This is a YouTube video titled "Don't Treat PRP Like a Steroid Injection" created on December 11, 2024. It contains a monologue or advice about the healing process, emphasizing the importance of giving oneself time to heal rather than expecting quick fixes like steroid injections.

Give yourself time to heal. Do the things you need to do to get healed, and then it'll go better. Don't treat it like it's a steroid injection or something. Shots in, and then you'll be good for a while and you come back and get some more shots and it's a healing process. And once I got my mind around that, give yourself time to heal, do the things you need to do to get healed, and then it'll go better.
