Here at Pinnacle, we believe that orthobiologics is really the wave of the future. This is a technology where we use your own blood or bone marrow, we isolate out the platelet, and then we inject that ultra concentrated platelet solution into your joint or tendon. This is a very safe procedure. It has a very minimal risk of infection or other complications. There's very low risk of any type of reaction because it is your material and it has a very potent anti inflammatory effect and causes tissue healing and regeneration. And so while it's probably not going to replace the cartilage that's damaged in a very badly arthritic joint, it can very significantly change the environment in a joint.
