What kind of downtime did you have after the procedure? When did you go back to work or your more normal activity?
I had started my physical therapy about the same time I was got the first PRP injection. It didn't affect my work at all. I think I started back to swimming slowly a few weeks after. It was within a few weeks.
What's life like now? What are you able to do now that you weren't able to do before? We swim?
So now I've gone back to running. I wasn't really running before just because I was hurting all the time. I'm back to swimming. Not necessarily this stroke, but I'm at least being able to do this, which before I couldn't even move it. I feel way better than I did before.
