A short video lecture by Dr. Joshua John-Ram Schacter describing a multi-modal approach to joint regeneration: combining PRP (platelet-rich plasma), bone marrow injections, and red light (MLS) laser therapy to reduce inflammation, improve blood supply, and enhance the activity of injected/regenerative cells. The speaker emphasizes using at least two injections and pairing calming (PRP) with regenerative (bone marrow) treatments alongside laser and overall wellness optimization.

If we're using your body's ability to heal itself to do that, then why not make you as healthy as we possibly can while we're doing it? Don't do a single treatment. There's a lot of evidence to suggest that having multiple treatments may help the joint more. So our minimum treatment is typically two injections. And if we do bone marrow, we'll oftentimes do PRP and then a bone marrow injection. PRP can kind of calm down the inflammation in the joint, really get everything settled down. Then we do the more regenerative type therapy like with the bone marrow. And then we also add red light laser therapy. So our MLS laser that. The idea behind find a therapy laser is it improves the blood supply to a tissue. It lessens inflammation by some mechanisms that the light interacts with your cells, the way that it works, and then it also increases the amount of material that the cells we put in those areas release. So we're doing multiple things to, to make our injections more effective. That's part of why we want to do the wellness. If we're using your body's ability to heal itself to do that, then why not make you as healthy as we possibly can while we're doing it?
