So once you get your pricing correct, that's going to be job one for your practice. Being able to solve your cash flow problems is one of the things I think Matt does best from the start. That's number one. Number two is how do you give a patient a quality experience that they're willing to pay a premium price for? I would not have been able to develop any programs that we have at Pinnacol without the input of my colleague in the program, without Matt's advice and he has a very well structured framework for how to accomplish these things. I also think that we as physicians are taught or trained and believe me, this is 100% on purpose, you have been taught by your system to not believe in yourself as a financier, as an entrepreneur, as someone who could deal with money.
