Higher levels of platelet increase our efficiency. There's always questions as to whether PRP is effective. I think what we're finding is that PRP is dependent on its preparation, and we're finding that the higher platelet concentrations really matter. Don Buford down in Dallas, Texas, is an amazing researcher, and he's done a lot of work in this area, and he's found very conclusively that higher levels of platelet increase our effigy. This particular critical review did not find difference between PRP and steroid. But. But I would argue that if there's no difference between PRP and steroid, and PRP doesn't damage tissue and steroid does, then why are we ever even thinking steroid?
