When we combine a functional medicine approach, wellness, if we can get the patient healthier, if we can impact the organism, if we can make it better, then every intervention that we do is going to be a better intervention, right? It's going to be a more quality intervention. It's going to last longer, it's going to be more effective, and that includes surgery. I'm not against surgery in any shape or form. Certain population needs surgery for sure, right? It's just you don't want them to be done unnecessary or too early. Sam.
