Don't snap the floss. This is very, very important. Use a zigzag type of motion, whether you're going to use your two hands in a zigzag motion, or, you know, you can use a little dental floss stick or the handheld flosser zigzag motion to get it in between the contacts. But not everyone can floss their teeth easily. For example, young children who just learn to floss, or older adults who might have really arthritic hands and limited finger flexibility.
