We don't have anywhere near the pain of a surgery with any of these procedures. Orthobiologics procedures can be uncomfortable, and in fact, to have an injection in some areas, particularly of the shoulder, can be sore. The actual harvest of bone marrow itself is relatively painless. I've had patients tell us that it's really not even as bad as having your blood drawn. In a lot of cases, we do that under ultrasound guidance, and we numb the area very well. So if you've had experience or heard about somebody having a bone marrow biopsy, that is not the same thing as we're doing. It's an extremely comfortable procedure. And in fact, we've posted some videos of some of my friends getting bone marrow procedures, and you can see the gentleman's talking to us. And it really doesn't take very long to do.
