well, again, on my feet, walking, shopping, doing what you do, you know, enjoying life.
Wonderful. What would you tell somebody who's considering coming to Pinnacle Integrative Orthopedics?
Well, I think it's worth a try. It helped me, and there's a lot of support out there that encourages this kind of stuff. So, but yes, I'm sold on it.
Thank you, my friend. Anything else that you'd like to tell somebody who's considering coming over here and working with our team?
You know, look about, look at it, think about it, and it worked for me. That's all I can say. I mean, new ways of medicine.
Exactly. Thank you so much.
Yes, sir.
Thank you. I appreciate you.
Thank you and your staff. I could not be any happier with you and your staff. Y'all really exceeded my expectations.
