Dr. Sanda Moldovan (presenter) describes ways to vary and enhance a mild berry-flavored veggie meal by adding natural flavorings. We made the veggie meal so that it's more of a neutral flavor. It's a berry flavor but it's very mild. So if you want to change it and just make it different from day to day, I'm going to introduce a few different ways where you can add different flavor that's natural and yummy. If you want it a little sweetened my recommendation is to add allulose. Allulose is actually a zero net carb sugar. That's a sugar substitute. One of my favorite things to add to it is cacao powder and I like this cacao powder because not only has of course magnesium, cacao is very good for you from terms of like adding minerals to your smoothie but also this one has maca powder and also has some cinnamon and some vanilla and by all means if you just want to add vanilla to this you can definitely do that. But I'm going to add just a little bit of this cacao powder. Maca is also great especially especially for women. It's a hormone balancer. You can.
