Hi, my name is Dr. Bruce Salzinger. I've been a chiropractor at Chiropractic Healthcare of Buckhead on Farr Road in the Buckhead community almost 30 years now. We provide services for extensive vehicular injuries, workman's compensation, and a health and wellness model for family care. I do have a diploma in sports medicine, so included in that list is We attract just a lot of athletes. I've worked all over the world at international sports events being the provider to the athletes so they can achieve what they hope is getting on those podiums. The tools we provide at the office are the adjustment, either done manually or by hand, and we also have a tissue regenerative technology tool which provides stimulation to your own body's stem cell production, providing healing for inflammation reduction and enhancing blood flow to the area to accelerate healing to typically pre-injury status. My clinic is very proud to have been chosen as one of, at the time, about 100 clinics in the United States providing tissue regenerative technology with Softwave equipment, which the research over many, many years shows literally stimulates your own stem cells. What we're finding is that with a non-invasive approach, we are able to literally reverse what has been a degenerative process. Now that I've seen what we have accomplished, one of my goals is to further educate the healthcare community so they can send people by and we can co-manage a lot of this care. When you have that area of your body that a chiropractor would, let's call it, adjust. We like to call it a subluxation. It's that bone out of place putting pressure on the nerve. When we take that pressure off and allow that brain and spinal cord, and wherever in your body that nerve interference is denying optimal function, controlling and coordinating all function in the body, that brain and spinal cord, the combination of this therapy and that It's so rewarding to see the patients getting what they had hoped they were going to get at other types of providers. So I had a woman who came in as an example, had been a Delta executive for many years, but her job responsibility over those 30 years, she was on her feet all day. The consequence of that over those many years is that she needed the left knee replaced. She came in with a cane, so it was challenging for her to get into the treatment area, but when we did the care and then we wanted to see what the outcome of providing that for her, I suggested she get up and walk. Assuming she might need her cane, I reached for the cane and she like took her hand and tried to just say, no, no, let me see. And she ends up walking out of the treatment room, walks the length of the hall, and was just blown away by what I can best describe as like a Jiffy Lube feeling. In that joint space where she could pick that knee up and just walk with a lot more confidence. Well, she proceeds to the front desk, makes some arrangement for an additional appointment. When I go back in the room to kind of tidy up, because we're constantly busy with this, I realized she had left her cane. So I now rush out of the room to get to her before the ramp. She's now out in the parking lot, didn't even realize she forgot her cane. It was just so rewarding for me to be able to provide that for her, and she's actually continued to have some additional progress.
