Good afternoon. This is Michelle Polman, one of the PAs here at Clinical Integrative Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in lovely Wichita Falls, Texas. This is Casey, one of our head nurses. What we're doing now is we're getting ready to set up for one of our stem cell harvesting procedures, but I wanted to talk a little bit more about our wellness programs. Both Casey and I are involved as patients in the wellness program. Our provider, Nurse Practitioner J.C. keith, is who manages the program and who runs it. I am on the hormone replacement as well as the weight loss plan. And Casey here is Aw, the hormone replacement plan. I have done amazing, and several of you have seen my video. But, Casey, tell us how you're doing.
I'm doing so much better. I feel like I have more energy and I'm finally sleeping at night, waking up in a puddle of sweat.
