A short YouTube interview (credited to Dr. Joshua John-Ram Schacter) in which a patient describes sudden knee failure and severe pain that required a cane and walker, then reports marked improvement and cessation of assistive-device use after receiving treatment at Pinnacle. The patient also references prior successful treatment for a right shoulder, motivating them to seek care here.
It was a no brainer because I have seen you for my right shoulder and have had wonderful success, great success with that.
What was life like before your treatment began with us here at Pinnacle?
Well, the only thing it was I just got out of my chair one Saturday night to get up to go to bed and my knee went and that was it.
We couldn't do anything after that. A lot of pain.
That was a lot of pain. The initial what in the world just happened? I used a cane and a walker until I came to see you and.
We don't have a cane or walker.
I got rid of it several weeks ago from that initial pain and then starting everything. I've been doing great.
What finally triggered you to come in and see us here at Pinnacle and meet with our medical staff?
It was a no brainer because I have seen you for my right shoulder and have had wonderful success, great success with that and this is a no brainer.
