STOP AND WATCH THIS OF YOU HAVE KNEE PAIN... Tired of the hamster wheel yet?

You've been treated for your knee pain for years. You were the high school quarterback. You had some injuries about 10 years ago, your knee started to hurt. You went to see your primary care doctor. You got a steroid injection. You got an anti inflammatory. You might have developed an ulcer from your anti inflammatory. You were referred to an orthopedic surgeon after you had pain for about three years. And he told you, well, let's do this knee scope. So you got a knee scope. He told you, you got a little arthritis, you might need a knee replacement eventually. And then he said, we could do steroid injections, we can do this lubrication injection that may or may not work. We could do physical therapy. So now you're frustrated. Now you're like me. Now you've had years of treatment with no progress. And eventually you might need a knee replacement.
