Right now, in the United States, it's legal to use three different types of orthobiologics. So you have prp. That's where we take your blood. We spin that blood in a centrifuge to get platelets. We concentrate those platelets very highly, and we inject those specifically into a tissue. And then we have bone marrow aspirate, which is. We call it bmac, Bone Marrow aspirate concentrate. That's where we take the patient's actual stem cells from inside their bone marrow. And we do the same sort of process. We will concentrate that with the centrifuge. And then we take and inject that very focused and directed under ultrasound, a specific location that we want to treat. That's very good for healing things like tendon tears. And then we also have what's called mfat, which is where we take and we do fat aspirates. It's almost like a liposuction, like a mini liposuction. So take fat cells, and fat actually has stem cells in it, and we take that fat and we inject it into the joint as well.
